I recently rented a car from Sixt at O’hare and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was outstanding - Elorite was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that my rental experience was pleasant and stress-free. He even blessed me with an upgrade. The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. I felt safe and comfortable driving it, and it was the perfect size for my needs. Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up - the process was efficient and quick, and the staff was once again incredibly helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend Sixt to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and hassle-free rental experience. Five stars all around!

Very disappointed with Sixt which was always my preferred car rental company. Sixt accepted and confirmed my reservation and then waited until pick-up time to let me know that it could not be processed due to my account being “blocked”. Extremely poor costumer service skills by O’Hare location manager BRANDON ROSADO who could not be of any useful assistance resolving an issue. I give one star just because the rest of the service team at least tried and helped; otherwise it would have been zero. I had to go to Avis. Much better, faster and more efficient. Less expensive too! Lesson learned! Good bye SIXT

SIXT is an awesome rental car company and I simply can’t say enough good things about them. The customer experience throughout the process (check in, car pick up) was superior. We picked up our vehicle at the ORD rental car building and it was seamless. Christina, our rental car agent, was delightful and expressed a genuine interest in our trip to Chicago. The folks working the lot were very friendly and helpful. I had never heard of SIXT before but I will definitely rent from them again. And our BMW 3 series rental car was immaculate and the current model year. Amazing! Love SIXT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely awful experience. My car broke down the day before a family trip. Booked online. Get to the place. They won't rent to me because I'm a local and don't have a credit card. Best the could do was send me to South Loop to prove I live here with a utility bill. No I can't do that. I'm leaving and have kids with me. Okay we canceled it. 9 days later and still no refund. They pocketed the money, and wouldn't even give the service. I have to do a charge back on my card and they don't give that back right away either. I'm out $500. Go to someone else. This place is terrible.

Sergio helped me with my car rental. He explained every detail of my contract, and recommended me about the toll choices according to my needs. That’s very helpful. One month ago I rented a car from another company, and that lady just gave me the whole price which I regretted till now since there was one big truck of price not clear. I’m going to use SIXT every time when I need to rent a car from O’Hare. It never disappointed me. Trust worthy.

Exceptional customer service and just general kindness from every associate I interacted with. Mohammad, Brian, and Eloy were wonderful at every step. Best rental car experience I've had, by far. Four stars ONLY because the vehicle obviously wasn't cleaned between renters-- glitter in the trunk area and dried drip spots on various surfaces on the interior. Nothing disgusting, but just disappointed after such great customer service.

This was the easiest car rental we have ever had. Moble Checked in as soon as we landed and the car was ready to go. We were able to skip the long lines at the counter and go right to the garage. We rented a BMW and was upgraded to a SUV for free because they were out if cars. Drop off was just as easy. We were called by name as soon as our door opened and we were on our way in 5 minutes. We will definitely use this service again!

I've had both INCREDIBLE customer service from this location and been treated... well, not good. The first agent I interacted with when picking up m vehicle as awesome! When I attempted to extend my rental, I was first ignored and when I followed up I got some story about how they wouldn't be able to give me any information until 3 days before the end of my rental. They were rude and just generally unhelpful.

I have rented from Sixt in the past, both domestically and internationally. I had fine experiences. But this time, I was blown away. Sergio (customer service rep) and Lorenzo (manager) are amazing, they delivered a truly exceptional car rental experience. They were helpful, understanding, and made sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied with my rental. I can’t recommend this location highly enough.

Mike J is an excellent branch representative at ORD. What impressed me was the offer of bottled water. Next, he offered to upgrade my rental to a Range Rover. Usually, a range rover from your company is $699 a day in NYC. In Chicago, it is an additional $50 a day. Therefore, upgrading was a no-brainer. I appreciate that Mike paid attention to the details.

I rented a BMW SUV from O'Hare Airport.  I really enjoyed the vehicle.  Upon checking in at the counter, I was greeted by Rose.  She was kind and helpful and has a great smile.   Upon going to the parking structure to get my car, I was greeted by Christina.  She was funny and very helpful.  They are both assets to your company.  Thanks

We had a great experience with the sixt staff with good humor at O'Hara rental pickup. We joked about a Lamborghini. We were on a Nissan budget.. Elorite, Daisha both made our 1st experience Wonderful! All staff said hello with a smile. The jokes paid off, and they hooked us up with a bmw no charge. Thanks! To all on 4-12-23

Budget had a long and very slow line to get our reserved car at the airport. So after standing in line for nearly 2 hours and still many people ahead of us, we canceled our reservation. Walked up to SIXT which had no line and was done in 5 minutes. Everything about the process was easy and efficient with no problems.

Sixt makes car rental very easy. Staff members are friendly and professional. During our of my rentals, I had an issue with a tire. I returned the vehicle and was out with a replacement in less than 10 minutes.. Bravo to the team...thank you Sixt for taking care of me...

Sergio had excellent service this morning. It was my family’s first time renting out a car and he made the process super simple and easy, overall it took less than 10 minutes to get our keys. He even hooked us up with an upgrade from a Toyota Camry to a BMW!!

Toll charge is $10 per day or $5 per toll, you choose which unacceptable way upfront. The state of IL needs to force a stop to this practice, and booking sites need to prominently display it until then. I’ll be writing IL state senators

Very worst experience I have face , When I take car it gets breakdown with engine malfunction they tow the vehicle. After 2.5months they send the 1400 hundred dollar bill. Very worst don’t take cars from SIXT rentals

Free upgrade to BMW SUV. Very nice vehicle. It did look like the interior hadn’t been cleaned prior to my pickup. But luckily the previous renters had only forgotten a few pieces of litter. Overall great experience.
