So apparently, as a coles express customer, you are not allowed to park at coles express premises not even for 15 min as written on the sign. Also, if you decide to tidy up your car because its bit messy you can not do there because all the dust will be all over the building as if the building was dust protected from the cars running on the Sandy bay road and the wind. The dumbest thing I have ever heard. This was my second experience at this store and felt so embarrassed and targeted. Not a good experience at all.

There has been an spillage incident at pump 1 while filling my car due to faulty sensor. I reported it to their Customer Service. After few weeks their investigation stated that there is nothing wrong with it. Questionable!
I went store at 4:00 pm on Sat, 24/7/2021. The old lady staff was rude and racist. I come here to buy coffee not get free coffee from the old lady staff. I hope next time come here will not see her. horrible!!
Most of the staff are lovely but there is one that needs too step down from his position and get a better attitude it is not good for business when you have poor customer skills.
The toilet in this service station is forever “out of order” not convenient at all!
