This branch has a very bad customer service culture. The cashier who attended me this morning showed no interest in listening to my needs of services. She was unfriendly and annoyed. She asked something about my request to the lady in charge of the customer service, however that lady either did not care for what I needed. On the contrary, the lady was arrogant and negative as I was not a customer of Regions bank. I am so disappointed of Regions bank customer service and considering to move my checking account to another bank.

Be aware of this branch. The cashier Destiny cruz and the manager were very rude. They hold my cashier check forever eventhough it was a cashiers check!!!!!!. Still waiting for my money. They have tried everything they could to hold the funds forever!!!!!!!

The worst attention of the manager, on other occasions I have been able to exchange bills for coins this time the manager told me that only if I had an account with them! First bank that heard that nonsense, lousy service and quite slow to attend.

I'm trying to get a card printed at this location for the past two days and they giving me the run around. I hate when I have to come here in person. Never a good experience for me.

Slow service, they never have system, I have been here like three times and they can never open an simple bank account! Better open an account in Wells Fargo or any other bank.

Can anyone tell me what happened to the bank that was here between 1988- 1997? They changed names and then told me I never had an account there.
