Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Got a really cold reception when I walked in 10mins before closing and asked if they were still open. They made me feel like I was interrupting their chats when I asked for assistance. Must have caught them on a bad day, but definitely don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store has an impressive selection off children's books so I've regularly bought gifts there for nieces and nephews. Service has been quick and the store is easily accessible. They have also got a selection of cards that has improved over the past year or two.

Readers Warehouse is so lovely. It's conveniently located for me and the staff is always helpful checking for books on their system or shelves if I can't find something. I think I've probably purchased around 15-20 books from them so far, but I'm definitely not stopping at that number.

Absolutely love this store. We live up the East Coast and whenever we come into the city this is a definite shop. It is well laid out, fabulous selection and friendly staff. One request please bring back the little stools to sit on while browsing.

So there is nothing innately wrong here except that they don't seem to have book one of a series but that's just because books sells
