I am forced to use Red Rock Pharmacy by the facility caring for my loved one. They are billing me for meds that should be covered by insurance. I called Red Rock to find out what happened with the insurance billing, and left messages on both of the #'s on the bill. I also called the insurance company to find out why the meds being billed for were not covered, only for the insurance to say those specific meds WERE NEVER SUBMITTED FOR BILLING. I called and left multiple messages requesting a call back, at BOTH phone numbers on my bill. My insurance company even tried calling with me on hold to do a 3-way call. No response. . . . but I did get another bill for the same meds. If I had a choice I would use ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!!! This is month 3 of having the same exact problem, and not being able to get anyone from the billing dept on the phone OR to call me back.

They received my billing information and then did not enter it. Then they sent a statement months later! When I talked to them on the phone, after calling for over a week. I finally get a person oh we forgot to enter the payment information! And there's no way to verify that you paid it online and they don't send a bill!

Red Rock Pharmacy has the best marketing representatives. If we have any questions or need help, we know we can always call Sydney L and she will help us, walk us through the process, and be by our side. Red Rock Pharmacy will treat you like family.

Decent pharmacy as they go. Their drivers probably have a lot of places to hit got deliveries. But they drive WAY too fast to be safe in the parking lots of the facilities they service. This is NOT the Druggy 500.
