We had our ignition cylinder replaced in February by this company, and when it went out again within a couple months of being replaced we called to see about them fixing it under warranty. My husband called over 7 times since Friday and talked to their answering service, who told us she would have the tech get in touch with us. Almost a week later, we have not heard back from them. Needless to say, we have no confidence whatsoever in this company to stand behind their work, and we will certainly not recommend them to anyone else in the future.

I don't know what is going on. I googled places for making keys. This was one of them. When I followed the directions, I ended up at a school building that was condemned. The number was right, the street apparently was right, but Red Rocks Locksmith was not here. I called them for the correct address, but the man said it was correct. He didn't offer any other suggestions. Just kept repeating the address. Never did find them

Wow! Josh was friendly and communicated really well from beginning to end. Updated me with how long he would be to explaining the process. The only key I had to my car broke from the fob. Ford wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to program it. Josh made it too easy and so convenient with coming to the house. Thank you thank you!!

I wasn't quoted any price before service to unlock car, which I get, however, it took under five minutes and cost me 250$ total, to unlock a 2017 Toyota Corolla. Other companies I have used charged half that price. Unless you want to pay an arm and leg, I wouldn't recommend using this company.

I was locked out of my home today.. walked out completely in a daze from the loss of my best friend. Josh at Red Rocks responded immediately when I called and was there quickly and got me right in.. what a lifesaver in this frigid weather. I will refer and call him over and over if need be!!

I was going to be nice but it took another technician to tell me that you used the wrong chip and yet you still charged me $100 . Right now I am in for almost $600 if you are willing to I will be more than happy to give you back the wasted keys.

Needed a new fob for our ancient Gen 2 Prius. Called. Tech arrived in 15 minutes. Turned out the keys hidden in the both fobs had never been cut as they were after market. Cut 2 keys before he left. Great work, very satisfied.
