Old complaint that I took up with coles express online and so good (they confirmed that it needs to be kept refrigerated) mid 2019 So Good chilled soy milk wasn’t being stored correctly (should of been in the refrigerator) I did let the cashier know but she wouldn’t listen and argued. Otherwise it’s a good store, upgrades inside and the new pumps have been nice.

Had the misfortune of dealing with a lady named simi whose rude and combative attitude left a lot to be desired, lessons in customer service would be advised as I for one will not be returning if this business allows paying customers to be treated so poorly!

That guy from india who was doing shift at 3:04 pm on 13th October. Shell administration you need him out. He’s extremely rude and hates his job.

Don’t go here guys. The indian guy here was extremely rude. Asked him for something and he yelled on top of lungs that they don’t have that item.
