"This is actually a great bakery but unfortunately when you call if you don't speak Spanish you're not going to get what you want this is disappointing my family and I will not be ordering from here again it's impossible to communicate with someone that doesn't speak your own language in your own country"
"high prices low quality"
"Charged me for 10 croquettes and didn't even put them in my bag, this after waiting 15 minutes for them to be fried"
"A nice selection of traditional cuban pastries"
"I stopped by this bakery to order supreme breakfast in the menu, I got it, the bacon was good, but everything was in very small portions, 1strip of bacon, the cafe con leche was very dark, and the lady didn’t have sugar available and only gave me 2 packets of Splenda and still the coffee tastes awful"
This is actually a great bakery but unfortunately when you call if you don't speak Spanish you're not going to get what you want this is disappointing my family and I will not be ordering from here again it's impossible to communicate with someone that doesn't speak your own language in your own country.I normally don't get upset about things like this especially in Miami but the lady was very rude and said only Spanish and hung up 9-19-2020 Followed up still no English speaking ordered my breakfast elsewhere. At least I didn't get hung up on this time

Charged me for 10 croquettes and didn't even put them in my bag, this after waiting 15 minutes for them to be fried. Worst service ever, they are understaffed and their pastelitos taste like the ones from the day before. Don't bother with this pretentious little bakery that thinks its something amazing because they are on Coral Way, I've had better things come out of Hialeah.
A nice selection of traditional cuban pastries. We bought guava, cheese, guava and cheese pasteries. We also got some beef and spinach empanadas, yucca rolls, and cheese cigars. All the pasteries and snacks were quite good. The best part was the cafe con leche and cortadito. Both were superb and done just right. For a quick satisfying breakfast, this is just the right place.
I stopped by this bakery to order supreme breakfast in the menu, I got it, the bacon was good, but everything was in very small portions, 1strip of bacon, the cafe con leche was very dark, and the lady didn’t have sugar available and only gave me 2 packets of Splenda and still the coffee tastes awful. It’s expensive for what they offer.
Prices have gone up insanely. I understand inflation and all that but its weird that the colada there is 2.50 while at publix being right next door is 1.39. The food prices are doubled the price of publix. These pastries didnt taste fresh. Not coming back

First time going here today thanksgiving day the first thing to greet me was "digame" from a middle age lady with a cap this is like saying in English tell me UNBELIEVABLE IF THIS PEOPLE GREET THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY I WONDER HOW CAN THEY STILL BE IN BUSINESS...!
Food quality not so good. Their pastelito de carne and empanda de carne are horrendous! The ground beef recipe they have is horrendous period. I recommend pastelmania they are always on point with pastries, sandwiches and coffee and breads.
I love supporting local businesses but there’s an older woman that every time she at the bakery I just go to another one she has the worst attitude ever... Sometimes I leave tip because I feel bad for the other women who work there.
I ordered ahead on postmates for breakfast . It said the order was ready and I still waited for 30 minutes because they had to make it, not sure why they marked it as ready. Don’t come if you are in a hurry. Food was good though
I was a little confused when I received my sandwich because I thought i ordered pork sandwich but instead I got eggs ham and cheese which it was good I ended up eating it put left disappointed for not eating the pork sandwich
The lady was being so rude about I can’t pick up the pastries. I only have to get it inside. I hope u seeing this and u deserve to get 1 stars and I was not very appreciate about that. I will never go order there ever again.
Great customer service! I called at 9am about having a cake made and delivered for the same day and they made it happen! The rum cake arrived to my dad's house by 11am and he loved it- The perfect surprise!
The best cheese pastelitos in town! I’m a foodie for Cuban pastelitos and always like to try new places. This little great looking Cuban Bakery made it to my list and the prices are amazing! Keep it up!
Best cafe con leche and pastries I had tried in town, I’m not even kidding. Quick service and nice customer service. Love their guava and cheese pastelitos. I recommend it . …
I been here like 20 years ago and it was very ugly and lots of drunks outside. But now it's sooooo beautiful every chance I get I come to get a bite to eat. Love the decorations today.
I order a birthday cake a month ago and it was delicious, service was ok, last time I was there for breakfast I was little disappointed, quite far what a Cuban breakfast is
Worst bakery in town. Ask for an orange juice and they give it to you by next year…. If you guys want to wait a year for your food be my guest. Never coming here again!
So High quality food! It is tasty and properly priced! We enjoy your Sunday "pastelitos" and since I found this place, I just keep coming back! Totally worth it!
I ordered from them thru uber eats & it was missing 2 items & the croissant was burnt.I've also been there as a walk in & half the time they mess up my orders.
Thank God this people exist I loved my cake and that tastes was delicious I really recommend them they made it happen the same day... thank you Rico Bakery
So sad to see how bad it's gotten since it was bought by Venezuelans. This was one of the last authentic Cuban bakeries left in my old neighborhood.
The food tastes exactly as I remember it the last time I was there 5 years ago! But the customer service could use some improvement tbh.
Sweet little bakery! My first time trying colada. Was very good! Very nice girls at counter. They were patient with me as I ordered.
I come here often. And every time I come, the two lady’s that work the front always seam like if they are over it, or as if I am
The service was pleasant and fairly prompt. I was able to find what I had gone there for. Good neighborhood Cuban bakery.
Depending on who takes your order, this could be a great experience or a very bad experience. Bad service great pastries.
Excellent service very friendly. Wonderful guava pastries and great coffee. Great place to come for breakfast!
The best cafeteria good breakfast and good service I go every Sunday morning for breakfast I will recommend it
Still good pastelitos, the empanadas are really meaty. It's my second favorite place to get latin pastries.
I'm suporter of local business and this one is a great example of why. Amazing food . Very friendly waiters
This is the best Bakery in Miami any time you go it’s clean and the service it’s awesome and Kwik
They are always nice. Place can get a little busy. Put everything it’s fresh and a clean place.
Nobody there (except one guy) speaks English, but that's okay. The food is good. Really good.

They don't have a bathroom, it doesnt matter what you do or buy, no bathroom. Terrible.
Great bakery! Just been renovated with the new owners, it's better than never before.
Tasty fresh bread and other sandwiches, been visiting and dining in for many years.
