Very knowledgeable and helpful. My dog is quite old and showing his age and the owner really helped me find a great food for senior dogs and all natural grain free because he is also allergic to grain and gets very bad ear infections. He also helped me find and affordable glucosamine vitamin treats for him as well and wow what a difference in the way he walks and is now more able to get up onto the couch and seems to be much more happy. Very good place to shop for your pet and seems to be any question you have they are able to answer with confidence as well they have a frequent buyers pet food program but 12 and get the 13th free (pet food) which helps when I am paying close to $80 per bag of food for him. Highly recommend this place oh and as well an additive for his water to help with his teeth and gums AND a product very easy to apply to repel mosquitos, ticks and fleas. This place is awesome. The owner was very patient and very helpful.

Rob will do whatever he can to assist with whatever products you're looking to find. He's a huge supporter of non profit rescue agencies & the attached picture he made a huge contribution towards donating to animals in need. This locally, independently owned pet store needs more locations, it’s that awesome! If you love, and prefer to, support local businesses than go here for pet needs, you won’t be disappointed! It’s a wonderfully, lovely, place! Their prices are competitive to the chain pet stores (PetSmart, PetValu, etc.), and sometimes cheaper. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and sometimes will give you a small discount on an equivalent product if the brand you want is out of stock. They have a loyalty program too, no card needed, just give them your name and phone number, afterwards every time you go in, just give them your phone number. Once you’ve reached 12 bags of kibble (must be same brand and size) they’ll give you the 13th kibble bag free!

Neat and well organized store. Noticed the owner helping drop stuff off to customers cars, so if you need help with your purchase, like a large bag, you will get help to get this to your car, something a cart can do as well. For a large store, it seemed understaffed. Prices and selection are average or identical to other chain stores. Location is in the middle of an industrial area and product prices don't reflect that. I read a lot of reviews commenting great prices, i categorically did not see that difference. Nothing stood out for me, that would suggest the high reviews. p.s: If you leave an average review, the owner Robert Abramson, will creep your linkedin profile at 11:30 pm in the night. Not passive aggressive at all, made me chuckle.

This store and owner deserves the highest praise!! Used to be a committed PetValue shopper but decided to check out Kibbles and Biscuits to support local. Have been here twice now and will never shop anywhere else! The instant we walked in it felt like we were supporting a friend not a store. Greeted us and was immediately available to help. The owner is such a nice guy! Was very helpful answering all questions, giving thoughtful and honest insight that was sincere and not some upsell job. If you're trying to decide where to shop for your pet don't even think twice. THIS IS THE SPOT!

We drove by and figured we would stop and check it out. The owner and staff were fantastic to deal with. The product choices that they had in stock was great, they didn't have what we needed. But they were able to order it in for us. The great thing about this place, is the owner stands behind he's product. We were interested in a product, but we weren't sure if it was going to work for us. The owner had said if it doesn't work for us he would be more than happy to take it back and either refund us or replace it with a different product. We're now clients for life :)

Always wanted to check this place out and I'm so happy I did!! My one dog has extreme allergy problems. He cannot have most fillers and only salmon or whitefish for proteins so he's super hard to buy for. So happy they have all kinds of different treats you don't find at most pet stores and best part is they have awesome discounts throughout the store! I found a ton of handmade treats that my dog could have as well as a new food for him to try. Definitely will be my new go to even if it is far from home to me it's worth the drive!

Love this shop! Just started visiting and they have a great selection and awesome products. It's nice to shop somewhere that I know has my pets best health in mind. Also the staff are wonderful. I appreciate this store so much. My dog is over weight so they found a good food for him. He loves the taste, if fills him but he is also losing weight! My dog also has a bad hip. Has had surgery on both of his hips in the past so now has arthritis in his right hip. They have a great CBD oil that works great. It is a little pricey but worth it for the relief he gets. As well, when I go in they always tell me of any items that are on sale. Great news for all the other pets in the house!

I don't recall the man's name who help me with my little dog with her collar. I think he's the owner. He was extremely kind and very helpful, even adjusted the new collar on her for me. His store is very well laid out large enough that you don't feel trapped in smaller places as you do with some. From what I could see he also keeps on top of things as it was also very, very clean. Best place for your pets stuff they have almost everything if they dont have it they will bring it in for their regulars!!! And also have a problem with your pet just tell them they will help you out I told them my cat has teeth problems and cant go for surgery because of his kidney problem and they gave me some stuff to help his problem plus gravy to mix in with his hard food so he can still eat if I could give them 10 stars I would in a second

We are just picking up our labradoodle puppy this coming weekend. And I found the crate and leash what we needed. I haven’t used them yet, I will update once it got used. I could not remember the name of my dogs new food. The went on the computer and found the name by my description. Then the had it in stock. Such a large store they seem to have every I need and more.

Stumbled upon this shop, price is comparable to other places I have ventured. I have dealt with one lovely CSR in the evening and had to call today and inquire about a brand of food. Popped in to K&B for my first time yesterday to by some cat foot and I was impressed! The selection of pet food and toys are great! their prices are competitive and the staff is lovely. They are conveniently located on 118th so that you can easily stop by there after work. Glad to be supporting local. I will be returning, thank you!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of all kinds of pet supplies, often with lots of really good sales. They offer punch cards for bags of food and there are free samples of stuff at the front on most days. Definitely worth stopping by if anything just to help socialize you're dog/puppy at being in new places.
