What a thrilling place - a book-lover's heaven. OBZ Books is clearly the result of many years of discriminating collecting. I found so many wonderful things during my recent visit there! Although I only saw a fraction of the whole collection, what struck me were the many books and other publications that one can't easily find anymore: beautiful picture books, an incredible magazine collection, even records. The staff were helpful, informed and kind. Thank you, OBZ Books, for your brilliant bookshop!

I love popping down to Obz books. Xavier and Carmalita super helpful...and just mention a character in a book and someone will be able to tell you who the author is, or suggest a similar style/ genre ect. Worth a visit. And when you see what new books cost...an absolute treasure trove for a good price. Next up is to try the coffee shop.

Great selection. Prices slightly higher than I'd expect of your average second-hand book store, but the volumes are generally in great condition and some of them are even new. They also serve hot beverages and baked goods, if that's your sort of thing.

Solid little place. Great books and they have a diverse selection of books. However, the books were not in alphabetical order which made them difficult to navigate. I found the staff there to be very unprofessional.

Very informed store owner with excellent knowledge of the book trade. Able to make very good recommendations on genre's and writers. I enjoyed shopping here very much.
