I just received my order, and the books are in stunning condition, one of my books had two pages missing but it would have been impossible to see unless going through each page, but the other 11 books were in good order. The customer service individuals are superb, they were patient, helpful and timely with their responses. My books arrived ahead of schedule. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Second order: Readmatter provided me a voucher due to the missing two pages in one of my books, I am so grateful. I ordered three books they were all in great condition. I also found out they have a feature where you can make a wishlist of books you would like and they see if they can track it down which is really cool. I cant get over how convenient the whole process is. I cant recommend Readmatter more, its amazing.
