This was my Christmas present when this was installed today 20th Dec 2023. After work I went to have a lovely shower something I did not experience since moving in the house where my experience was a bucket. I was living the stone-age to experience the modern life. Everyone knows how a good shower is relaxing. The job was done with so much precision. The engineer was polite, and sympathetic. Bathroom extractor fan installed. Asif was very responsive to my call out and arranged to come within the same week. Time and date agreed and he kept to this arrangement. After work was completed, there was a small issue on the timer for the fan and asked if this could be adjusted. He returned on the same day before end of his working day. A very reliable chap and excellent work quality, workmanship agrees a reasonable price with customer beforehand. Cheers

My water heater had been faulty since January, no one seemed to know what was wrong with it. I had four contractors come look at it until finally the house agent sent Ash. Ash checked the boiler, found out what was wrong within an hour, went to get parts the same day and fixed the boiler. He was professional, friendly and very very helpful. I strongly recommend this business.
