I visited this branch recently to open a 529 college savings account for my children. Initially, I was informed by a customer service representative that an appointment was necessary. Accordingly, I scheduled one for 11:00 AM on 12/29/2023.

I normaly go to my branch on Edmonson Pike Great location fast service, this time I tried this cool looking Buliding and it's very nice branch except at the time where was no waiting it took them around 15 minutes to get me $50 single 4

The staff is not helpful and very rude. Constantly had issues with my account. They basically robbed me with overdraft fees when my account was not supposed to even be able to be over drafted. I had trouble with missing cash deposits 3

My Tax Payment related issues were resolved within a few minutes. The banker who handled my issues was very knowledgeable and experienced. I was extremely satisfied. My BIG thanks to him.
