Incredibly rude older woman that was working on the counter told my sister off and spoke to her like she was stupid for being on the phone to her mum whilst filling up her car. Like excuse me? Your job is literally to serve people at a fuel station, stay in your lane woman and know your place. There is no law against it so please shush. Whoever owns this fuel station you need to tell this older woman to mind her own business. I get she needs to feel like she has power and influence over people in her sad little life but there’s no need to try and belittle others for minding their own business whilst doing an expensive chore. Good way to lose business.

I frequent this store daily as I’ve discovered a hidden gem in the quality of the coffee available at Shell Servos! I must say, the Sorell team are amazing! I spend a couple of minutes each day waiting for my coffee and have overheard many situations, the staff handle any issue with ease and a warm friendly nature. The staff at Shell in Sorell really are a great team and I enjoy visiting their friendly faces each day.

Working with various industries you know what is expected of you to be kept informed of safety, I was reminded when filling up my jerry can to have it on the ground while filling, it is hard bending down but hey not mine but all people including my self is safety first

I spent 200$ on fuel then tried to fill my car with water (40L) and Katrina the lady on the counter said that I can’t do it in a bad way. Then I went to Caltex (10min), fill my water tank with out expending money.

Closed the pump off as I was sitting in my car about to get fuel, worker lady was really salty and rude.

Close to coles supermarkets and KFC. Good service and cheaper fuel then Hobart city.
