I had gone to Napoli Coffee years and years ago (2003 I think was the year) and friends and I were treated badly by the previous owner (some old bald guy). However, years later after moving to California and moving back to New Mexico I was asked by the new owner to take down my bad reivew on yelp. I did so and visited the new Napoli with the new owner. The new owner and staff are very nice and respectful. It is a very bright and new vibe there. I usually get an iced americano there which is pretty good. They had some issues with their lids for a little while, but it was dealt with. I'm sad they don't use a frequent user/free drink card anymore, but maybe they have their legitimate reasons. Great decor inside and places to sit. Bathrooms very clean. Prices are reasonable. A great local business. 4.1.17 - Just a thought, they should stay open just one hour later on Saturdays and Sundays. There are plenty of customers it appears. I know any business wants to keep it's employee costs low, but it seems like it would benefit. Just my 2 cents. 7.21.17- I'm lowering it to 4 stars. I get frustrated with them closing super early on fringe holidays just because and the internet being a problem sometimes.

Local place with fantastic coffee, tasty baked goods, A small but yummy selection of savory food items, free wi-fi and a great service attitude. Large cafe w/loads of tables, comfortable environment. Napoli Coffee works for work and Social appointments, and the high open ceiling provides for good ventilation in this Covid /waning Covid world… Great space! One note, a Patio: They have a few outdoor tables but not anything you could really call a “Patio”. Unfortunately the patio space faces Menaul, which is less than ideal. It would be great if they developed a bit of a patio around their east side. There’s plenty of parking in the giant adjoining parking lot, so if they could work with the development to move their patio away from Menaul… that would really enhance the patio experience and make a Napoli coffee and all season / all pandemic option

I got a latte and a breakfast burrito. The coffee was 7 out 10, i got a mocha wasnt too sweet which i liked, the espresso was good but not great, a bit to bitter but over all good. The burrito wasnt good at all, i got a bacon burrito that wasnt cooked very well. The egg was watery the bacon was too soft. The burrito needed seasoning or at least salt. Service was ok the girls who help me where not too friendly didnt really talk to the customers, it wasnt busy when i went so they could have been a bit more talkative to give better customer service. It was my first time and the girl who took my order didnt once ask me if i had questions or give suggestions just stood there till i figured it out there menu. They where not rude at all just could work on customer service. The shop is clean has alot of space its a good set up over all.

Napoli coffee is a great stop with fantastic workers, good food and awesome coffee. There's a place for my kids to play quietly and enjoy a tasty Italian soda while Mom and I enjoy our great tasting coffee and a bakery treat. The atmosphere is great, with plenty of light, work stations for getting things done remotely, and that kids corner (which is kind of hard to find in coffee shops). And like I said, the people working there have been fantastic. We live several hours from town, but always enjoy keeping it local when we come. Looking forward to making a special trip when they open back up after this quarantine to get a large black forest!

This place is very inviting, and their menu has an awesome selection of food, and a vast and unique selection of delicious tea, coffee beans, and coffee drinks. The staff are so friendly, and, if you go often, they remember who you are and refer to you by name. The atmosphere is relaxing, and there is plenty of room inside to sit and relax, read a book, knit, or work on your computer, alone or in a group. They even have a kiddie corner to entertain the little ones. Or, go sit outside and enjoy the weather on a nice day. Come support a local business, which is much better than the coffee house chains anyway. You won't regret it!

This was my first time of many going to this nice coffee place. When you walk in you are greeted nicely with a smile. Coffee was amazing. I ordered the coffee flight here with 4 kinds. Very happy with all 4. I also had a breakfast burrito with bacon and green chili. It was very good as well. I highly suggest if you are in the area to stop and enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

I have been a visitor to/customer of Napoli Coffee since they opened at their original location under their original owner. The move to the Menaul address was a plus for space, atmosphere and menu options; the coffee and friendliness remained a positive, reliable constant. The sandwiches are good quality and consistent. My only gripe is the the high ceilings, and hard floors mean every noise is amplified and reverberates throughout the space. The coffee remains very good, the staff is accommodating and they are open at the right times, early morning and late enough into the afternoon.

Ordered a lg skim quad shot latte and lg skin chai latte. Small/medium latte comes only with 2 shots while the Large size comes with 3 shots so there's an extra charge for extra espresso shots. It's darn expensive >$12! Coffee was good though pricey! Very roomy, looks hip and relatively new. You'll need to ask for a key for the bathrooms in rear of store. The shop is located in a small strip area so there's lots of parking spaces, across from Candlewood Suites hotel and right off a highway intersection. Update: English breakfast tea is ~$2 for XL and orange scone for ~$3.

I love this little coffee shop. It’s kind of like a hidden gem and it revolutionized my coffee experience when we stumbled upon it. I am a huge fan of the Snickers latte and the staff always graciously makes it decaf upon my request. They have a wonderful selection of pastries, bagels, and surprisingly delicious breakfast burritos that help to complete the food Experience. The cherry on top is the spacious and calming seating area with eclectic decor and the kind and welcoming staff. Ditch the other coffee chains and check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

  • Monica M

Was so excited to try this place. Walked in, not very welcoming. The barista messed up my order twice. Ordered a bagel and they forgot about it, when I went up to ask about it she said sorry I was making a sandwich. That sandwich was for a customer who walked in at least 10 minutes after us. Ever time I looked up at the counter at least one of the staff members was starring at us awkwardly like we were going to rob the place. The coffee we ordered was awful tasted like it sat all day or over night. Overall experience was awful and we won’t be returning.

  • Crystle Esquibel

$14 for the driest blueberry scone and the worst coffee I drank so far in town. The scone was so dry it was like eating sand, it was also flavorless. I took ONE bite and saved the rest for my chickens. The cappuccino was undrinkable. Super bitter and super sour. It was gross. And that with only one shot of espresso! As an Italian I definitely am saddened about them even try to appropriate of the name of the city that serves the best coffee in the country. Big

It's the only local coffee shop you'll find in this area and they have a variety of coffee beans, add-on flavors, and dairy/ non- dairy items. The day we visited sadly was not serving lunch do to shortage of items but they still had tasty pastries. They also offer small breakfast items. Give this place a try other than the Starbucks down the street, it might not have a drive-thru but it's worth getting of your car to pick up your cup of Joe.

We were very excited to try this place because we had heard good things, but we were very disappointed as soon as we walked in. There was no one in front of us but we were not greeted. The young man taking our order never smiled, very matter of fact answered our questions. It was clear that all of the employees did not want to be there and no customer service was given. The reason to go to small coffee shops is to have good personal interactions. This was definitely not the place for that.

  • Marie Champlain

Awesome experience! The ladies were very friendly and answered all my questions as a first time customer. Store is clean and restrooms are clean as well. Their menu has a lot of fun options! My blended coffee was delicious! Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area.

A nice, modern coffee shop that has pastries, breakfast burritos, and some sandwiches. It is open with lots of windows so it is airy, but looks out over a main street so average scenery. The people were friendly and efficient. The coffee was good, as was the breakfast burrito, though for those who like a lot of heat, it was not overly spicy-hot. It is not in a part of town I travel to very often (Not a bad location at all), but if I was out that way I would go there again.

  • Joshua

Great coffee. Barista at the counter was wearing what I would expect at a sports bar full of drunk men. I do not want to see something like that (at all) when I'm getting my morning coffee. It's a coffee shop, not a bar. I tipped a single dollar because of this, normally I would have tipped 4. All other baristas are well dressed. There were plenty of children and couples there I'm sure plenty of others felt the same. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Very friendly service, carefully crafted and delicious coffee drinks in a modern roomy atmosphere. Food is sensibly sized ( not for cowboy appetites) and tasty. I like the chicken salad sandwich. We followed this business from their previous location and remain loyal customers.

We stopped in here because we saw it advertised on Facebook and we were not disappointed. We tried the November flight with one substitution and we tried their breakfast burritos. Both were delicious. Our favorite coffees where the apple pie and the pumpkin patch.

It was my first time at Napoli Coffee today and I really enjoyed the experience. The cafe is spacious, the staff friendly and there are comfortable couches. If you want to work on your laptop, there is a convenient bar with multiple power points. If you have children, there is even a fun little corner for them to sit, read a book or play with a few toys. It seems like they are prepared to host anyone!

I love coffee places that have a bunch of fun flavor mixes, and not the standard basic ones. This place has that. The coffee mix I had was Home For The Holidays (pretty good) and the Apricot Twist (AMAZING). I also love that the shop has a big sitting area.

A very nice coffee shop the couple of times I’ve been there. But they are NEVER open when I’m in the area looking for coffee. Weekend afternoons? Forget about it. Lost count of the times Ive driven by ready to spend some money and seen the place dark. Maybe one day our schedules will mesh. But - if their hours work for you - a very nice place with good coffee and pastries.

  • Kris Hardy

Great place, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They have a large menu of flavored lattes and mochas for those of us that like our coffee sweet, but my personal favorite is a double espresso and an almond pocket pastry. They also have a great little play corner for the kids. I frequent several different coffee shops around town, but Napoli is at the top of my list.

  • Giselle Gauthier

Pretty darn good. Baristas are always helpful in selecting drinks, they really know their stuff. Although I don't /hate/ Starbucks, I enjoyed the sign poking fun at them. (Their coffee as well as Satellite's is definitely better, to be fair.) I only wish there was a location closer to my house or my work, but I'm not about to deduct a star for such a silly reason.

  • Kailo Wren

Super clean, modern, open concept coffee shop. The wide open interior gives you plenty of breathing room, so you're not bumping elbows with someone on their Macbook. I'm not a coffee drinker but my wife said her mocha was amazing! I had an amaretto Italian soda which was also delicious. More proof that local coffee shops are superior in every way to Starbucks.

This is the new spot stop gong Starbucks you money peps! Keep it in NM, this place is not stingy with the burrito fatness. Coffee is way better because it is done with care. Seems as the staff cares that your satisfied. Smiles everywhere people actually talking to each other. So take the drive as I do, take me 30 min from home but I love it!

  • Frank LaFond

A nice, airy place with good coffee and a friendly staff. The worn leather couch we sat on was very comfy. My main disappointment was the lack of any mention of fair trade beans, recycling, ... I think of cafes like this as having an opportunity to set a good example for the community. Still, we had a nice time and will very likely go again.

So for my original review I was cranky and angry so I gave them a one star for not having a sign on the door indicating that they would close early. I have since been while they were open and the staff was accommodating and friendly and the tea is good. Though for this plaque alone I would give them 5 …

Went in to meet a friend and got absolutely derailed by Napoli's drinks. As of this writing I am sipping a Pumpkin Patch! It is a melt of chocolates, pumpkin, and possibly some added fall-like spices. The coffee place itself is large and chill. Its a great place to recharge, but this drink is phenomenal!

The ambiance is great ! A nice classy and relaxing setting. Great theme in a shop to have a coffee in. The only complaint I had was the customer service. Nobody explained the menu or even reminded me that my order was ready. With good customer service, this place would be the best coffee shop in town.

This person was no Barista. Nice environment nice pastries but bad coffee. Hopefully someone else works there who can make better drinks. Good service but they have to learn how to pull shots and how to properly froth milk. I'll stick with Zendo Coffee, The Brew, or satellite coffee

Wow, a coffee shop with a unique menu for once! This is kind of the opposite of the dark crowded coffee shops that offer the same old menu as everyone else. It is bright, open, has high ceilings, an easy to read menu board of unique drinks, and is overall a breath of fresh air.

  • Keith Ayoub

Coffee was good, a little weak for an Americano, customer service could use help. 3 people inside, none of them even bothered looking my way let alone greeting me. The manager finally looked up and then snapped her fingers at someone to help me. Not a good first impression.

  • Mishka

Welcoming atmosphere, not too bustling, quiet enough to get work done, and even has a play corner for children. First time I went, coffee was excellent, second time was okay. The bagels are great and I have yet to try the other food options (the burritos sound yummy!).

I got a large, 24oz iced coffee for $3.07. They have a good cream and sugar bar with cinnamon, raw sugar, organic agave, and 2% milk. Unfortunately, they charge an extra $.70 for coconut, almond or soy milk. The atmosphere is very spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic little Coffee shop! Staff was super friendly, service was fast. And my latte was fantastic. Prices are very reasonable ( actually seemed kinda low lol) Definitely a gem

Great selection of drinks, food choices (my favorite, oatmeal!), vendor items, and a play area for younger kids; spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, friendly, and kind. ☕️

GREAT COFFEE!!! I’m so disappointed that the first time I went here is my last day in Albuquerque. I got an iced white mocha with raspberry, probably the best one I’ve ever had!

Hands-down THE BEST place in Albuquerque to get coffee. Amazing staff and a beautiful open space. Fabulous breakfast burritos and delicious French pastries. I highly recommend!

I can't believe I didn't know your place existed. They have a large variety of different flavors of coffee, tasty food and friendly service. So good my new weekly spot.

The customer service was amazing! The lady there was super nice to me and my family. The coffee was amazing as well, especially with such a large selection of drinks.

I've been coming here for many years. The owners are incredibly friendly. They have a huge menu and know what I want when I walk in. My favorite coffee shop in town.

Love the coffee here. It is smooth and low acid which almost tastes sweet on its own. Worth the visit here.

Excellent customer service. Awesome prices. Very clean and out of this world coffee. I would definitely try the island latte. Its so delicious.

Got a Samoa latte, it was atrocious. Got extra shots of espresso and it was almost undrinkable, incredibly sour tasting. I do not recommend.
