Mike K came at short notice to re-key our new home. We have four large dogs, they barked almost continuously while he was here. He carried on, cheerful and helpful. He rekeyed - having each doorknob use the same key - and insuring we had one for each of us and an extra. He was pleasant and very professional. Got locked out of my car because there were worn wafers in the door lock that finally just stopped working. John helped me with it on three separate occasions: getting my car unlocked initially, fixing the lock and cutting a new key, and ordering/replacing the fob which had also gone bad. Definitely a huge headache avoided as well as a trip to the dealer which would have been WAY more expensive than all three of these visits combined. John was super helpful and response times were awesome. Couldn’t be happier!

This company was not able to make correct scheduling. They cancelled on me and when I mentioned I will make other appointment with different company, they told me they can make adjustment and come to my house. At the promised time, no one showed up and when I called, they never updated the schedule. The operators were also having miscommunications with their technicians and was not polite on the call. A very frustrating experience.

John and Danny were very considered knowledgeable and professional in their service they provided me today which I am very grateful for he saved me money that other locksmith were going to charge me for a chipped key when it was not a chip key .
