Male clerk was rude and not helpful insisting that I pay to track an envelope and request a signature when I know I’ve sent parcels before without requiring a signature from the recipient especially for considering her age. I just wanted to track the package and ensure it was received. I have had packages not arrive. Customer service needs improvement so I went to the mall post office where they are more friendly.
Very kind and pleasant staff who provide advice re shipping rates and optimized package options.
