AVOID THIS BANK!!!!!! This bank is stealing money from its customers. I deposited 1200 myself and had a total 4000 so remaining was 2800. A total of 3800 was deposited so £200 was missing. The staff was awful and the way they dealt with the situation was disgusting. The money was counted from the bank and it was exactly 4000. The managers way of dealing with the situation was disgusting. How is someone like that in a management position is beyond me. This isn't the first time I've experienced something like this in this bank. I wouldn't trust the staff at this bank with your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Unprofessional, Under-Trained and Rude Staff... Not there to help customers, just to batter customers out the door, by not actually listening to customer requirements... Lad behind the desk was actually great and polite, but the lady only knows the word "No"... was trying to batter me out the branch by saying no and not actually listening... But turned out I was Right hmmm... this is reason why i Avoid this branch and try doing everything online.. LLOYDS need to come in and shake this place up.. has Gone down over the years... Zero Customer service and customers treated like chewing gum on a shoe...

This is my local branch, and I visit it roughly twice a week, to deposit some cash. I felt sad to see it temporarily closed as one of the staff tested Positive for COVID-19. I hope for them a swift recovery. I am glad to see the Manager finally took the customer's feedback and cleaned the yard, as it often had some rubbish scattered around. This small branch is quite usufull, particularly, if you can walk to it as the parking is terrible and usually no space available. I hope Lloyd's Bank never closes this branch.

Worst customer services ever. The biggest inconvenience in life. We came to book an appointment to reopen a bank account, the mananger says to come on Thursday and then we come, he says it was Tuesday and you need to rebook your appointment. So when we spoke to the other cashier, she said you don't need to book an appointment?? We can just do it straight away but then decides to book an appointment for Friday. What are these staff doing?

Awful service. Little to no parking available. I stood Insde for 20 minutes to use the cash deposit machine where the staff allow customers to pay in very large amounts of cash although this machine is made for maximum 50 note in one transaction. Not enough staff behind the counter to deal with customers effectively. I had to use a different bank to deposit my money. Not happy

A very rude lady on customer service goes to my friend who is Romanian nationality are you a Budha which means old man in punjabi. she discriminating as he forgot his password and needed help to setup on his phone. she also was very rude and not finishing one customer at a time jumps to another customer. terrible service. its a small branch with unqualified staff.

Went in to close an account and had to wait for them to call the head office as they couldnt close it manually. The advisor on the counter today at 1.50pm that served me had no manners and leaned back and started yawning with not covering his mouth nor excusing or anything? He didnt seem like he wants to be here and needs to go to bed!

I have been here today to sort out an issue with my bank I waited for about 10 minutes or less. I went around 12 pm and it wasn't too busy. The lady who served me was polite and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I did notice that there is a small car park so maybe go at less busy times to get a car parking space.

This branch should be closed or the people should be sacked. They always serve slow and argue with you when your talking. Lazy women cashiers always, they haven’t finish serving me and they tell me to stand aside so they serve someone else. Very bad data protection act. Needs to be reported

Staff seem to be incompetent no understanding of their Job or Bank Policy, Keep getting told to bring different forms of I.D to change Address then when presenting the asked I.D i’m consistently being told you don’t have the right I.D you need to bring a different I.D.

Opened account today, auwful experience. Was kept waiting nearly two hours. Inexperienced staff had no idea how to join customer to Internet banking sending me to four different staff who still couldn't do it so had to walk out.

Massive queue of around 20 people with only two staff that are extremely rude. The staff are having causal social chitchat with each other and customers they personally know wasting everyone's time. Extremely unprofessional...

Great customer service. I like the deposit machine which can be used to deposit notes and cheques and they show on your account straight away. You also avoid the queues. The manager is friendly, helpful and approachable.

No complaints about the staff they have always been good to me. But yes the queues are terrible. I have heard of one staff member who is very rude but I havent had the pleasure of meeting this lady.
