Se supone que si tengo el dinero en el banco es para que esté seguro, no para que el mismo banco me ROBE. Tremenda mala experiencia, intenté hacer un depósito a mi cuenta a través de este ATM (truco) y se lo tragó sin más, este dinero nunca llegó a mi cuenta, ni me dió recibo. Después de un mes de insistir al banco, hacer dos reclamos y llamar a la policía, finalmente me acreditaron una parte del dinero, era $1,575 pero al final solo me devolvieron $1,423. Me robaron $152, mi tiempo, extra dinero de transporte y un mes sin poder hacer uso de mi dinero. Me he encontrado cantidad de reviews en distintos sitios de personas en la misma situación con este banco. Que aparentemente estos ATMs están trucados intencionalmente, después de eso el conteo se hace manual cada 15 días por dos personas (dicho por el mismo gerente de la sucursal). Ustedes se imaginarán el resto.

The worse Regions I've taken my mother too. Not efficient, long line for teller, no one had the courtesy to help with long line even though there where other workers that would pass by and look. 2 tellers for 8 people waiting in line approximately 30 min wait to clear line. This was around 1pm. Also outside only one atm been there in a Sunday waiting in line for 15min because the Cuban man didn't speak English and didn't know his to deposit money and was asking people to help him. This place is busy 1 atm is not enough & 2 tellers at peak time midweek is bit enough either. Don't go here you'll leave mad. Not efficient, not clean, rug smells musky if it has rained and parking is horrifically small always full

No merece ninguna estrella porque todas las veces que he ido a depositar me he encotrado con la mala disposicion de la que me recibe el deposito. Muy grosera, y con un lenguaje poco profesional ("la pila de pesos"). Necesitan entrenamiento, sobre todo para tratar con los clientes. El banco es lento y pequeño y si además de eso hay que lidiar con personas que no tienen modales ni ganas de trabajar, me hace pensar que debería cerrar la cuenta de mi negocio y abrir en otro.

I have been in this bank for more than 10 years and today I came to request a letter about my accounts and they charged me $30 dollars for a simple letter, I have three different banks and none of them charged me, what they are doing is abusive

The people at the drive thru window are very friendly only 2 down sides 1. There is always just one person working there at anytime I go and 2. They can NEVER change my dollars into rolls of coins and always tell me to go inside

I will have to agree with most of the reviews here.... worst customer service ever. Have an account just for convenience and mostly use online banking or ATM.... but coming to the actual branch it's a NIGHTMARE

Siempre que vengo a esta sucursal tengo que esperar mucho tiempo para ser atendido porque tienen a una sola persona en las cajas para atender al publico

Por ser cubano y aun no tener la residencia, aunque estes legal en el pais no puedes crearte una cuenta, al parecer este banco no es tan buen banco.
