Not a great experience with this plumber, would not recommend. He has been out to us twice and the problem still remains. The first visit costed us £140 and didn't fix the problem. We had a second visit which cost us £40 and the problem is now worse. We have tried to call a number of times and suddenly there is no answer now. The prices are extortionate, there is no quote upfront, besides "I will look after you". Not a great experience and would not recommend.

Pete came out on a Saturday lunch time within an hour, identified the problem and made it safe for the weekend and came back with the parts he needed early on the Monday to finish the job. No call out fee. Reasonable hourly rates no hanging around to inflate the cost. Would highly recommend. Very pleasant personality.

We needed some help identifying the cause of a leak underneath our kitchen sink, and the location of the cold water outlet needed for a dishwasher. Peter kindly visited and helped identify what we needed to resolve the issues. He was timely, friendly, and professional. Would thoroughly recommend!
