I'm trying to figure out if you don't have no account with a bank but you taking your check to the bank where they say cash it at because it's from they Bank and you have to pay all because you don't have an account I'm trying to figure that out that don't make no common sense to me I don't have no account with your bank but you going to charge me to cash a check that say Nevada Bank I'm trying to figure that out because I'm from Chicago and when I stayed in Iowa I got my work check I never cashed it at the store I always pass it at the bank where it was issued out from like Wells Fargo I can take my check in there and cash it and they wouldn't charge me but Nevada Bank charge people that's not banking with them but the check be saying Nevada Bank

In May 2011 I was told I would not have to pay the $5 monthly service charge for an account with less than a thousand dollars in it if I were a veteran. I presented my DD-214 discharge papers and was told OK. Later I discovered they were still charging me. In January 2012 this is still not resolved. THIS BANK DOESN'T RECOGNIZE VETERANS who don't have military ID cards. An honorable discharge is apparently not enough for them to appreciate veterans of earlier eras. This bank DOES NOT REALIZE that, like a birth certificate, an honorable discharge from the armed forces NEVER EXPIRES. This bank should have some sense of SHAME.

I went into this bank Friday April 8,22 @ 3:30pm the teller MONSA took great pride on making up her own rules refusing to cash a check. I told her the ck of $8,000. was a gift. Based on Monsa couldn't get account owner on the phone she denied cashing. If she took the time to look at account, I am the POA. My experience with the employees of this bank is a nightmare, read reviews from all the NV state Banks. Worst banking in Nevada once they have your money it's BLOCKED from anyone except the management taking it one day.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received from start to finish. I have been shopping for banks since my current bank doesn't have a branch here. went to a few banks and wasn't happy. The staff here were very knowledgeable and helped me establish my account with ease.

I came into this location with lots of questions and I spoke to a lady named Martha. She was one of the new account bankers. She helped me out so much that she answered all my questions as well as giving more information than what was asked. She was absolutely amazing and nice.

This location depends on the day. Sometimes I arrive and I get someone who seems to like being there. 2. I've gotten a rookie once or twice, which I don't mind since I can relate. 3. I rarely see someone who "is just counting the mins down til home time"

I have been banking with NSB for over 13 years . The branch on West Sahara is bay far the worst!!! Have been in this location three times and always very bad experience. Staff is uneducated and the Manager is ignorant ! Starting thinking of new bank!

Long wait inside. It seemed like there were. Plenty of employees working. Although maybe the account/loan specialists don't help out the counter. I waited about 15 minutes for a teller with only one person in front of me. They need a better system.

I've seen molasses move faster in the dead of winter. 3 people in front of me and I've been here 20 minites. Now 1 person in front of me. Only 1 bank teller for the first day of the month. NO bueno!!

This place is the worst, if you don't have good English they force you to bring a Spanish translator, the bank has employees who speak Spanish but they don't make an attempt to help.

This branch has improved so much in the past 3 months. The workers are respectful and kind. Only branch i’ve been going to lately.

The staff is so slow. Always understaffed and not in a hurry to get you out of there. I changed branches and will not go back.
