My daughter in law brought me here for a visit Sunday. Pick up DaPurrPellers for my girls she recommended. After several fun days playing with their fur couple wanted a few for mine. The staff are friendly. Helpful. Attentive. The store supports offering the opportunity to purchase treats for the local shelter and we happily accepted. We were given a random assortment of free items: two small bags of treats to try, and two small cans of cat food. This was very kind as I’m working to TNR a few young cats found on my block. These will be helpful. We were able to find a variety of the cat toys we wanted. And, extra so I could buy one for my family’s kitties. Based on other reviewers remarks about customer service, for me this experience is a win. If you prefer the staff of a store don’t speak with you or treat you like you’re at a restaurant with a server who’s attentive to needs, answers questions, and wants to do their best you may not appreciate the service. Since online shopping has taken off I’ve noticed a decline in customer service at many locations of stores. The vibe I experienced here is attentive, refreshing, a desire to stand out above the rest. If you’re use to blah blah whatever service this is gonna be an awakening. For me, when I’m visiting if my daughter in law wants to stop by this store I’m a resounding yes, let’s go. Thank you for your effort to be a store that does their best to provide for customers in an outstanding way.

Super uncomfortable place. I have been several times and will not go again after reading reviews of former employees. Some here will say they love that the employees carry everything for you. I personally prefer to shop myself and quite frankly feel weird having people carry things for me and to my car. The employees will say "I'll get that for you!!" If you try to carry something yourself. After reading stories from employees it seems that they are effectively spied on all day from cameras by the owner and will be reprimanded if they are caught letting someone else carry something. It's not a "Would you like me to carry that" so much as a "I will be carrying that" with a helpless expression on their face knowing their job is on the line. The products are great but the owner seems to be a controlling psychopath with a misguided idea of what good customer service is and no respect for their employees. I will never return to a "Nashville Pet Products" again.

I’ve been popping in here a little over a year and a half. I make my dogs food personally so I rarely go there for food but more for maintenance items, treats, and accessories. Every time I walk into that door I feel like I’m walking into a family reunion. Everybody is so welcoming and extremely helpful, from the minute, you cross the threshold or until they carry everything that you purchased out to your car for you. If there’s anything that I would say is weird, is that this place aim to please and everybody there just goes above and beyond which can seem odd, since you will never get that kind of service from any other place on this planet , that is owned by a corporation. They have a personal touch that you can’t get anywhere else and if their prices are a little bit higher, believe me, it’s worth it for the service and the knowledge these people have.

A weird place and vibe. I went in excited to shop local and get my dog something. I was BARLEY greeted, it seemed like I was only acknowledged so that they can send the message that they just wanted me the HECK out of there. Mind you it was 11 am on a Thursday so its not like they were closing. They asked me what I was looking for, I said the item and they said no. And NOTE, I barley stepped foot in the establishment. The door opened I went in and was still under the frame and whoever was there immediately after saying no opened the door for me to leave. Rude much? What if I wanted to look around!!? What if I was looking for something else? I had a lot of money to spend on other things, but your nasty employees made me feel un welcome , and uncomfortable. I will never ever step in here again or recommend.

So I rarely leave reviews and if I do it’s mainly for positive experiences that standout, and this review is exactly that. From the moment I pulled into the park lot to when I left I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding knowledgeable customer service. All the staff including the store manager have been nothing but kind to me and my puppy (Oxford ). They give me great advice for what products to get and don’t try to “sell” me stuff. They seem to have sales going on quite often which is nice too. They have made me and pup feel like old regulars right out the gate. Thanks guys!!

What initially caught my eye about this business was their advertisement about being a Fromm dog food supplier. Our dog can only eat this brand kibble and this place being close to us made it that much easier to give them our business. The staff were super friendly and Wark and were so interactive with our pup Panda and he was all too happy to return the affection. As a new transplant not having to worry about this is quite a relief and I am glad they are only a 3 minute drive from home. Great place and great people.

If Nashville Pet Supply had a fan club I’d be their number one fan lol! Seriously, this is the best pet store I’ve ever shopped at. The quality of their pet products and customer service are not only top notch, but I’d go as far as to say they go above and beyond for their customers. My family and I have shopped here for well over 10 years and I’ve referred countless people that are consistently just as pleased as myself. Needless to say I won’t be wasting my time shopping elsewhere!

This is a fabulous local pet product store! Over the years they helped us properly feed our old girl Maya with good product knowledge, we lost here back in August and recently welcomed a new member into the family Bella. They saw her the day we got her and have been excited each week we visit to see how she’s growing. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend to all in the area! Thank you guys for everything!!!!

What a great pet store!! I like the smaller size and they carry some high quality products at very reasonable prices. I was impressed when they held the door open for me and my dog when we visited and helped take my order to my car for me, while I tended to my dog! And they had some coupons they offered for me to use too. This is the kind of pet store you dream of having! So glad they are close by and they have many other locations in the Nashville area.

I've never had such a high level of assistance at a pet store before. Their product knowledge is to notch. Super friendly. I genuinely felt like they appreciated my business. Also, my dogs and cats both love their suggested food choices! I only want the best of foods for my fur babies, and I feel like they are getting just that. I'll definitely be back for more! They also have an orange cat that lives at the store that is friendly as well.

The store was small but I got what I needed. I really liked the store and everyone helped me as soon as I walked in the door. They carried my food for me and I never had to touch the bag. I have a very picky cat and we have been having issues with her diet. She has an inflamed bowel and they were so helpful n trying to find food that would help my cat. I spent like 20 minutes with them looking at canned food and frozen food and it was so sweet of them to help me.

Bad looks from the people in here; a bit too "I know more about your dogs that I haven't even met compared to you, who has had them for years". Sure, they had what I needed, at a higher price than expected, but I'm just going somewhere else from now on.

This is my absolute favorite pet store. It's close to me, everybody there loves animals. Also, the knowledgeable staff and care they take with every customer is above and beyond. The selection for both dogs and cats is really good as well.

LOVED IT! The lovely ladies there hooked my pup Jett UP!!! Got all this good loot for my pooch so he's spoiled up right! And it was all natural and so amazingly priced! Go see them, they will help you get a healthier pet on your budget!!!

Been trying to find a grain free and chicken free for my 5 month old puppy with allergies, finally found it here. The employees was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices was a little expensive but overall worth it.
