I went to this store searching for duck food. They didn't have it and don't carry it just in case anyone wants to know.. but the staff was friendly and awesome. They pointed me in the right direction without any hesitation. They told me to go to Sam's down on San Carlos st. Or An Jan on Branham road. Much appreciated!

Amazing experience here! Everyone was really knowledgeable about all the products and will point you in the right direction 99% of the time. And if the product doesnt work, bring it back and return it or exchange it no questions asked. Owner is always helpful and Amazing person always helps out where she can.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I feed my dogs Primal Raw Food so I shop here because they buy 3 bags, get 1 free deal. Before Covid-19, Akina K9 used to hold group classes here too, which I really enjoyed. Hopefully that comes back when the pandemic is over.

Friendly staff, Great place to get the best dog food. Have a wide variety of fresh food. If you are looking to give your pet a bath, just know that you can do it here and with no clean up needed. One thing is be prepared for the baths to be busy on the weekends.

Really nice staff. I never knew how fast, easy, and fun it can be to bathe my dog. The staff does a really good job keeping the stations clean and ready for the next pet owner. Items for pets like collars, leashes, etc. are good quality and reasonably priced.

great staff always welcomes us and our dog. they offer treats every time, but he's spoiled and only takes non biscuit treats. this place is the best to give your dog baths, it's so easy and for $15 for one or $45 for 4 I don't mind doing it
