I've been to this location several times and have been satisfied with the products and services so far. Recently, I sent my cat to the PetsHotel for boarding, and the usual questions were asked. One particular questions that seem to raise the alarm for the person at the front desk was "Has your pet ever bitten a person, pet or animal?" This was not my first time answering "Yes" to that question, but it was my first time being warned that if my cat bit the employee who was trying to put my cat in the cage, they have the right to deny my cat for boarding. Yes, my cat bites me when I scold/nag (in a loving way) him, and yes, my cat bites me if I ignore him at the door when I come home, but overall my cat never bites people for no reason. It is not like I am bringing a feral cat for boarding! After about 10 minutes of waiting, the employee came back saying that my cat was successfully transferred from the carrier to the cage. They told me my cat was shy and didn't want to go out of the carrier. Fast forward to the day of checkout, the same employee tried but failed to get my cat from the cage to the carrier saying that my cat tried to bite. So, I was called to help, and I don't have any problem getting my cat into the carrier. My cat just seems scared to go out of his hiding place. I feel like the employee doesn't have enough experience in handling a cat. Therefore, I believe that the PetSmart at this location needs to train their employee to handle cats better or just get back the person who was working there 4 months ago (or maybe she is off shift idk). She is better at handling cats.

I've stopped by the location several times over the past few months since its close to home and I started keeping fish. When I finally bought fish two months ago, I picked one dalmation molly and one black molly, and the worker that helped me assured me that she gave me one female and one male. Fast forward to two months later and I started looking into how to check the gender of mollies and I discovered that both of them were in fact males. I decided that that was fine and I would just get additional females to make sure they didn't get too aggressive. This led to me stopping by yesterday to look at the selection of mollies they had, and to take a look at some Bettas since I've been planning on getting one as well. Turns out, PetSmart doesn't care about their fish. In the molly tank, there was a dalmation molly that had just died and fish began swarming and eating it. In the tank above that held lyretail mollies and the like had 4 dead fish floating in it. I was appalled and looked around to see if anyone was available but there was no workers in sight. Finally I walked over to the Betta section and I saw at least a dozen Bettas with fin rot, wasting away in their tiny cups with no room, and at least 3 dead Bettas there alone. I was so upset I left right after. According to other reviews I've read, this location is great with dogs and cats, but they clearly don't care for aquatic pets. From now on I will only go to local fish stores for my aquarium hobby needs.

Excellent pet store with a well taken care of fish. I purchased two baby betta females from this store and they had the DATES* written on the top of when they arrived at the store. Some fish (betta) were still alive even 1.5 months later. All the negative reviews about the betta are warrantied but I do know that the staff change the waters. They barely feed the fish so there is not issue with ammonia but if you do see fishpoop and other issues in the cup, that is just the unfortunate side of this hobby. Fish breed by the THOUSANDS in the wild. It is in their nature. A lot of fry never make it to adulthood. But betta bred in captivity do. It is just the unfortunate side of this hobby. We as humans will always pick the healthy looking (strongest) fish. And by nature of betta (they fight once initially separated as young) they have to be alone. Except the females. You can either partake of this beautiful hobby and try to learn how to setup beautiful successful tanks. Share your success and teach other hobbyists. Or just walk pass the wall. This is just the economics of how they are able to move tropical fish to every city in America.

Due to a few issues, we are no longer using this facility. A few months ago, our dog was vomiting and passing pink rubbery pieces after her stay so we called the facility who stated they didn't know what happened. Again, last week, one of our other dogs was vomiting and passing black, green and blue plastic pieces. We called the facility and again they stated they didn't know what happened. I visited the facility in person and showed them the plastic pieces from the vomit and the Management thought it may be from their slow feeders bowls. First of all, if you leave the slow feeders in the kennels without supervision, the dogs may chew it. Secondly, upon return to retrieve the slow feeders and the staff notices the bowl has been chewed and pieces are missing then they should make a notation in the system and notify the pet owner/client that the dog may have ingested some plastic pieces. Due to the inattention of details to notice and document a potential issue, the lack of communication with the pet owner/client, and the overall concern for my dogs health and safety, we are no longer using this facility.

Will never trust this place again. Took our two cats to stay here for a few days to go on a trip. When we went to pick them up one of them wasn't acting normally, seemed very depressed and warm. We assumed she may have gotten sick at the place so we continued to watch her and after a day or two she seemed better. However, 2 or so days after, we found her laying on the ground unable to breathe. We immediately took her to a vet hospital where they gave her oxygen then took a x-ray of her. They found that she had 2 BROKEN RIBS THAT CAUSED ALL HER ORGANS TO PUSH UP TO HER CHEST. The doctor was in shock and said that they would need a specialist to even be able to help her... She passed away that afternoon. Seven beautiful, amazing years we had her and just like that she's gone... From our conversation with the vet, they believe (and we do too) that it was most likely caused from someone kicking her so hard that it broke her ribs. I hope the person at this petshotel who hurt her gets their karma and I hope you please bring your pet anywhere but here.

There are so many things for my dog to smell. The variety of treats, toys, leashes, collars, harnesses, clothes, beds, treats, food, beds, grooming and health supplies ect is HUGE! It always takes me a while to get out of there whether I went there for a couple things or many things I'm not going to be able to get in and out of there quickly because there are so many items to decide on. They have cages and carriers and strollers . They also have a pet hospital, pet grooming, pet day care, pet training classes and I'm pretty sure they also have pet boarding. There are pets for sale. Im not sure the extent of the variety and number of pets they sell but I know they do sell pets and have pet adoptions. Their workers are knowledgeable of their jobs as nd eager to assist when needed. My mom used to shop here and we used to shop for our pets together, my brother shopped here. I have many friends who shop here. Its a welcoming environment. The store is kept clean and organized. If u have a pet then take your pet here. You won't b e disappointed

We were constantly boarding our cat at the PetSmart hotel on Coleman avenue. Over the last couple of times things got from good to bad, and now to the worst. 1. Smell. It feels like the kennels are not cleaned, the smell got really bad. 2. Temperature inside of the hotel. The last time we picked the cat, he was sneezing for a week. Fortunately, it was just a cold. We were always giving our cat a blanket. The last couple of times it was brought to us from somewhere, it wasn't inside of his kennel. 3. Cleanliness of kennels. We got our cat, and his toy was in vomit (the second time during multiple stays). We are not sure how long it was like this. We asked for a schedule of cleaning for our cat's kennel, but personnel refused to show it to us. 4. Attitude to animals. The manager of a hotel told us today, that our cat might be difficult; that is why his kennel might not be cleaned. Despite stating in the official report, that he was friendly and happy. Don't put your animals here.

My two Boys Jax and Teddy have been going to Doggie Daycare for a year now and Uncle Todd and the crew are the absolute best. The Boys love Uncle Todd and what’s really important he loves them. He treats them as if they were own. All the staff is dedicated to the well being and most thoughtful care of all the furr babies that attend Daycare. The report cards are awesome as are their party days and photos from Woofstock, to Prom to Halloween and Christmas. I love reading about the Boys day and who they played with. I honestly don’t worry about them when they are there because I know they are in the best hands possible second to my own. There care for the boys has meant everything to me and next week we will bid them farewell as we move to the next chapter in our story. They will all be so missed saying goodbye will be like saying goodbye to family. I wish them all the best, I am thankful for all of them especially our Dear Uncle Todd. I like this location because it's convenient, near my work, big parking lot, in the parking lot they have a station with poop bags and a trash for the poop. Love that they're always stocked with my baby's food dry & canned, haven't been able to find her food canned at any other location but this one. I only took half a star away because I think should have those air curtains for their entrance to eliminate a lot of the flies that are swarming right there unless that's what they feed their reptiles with lol jk, but yeah too many flies at entrance. Also the other half of a star because one of their employees I think she's one of the trainers, is a chain smoker, she was collecting the store carts while smoking, maybe have a designated smoke area? Other than that service is good, friendly, fast, almost everyone that has helped us was pretty knowledgable, & always offered deals/plans/puppy book with coupons when they have them.

This place is generally pretty cool. Conveniently located close to the main entrance driveway... Navigation of the parking lot can be a drag. The staff is alright, not overly friendly. They strike me as a bit offhanded, meaning they are not quick to interact with you...they don't offer their assistance and are content to just let you roam around searching for what you're after. For me, that is great...I like to be left on my own unless help is sought after. I will ask for help if needed. Other people may not enjoy that sort of shopping experience. The store itself is generally well stocked and presentable. I have never seen it very busy but it may just have been the hour I was there. I don't know if the prices are the same everywhere you go, but they want almost $20 for a basic leash or collar!!! I could not believe the prices for these items!

With a terrific staff & a great variety of pet supplies, food options, toys, clothing outfits for dogs (and perhaps even cats!), travel pet bags, and bedding, & cages for a large variety of pets...meaning, not just cats and puppies...OMG! There is so much to look at, it can be overwhelming!! BUT, ask for some help if you're unsure. They are kind, helpful, & understanding. Some store locations, if not all, have a vet clinic and there is also, a Pet Hotel if you must travel and cannot bring your loveable furbaby. Friendly staff are easily identified by their shirts. So, dont be afraid to ask for assistance if you really need it. Someone will help you. The staff is there to help you find what you need and will make any suggestions that they think may help. They are knowledgeable and great for helping you find things!!

I have taken my yorkie to the groomers three times at this location. I usually take him at 7am or 8am on Monday or Sunday. Usually I get a call 2 hours later that he is ready. Groomers were attentive, professional, and meet my rescue dog's needs. They notify me before picking him up if there are specific areas that were missed due to his nervousness. Honestly it's just nitpicking; but, I appreciate the full disclosure and summary on how he did during the grooming. Also, the groomers leave a voicemail offering an earlier appointment if there's a last minute cancelation or reschedule my dog's appointment if I forgot it. So far communication with the groomers have been great. I will continue to bring my dog at this location. It's fairly priced, convenient, and close to my apartment.

You can find a lot of your basic pet utilities, toys, and a few miscellaneous items that aren't necessary; might make your companion happier though! Although, there is a noticeable category that needs to be addressed, cage sizes. Most cages for small animals are either very small and shallow (doesn't allow for enough bedding to burrow in) or a combination of both. Fortunately there are a few cages which have the sufficient space to house your little friend. - For hamsters: It's not recommended to get a wheel that is made out of wired metal as their feet may get stuck. The store as a whole though is very nice (from the interior) and PetSmart has their own veterinarian and *PetsHotel.

I used to come this petsmart often when I lived near. After I moved I only use their hotel when my pup needs. This was 2nd time to drop her, dropping off day Jade helped her I felt her welcoming and warming service and helps ME to see you later to my pup thank you again however pick up day was terrible. The lady Brianne was treating another husky customer bad NO SMILE. So I expected the same way how she treated them. Yes of course again NO SMILE and doesn't seem like she wants to work there. She only brought her bag not the bed in her own suite room and blancket wad someone's so i hadto ask her again to check. I hope the manager hires someone like Jade who likes pets and welcoming pet owners.

Sunday May 30, 2022 This very sad supposedly guy said he was store manager is not he just supervisor didn't have a name tag there is issue hearing the workers screaming to all dogs in hotel saying shut up wow can't believe a business like this with a big name they will treat the animals like that it crazy and abuse that all animals are getting what I notice in hotel and doggie camp there no camera seem werid very werid sad the customers are being taken advantage of abuse animal there no camera in back where the doggies are staying at pretty sure this feedback and compliment won't go.any where definitely won't be back here get new works and new management

Pet hotel disappointed. Usually you can reach them by phone only one time out of ten and only if you're ok to listen 20 mins of waiting music. Today I've also met super rude receptionist at pet hotel which was a bit surprising because all the stuff I talked to before were very pleasant people. She was quite rude with me and then asked me not to come again with my dog because he was super hyper. We didn't have this problem before because he never showed any sign of aggression and if he gets too annoying to other dogs you just need to isolate him for 5 mins and he's calm again. Ok never coming here again. (And the store itself doesn't have orijen dog food)

Still almost no Livestock of fish at this store. Went to another PetSmart and their entire new fish order was all diseased. None of them have any Live plants in stock anymore either. Barely a selection of meds, ferts, conditioners or anything. I have given up on these big box stores. Go to Infinite Aquarium. Best prices in town half if not more than half the cost of any other shop around. Friendly welcoming and quality Freshwater fish you can't find anywhere else even at Neptune. Run by the coolest most welcoming dude that is a true hobbyist and has built his shop around what his customers want. Will go nowhere else but to Infinite.

This past weekend I went to buy some fish and stuff for my aquarium and I had the pleasure to have Steven help me soon as I walked to the back where the fish are he asked me if I needed help and we talked about all the fish I have and what fish I could add to my tank .he was very knowledgeable about each fish and that made my decision to what fish I got way better knowing he new about them..my tank is thriving and all my fish are happy so I wanted to take the time to thank you Steven ..I just love this store I've been a customer for a long time ..

I have shopped here for years and spent a fortune at this store and have always had a good experience. I came in this past weekend to load up on supplies for my new puppy and noticed that many of the beta fish looked sick and some were dead. The rest of the animals in the store seem well cared for and have clean tanks. It was very disheartening to see betas with obvious fin rot living in dirty cups. I expect more from a company that is supposed to be centered around animal care. I can’t stop thinking about these poor fish. Please address this issue so I can ship here again!

I needed to rehome some tropical fish, and called last week to ask about donating them to this store. The woman I talked to on the phone asked me what sort of fish they were, and said they can take them - just go to the fish wall and find someone to accept them. I brought this fish in this evening, and the employee I spoke to told me that the store never accepts donations of any pets and I was out of luck. I called Petco and they told me which store to bring them to, and were able to help me out no problem. This PetSmart is full of liars. Don't go here.

A little over an hour ago, I went to PetSmart to buy cat food. My girl cat is allergic to chicken so I end up buying this expensive food made from rabbit. The price on the aisle is $19.99 and yet the cashier charges me 23.99. After I pay, I check the receipt and double check the aisle price. When I confront the cashier, she doesn't act shocked. She sends someone to check the aisle price with me, only after I ask, who says "I wish they would fix the prices." If you are shopping at PetSmart on Coleman, most likely they are stealing from you.

It's a hit or miss to receive good service at petsmarts in the area. With multiple poor experiences I usually shop online and do curbside or visit the Milpitas location. This review is for the hassle of asking to put something on hold. The person on the phone kept pushing back even though I said I'll be there in 10 minutes right before closing. I said to the manager if you set it up front it'll be less time or you and me both. He ended up holding it for me but I really shouldn't have had to ask a 3rd time..not very customer friendly.

My dog likes coming here I think. Can't really tell...he's kind of twitchy anyway. But the store has everything I need. Great selection of treats and toys (that's all I feed my dog), and the staff has always been friendly. I had to dock a couple points because there's not really anywhere for dogs to do their civic doodie outside the store--i usually walk mine before we go so he's not crapping on the floor from twitching so hard. he definitely got that from his mom... dog pic included. he's a good boy.

Finally stast straw today. They cancel appointments with no notice and sometimes don't even bother to actually inform you ahead of time. You show up with your dogs for grooming and are told that there was an issue with the scheduling and the groomer was not scheduled to work today. Unacceptable - specially after you confirm the appointment 2 days ago and receive a reminder message 24 hours before the appointment. Not the first time something like this happened at this location. Never going back.

Showed up for my dogs grooming appointment early and ready. Was told that I needed to bring vaccination records in order for my dog to receive services was not notified in advance by confirmation email, call or app. Then was told by the receptionist I could call my vet for proof, unfortunately my vet couldn't answer, so when I offered to go get said records and come I was told "by the time you come back it'll be too late". So my time was 100% wasted and I will not be returning.

I am a relatively frequent visitor here. But lately it's just a little disappointing. Waited a good 20-30 minutes for a fish exchange and was told I can't exchange but return only since I didn't buy it here. Called another location and the manager said there shouldn't be any issue with an exchange as long as I have the receipt (bought last week) and dead fish. I bought majority of my pet supplies here, but it's time to move to another Petsmart for better experience.

We left our doggy for the day camp on a Sunday. We were hoping to get him back on the same day. They did not inform anything about timing and we went to get him at 7. They refused to send our dog back as their store was about to close. No matter how much we convinced they did not send him back. Our puppy has never been far away from us. And the employee was so rude. She gave blunt answers and did not give a Damn. I would DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND this petsmart!!!

This store is very well stocked and has very helpful staff. The offer cats for adoption that are all captured from the local area. They also have dog boarding and dog training. They sell birds and repiles. Along with anything you need for them. Great selection at a great value. There is usually ample parking unless it is during the holiday season then it is very difficult to get a parking spot. I go here anytime I need animal supplies and will continue to go here.

I came to this location expecting to buy food for my dog. But!, what I got was so much more. Joel helped me beyond my expectations. And!!!!!, was very kind and accommodating. Which I appreciate deeply. Especially in the social climate we live in. He really cares and so did everyone else around. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a pet products and great service. Good selection, great service and fantastic people. Definitely ask for Joel!

There online services are really bad. Never received an order number at completion. Sometimes my cart had the item in it, and sometimes not. They also had my credit card number. They never picked up at the Arizona home office and the staff at the San Jose Colman store could not help me find my order. My first experience was bad, but I have returned twice to curbside pickup. Both experiences were excellent. They have approved there online Petsmart experience.

I’m rating the store for grooming services .. bad very slow and they give wrong estimate for time. I took my dog in on a Saturday afternoon and was told he would be ready in three hours .. it took 5 1/2 hours. Still waiting right now to pick him up. I’m not sure they even started on him till I came over. This ruined my entire Saturday evening. Do you self a favor and get your dog groomed at some of the smaller outfits. they charge $10 more but it’s worth it.

So far my dog has had nothing but great experiences from the Petsmart on Coleman. I think one thing they can work on is check-in and paperwork for both Hotel and Salon. I think these departments need to work together more seamlessly. This way dogs are not forgotten in the hotel when they are scheduled for grooming, etc. Last visit I called while on vacation to make sure my dog is where she needs to be. Either way my dog loves the place so 5 stars.

The only inconvenience was not seeing a place to lock my bike up when I went inside. I had to lock it to a tree out front. As far as getting what I need for cat, they have even more than I knew I could need! All types or brands cat food I want are carried and have found flavors I have never seen before. I like to watch the dogs in day care. Miss having the cats for adoption but better for the cats without that stress of being caged in the store.

Totally appreciate PetSmart employees. Let's do our part by giving them a heads up you're about to pick up your curbside with only limited staff allowed so they can be safe and help us stay that way it's the least we can do. And when ordering live crickets for our reptile buddies let's be timely I mean we honestly can't expect them to keep the little critters bagged up for hours, thats not nice. Keep up 5 work guys

My dog Goldie was having itching problem so I thought he had caught fleas. Turns out he just had allergies. I had no idea dogs had allergies but I was very grateful for the staff being attentive to my needs because Goldie's my furry kid, and I get super worried when things aren't right with him. The staff made me feel very calm and relieved. Would definitely recommend this place for people to bring their pets.

Be aware that the manager at this store seems to feel that coaching customer service associates in front of customers is ok here. This makes for a horrible experience for both the customer and the employee. If they're willing to do stuff like that and embarrass employees on the floor, I can't imagine how closed door coaching is. Avoid this store and potentially all PetSmarts, if this is their policy.

Numerous fish were housed in small cups, clearly no water change and atleast 2 were dead and have been deceased for some time. I alerted a team member who informed me she will change the fishes' water. Please note that fish exposed to ammonia from their own waste sustain irreperable health damage. Sadly, buying a fish, taking it home and providing clean water and heating does not guarantee survival.

Go ahead just walk in ! Even the Doctors yes I said Doctors ! Are available my experience was just that I just walked in with my cat whom adopted me. I needed a travel medical exam and shots plus other info and was welcomed in right then and there. Had all my needs met in one spot plus it was cool watching the doggie daycare some days all jumpy happy others calm and everyone to their corners. LOL.

I brought a new kitten home about 6 months ago and have become quite a regular here. They have a wide variety of kitten food (many places don't) and everything I've needed to make my little furrball happy. Their prices are good and the staff is friendly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they don't carry raw cat food, so I do have to make a second stop to get all of my kitten's food.

Very nice, friendly and accommodating staff. I needed to order a special food for my dog and they were more than willing to help and get it ordered for me. Thanks guys! Went from 5 stars to 1!!!!! Update: They did not order the food, I went back for weeks and never got what I ordered. Then they tell me the that brand is being discontinued. Boo, just boooooo! Also, the grooming salon is subpar!

This is a good place when you need something very specific for your animals. It is great for getting fish too because of the variety they offer. For.all.your basic pet needs I would suggest Target or WalMart. The prices are very expensive for these items there. Also this is a good place to take your dog to get bathed. I adopted a do there a few years back so that is another plus.

A good place to shop for pet supplies. Usually well stocked with a good variety of products at reasonable - but not Walmart - prices. The staff are friendly, conscientious, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had the opportunity to use the pet hospital associated with the retail operation. The live animals on sale seem well looked after. A very useful resource, for sure!

This place is massive. Looks like it caters to primarily cats & dogs. They have done off everything including fresh food sold like liverwurst of old, pureed prepackaged hamburger tubes, but this food is GOOD! My picky chihuahua begs me for breakfast & dinner now. A remarkable change for a perpetually picky eater. But watch out, this is a really popular item so it goes fast.

I was nervous about dropping off Patrick off at their pet hotel but I was going out of town for an extended amount of time and there was no one else to look after him. Patrick is the cat that I adopted from the shelter when he was 3 months old. The staff made me me feel more comfortable about leaving Patrick. I picked up Patrick and the staff took great care of him!

I love this place and Banfield pet hospital as well. The treatment and love they show our buddy is great. They show no fear regardless of the breed and are always very compassionate to your needs. They responded very well to my concerns and threw in some suggestions which so far have helped. I truly appreciate the entire staff of the team at Petsmart and Banfield.

Beside pet supplies, this location is packed with a Pet Hotel, Clinic, grooming, and Day Camp. Came here for pet food but specific brands weren't available. The shelves appeared half empty so probably check ahead before going in. It is a very busy location with lots of paws and human legs traffic. I assume this is why the place is not kept up to their cleaniness.

I Like this store. I was looking to purchase items to brush my dog's teeth. I could not find it because it was moved. They were helpful and showed me where it was. I settled on dental whips. We have been using them daily to acclimate to this new hygiene. I plan to get toothbrushes and chicken flavored toothpaste once they are used to their mouth and teeth regime.

Completely unsatisfied with the service. I called over the phone to make an appointment for grooming and bath for my puppy and I was told it will cost me 28$. Surprise?! I ended up paying 46$ and has not even been told the total amount before she started to do it. I wanted to pay and she said to pay at the end without giving me the total. Never step there again.

He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in not only just supplying the price of the turtle, but he took the time to go over everything else that would be needed to make sure the turtle could hopefully have a good home! I took my Great Pyrenees for a bath at PetSmart at Coleman, San Jose for the first time today. Yaritza was the groomer and she was amazing! Calm, confident and did an excellent job. I was especially pleased with his nails and ears. I have noticed these are the two things that are usually not so easy to impress! Great job and great customer service from her!

Our dog Aristotle came in 4 shampoo and a haircut, they cut the hair too short Nick them a couple of times and try to cover it up. They forced him to sit down now he's all dramatize. So I give that PetSmart below poor performance in The Grooming Department. The store manager was sympathetic that was good. Will never take the Aristotle back over there again.

Took my pup to boarding and doggy day camp. Everything seems to be good. I got him the exit bath, and when I picked him up, he was still wet. This is not the first time . Every time I take him to Coleman in SJ, he comes out wet. I never had this problem in Fremont. Coleman needs to do better with their service. We work hard and pay for these services.

The manager of the petshotel laughed on the phone after I told her my dog died shortly after her stay. I thought she would at least feel bad because my dog regularly came to the store but instead she chuckled and asked me if that was all. :( never been so disappointed in my life. Will NOT be bringing my new puppy to this store!!!! Be careful of Myra!!

Good one-stop pet shopping store. Has all the food, grooming, housing, toys, etc, that are needed for dogs and cats. Also covers small animal pets (mice, rats, guinea pigs, etc.), plus fish. Pricing is competitive. This particular store location is in a mini shopping center with restaurants, a department store (Target), Starbucks, fast food, etc.

I take my dog Louie to PetSmart on Coleman in San Jose for the pawdicure, which is a walk-in nail trim, ear cleaning, and spritz. The groomers there are always friendly and work my dog in. They work with him gently, because he gets nervous. It's clear that they love dogs, and i appreciate the great care they give to Louie. Tip your groomers!

Understaffed but good intentions,A corporate store that's clearly in line with the rest of them all setting prices which is illegal. Distributors and suppliers are just as bad if not worse they all set the prices and nobody is able to cut under for anything it's a fixed Market. $1.50 for a can of cat food is just insane hello it's cat food!!

It wasn't me who loved it here, it was my dog. There are so many varieties of food at different costs that there is an option for most everyone. If she was under the weather there is professional vet assistance available. Birds cats and small reptiles are not neglected in there clean habitats. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.

Associate named Leonard gets the 5/5 stars, saw a line form. Manned the register and halved the wait time, soon afterwards saw him in the parking lot collecting shopping carts and stopped a mother from backing into a loose cart unknowingly. Leonard would receive 6/5 stars if possible on going the extra mile for customer service.

The Grooming Here is bar none the best dog grooming I've had for Leo. He is a golden retriever mix so he can experience a lot of matting and this can give most dog groomers trouble. Not here! Jennifer is the manager there and she KNOWS what she is doing! Great customer service and on the ball. Overall an amazing experience!!

Went to look at tropical fish section. Tanks appeared to be very clean and maintained other than a few dead fish here and there that should have been taken out. They have a great selection of tank decorations as well as tank setups and lighting. I would definately recommend a visit and would put their fish in my setup.

Prices are ok, in my opinion a little overpriced. Seems to show a lack of knowledge with reptiles with what should be included and not in their enclosures. Also, rodents appear to not be receiving the proper veterinary care they need to live happy healthy lives. Although, the workers there are very kind and helpful.

Well located store but shelves are not always stocked (we go for cat supplies - out if stock brands have been Halo, Instinct). Most of the staff are friendly but once in a while we'll check out with someone who's unfriendly or almost judgemental in the way they conduct themselves (lol - this is my judgement...).

Place stinks and is constructed like a prison for pets. Do not ever leave your pet overnight here. Petshotel staff are very rude. They do not care for your pets. There is no way to directly call the hotel to check on your pet, you need to go through an automated call. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone.

This location isn't my favorite. The other ones I've been to are more friendly and helpful. Today, I asked the cashier if they sold bully sticks and she seemed so uninterested, mumbled "oh, I dont know," and gave me my receipt. Didn't look at me once and couldn't even ask her coworker standing a few steps away.

We have been taking our little chuy to petsmart doggie day care for about 1.5 years. Uncle Todd is the "keeper" of the doggie day care and treats all the dogs as if they were his own. He is the best and we trust him completely with our little dog and we recommend him to all we encounter. Give him a raise!

Took my dog to this hotel for 3 nights. She came back 7 pounds lighter, her bones are showing, she has zero energy and she smells like pee. I packed enough food for a week, and they gave me back an empty bag. I am positive she barely ate anything during her stay, and that they stole my dogs food.

I came here mostly for the groomer. The groomers are all great. My dog was always comfortable with them. The store is as good as other PetSmarts. It's large but ultimately it's mush less expensive to buy anything online. You're paying for the convenience of buying it right in the store

I only go in here when I have to. My very best experiences in this store have been only slightly less shitty than my usual ones. The staff is either deliberately rude or just stupid, and the shelves always look like nobody has organized them all day so it's impossible to find anything.

This PetSmart lacks customer service. Store was full of shoppers, which I get. It happens but customer service should always up one to make up for the other negative points. Also , store was a bit messy. I'll go back because I have no choice it's the nearest PetSmart to me.

Took my daughter's dog for a puppy trim at 4 months old, they were unable to trim the hair. All she got was a bath, no bows in her hair. My co-worker suggested that we call and make an appointment with a small dog specialist who knows how to treat smaller dogs and puppies.
