Let me start by saying that it was a HORRIBLE experience with one of my local Ford dealerships that led me to finding Showroom Auto and I couldn’t be more thankful. When I found a Showroom Auto listing on Carfax for a very affordable 2014 Raptor, I instantly called them to ensure that it was still available. I was informed that the truck was generating a lot of interest from across the country and that the dealership stands by their “first come, first served” policy. At the time, I was unsure of when I would be able to come look at the vehicle so I thanked them for their time and told them that I would setup an appointment at another time. A day later, Sunday (when they were closed), I texted them to let them know I would be arriving as soon as they re-opened on Monday. I got up at 3am, hit the road, and drove 5+ hours to get there 30 mins before they opened. I then linked up with Angel and Chris (both outstanding people) and test drove the Raptor. I was instantly sold and we began the financing process of trading in my vehicle and getting a loan for the Raptor. Unfortunately, another gentleman named Jack (he’s already spreading bad reviews on other websites) traveled from Texas to look at the Raptor; however, I had already committed to buying it. While I can sympathize with his frustration of not arriving in-time, I cannot condone his review or disrespect for this dealership. When I left my house at 3am I knew the dealership’s policy and was prepared to have to turn around and drive home empty handed if I was too late. That’s life...you get to the store after the last Turbo Man is sold and you move on to the next store. I don’t intend to kick someone while they are down but at the same time, people need to understand what actually transpired. Jack did not pay a deposit nor a down payment and the dealer informed him of his competition. Anyways, besides that conundrum, Showroom Auto was great. They gave me a fair value on my trade in, offered an excellent price that was below market value for the Raptor, secured a warranty and assisted in financing. Not only that, but they treated me well and even bought me pizza since I had travelled so far. The entire process was smooth and they treated me like family. Of all the dealers I have dealt with, this was the best. If you’re filtering through all the mixed reviews, this is what you should know so that you have a great experience: 1) the internet price is THE price...that’s what you’ll pay for the vehicle, 2) you have to add in taxes, destination fees and the warranty (not optional). Expect to pay at least $3K more on top of the vehicle’s price (give or take depending on your specific vehicle). Other than that, you’re getting a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with a great warranty from great people. If you know that going in, you’ll drive away happy. Thanks Chris, Angel, and the whole Showroom Auto team for being honest and treating me well and putting me behind the wheel of an amazing Raptor.

That was the worst customer service from Manager Chris I've ever experienced. After talking with the receptionist and Chris 2x on the phone about a particular car, then making an appointment, and reconfirming the selected car (s) and appointment we arrive to RUDELY be told the car(s) haven’t been certified and while they are they he is unable to show them to us. One would think that would have been told to us when we made the appointment to view the car. We weren’t met with any apologies, or let me schedule you for a time when the car is available we were greeted with crossed arms and attitude as if it was OUR fault we showed up to view a car that was not able to be shown. I've never been disrespected Or made to feel like a customer service issue was My fault. He treated us like it was our problem the cars we were Interested in weren't able to be shown today. One would think a salesman during these times of COVID with the economy the way it is and someone arrives to your place of business they would go out of their way to do anything to satisfy a potential customer, or at the VERY LEAST would have been apologetic and try to make future arrangements for a viewing upon the cars certification. We were already pre-certified through our bank for financing (which we also cleared with Mgmt before our arrival and had a 40% Cash Down Payment ready to place on the car. It was an easy sale. It would have saved everyone's time for him to have told us when we spoke earlier in the phone and be upfront and honest and tell us the car would be unable to be shown today. We had back options from their online inventory just in case (which I also sent in the confirmation text with the receptionist) All 3 cars we were told we couldn’t see. Unacceptable. Instead we were rudely treated with "can't show you that , can't show you that Can’t show you that” and then just stood there with his arms crossed like how dare we come to look at cars we confirmed with his business and he wasn’t able to show. Your business lost all sense of customer trust in the first 1 minute of interaction. You can guarantee there will be reviews written re: this experience! The receptionist LUNA has been nothing but helpful and apologetic after the fact. She responded to questions beforehand with delightful helpful interaction. She even apologized and responded to my text (in the middle of writing this review) Afterward re: my experience and promised to set up an appointment with us in 2 days when the cars are certified. (What Chris the manager should have done with an apology while we were still in the dealership) We left it with telling Luna we would be happy to give their Showroom Auto another shot, but only if we can deal with another salesperson other than Chris. We will update this review if the situation changes. But now seeing earlier reviews I doubt we will be purchasing a car from Showroom Auto!

My Experience: Update: I had an issue with the car that I tried to have amended. The CPO warranty that was supposed to cover everything, did not. When I called the dealership I spoke to someone named Michael that told me I needed to call back and speak to the Finance Manager, but then refused to give me his name, told me he didn't know it and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Carlos and Carlos was very helpful. My experience with this dealership continues to go downhill. I wouldn't recommend it. (I am changing my rating from 3 to 1. I will not return.) My car buying experience was simply OK. It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. I had called in advance and asked to have the car ready for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was buried in the showroom, so I had to wait to drive the car. They did move the car fairly quickly to get it ready for me to drive. The test drive went great. No issues or concerns. I had done my research on the car, therefore I knew what my price range would be. While on the test drive, my sales person said that there would be an automatic fee of $3000-4000 added to the car price. When we got back to the showroom and started negotiations, I was basically told that the price was firm, and that the additional charge for the CPO/Warranty was required to buy the car. I was very disappointed that they weren't straight up on the price from the start. They claimed that they can't be because they "don't know" what the warranty cost will be which is why they don't "list" it on the online price. That was a little scummy for me. (2-Stars) I did take the night to think about the deal, did the math and researched other dealers for the car I wanted. At the end of the deal, the deal made sense for me, but it was still border line. Side notes: When I left with the car, the tank was empty. The dealership did not fill the tank. Also, I have owned the car for less than a week and already have a burnt out headlight that I need to address. The Showroom: The showroom was one of the nicest I have seen. All of the cars were indoors which was an added benefit. (A benefit that the sales team tried to use as validation for non-up front pricing). All of the cars were very clean. (5-stars) My Sales Person: Nick was my sales person. He moved quickly in getting the car ready for me since it wasn't ready when I had called to test drive and he took me on a nice route for the test drive that allowed me to feel the suspension, speed and braking of the car. He wasn't much help when it came to the negotiation and immediately asked for help from "the best sales person on the lot" when he couldn't answer my questions about pricing. When I made the choice to buy the car, he did have all the paperwork ready when I got there and helped move the process along quickly. (4-stars)

Really wish I read the reviews before coming here..Which on that topic the reviews look very fishy. Honestly don't even feel like wasting my time with whole story of how horrible this place is. I came across their Subaru WRX for sale on cargurs. Car is listed at like 21,900 (ballpark can't remember exact price). I come in to see it and was really wanting to buy it cause I've wanted a WRX for as long as I can remember. After seeing it for an hour checking it out, we sit down to discuss pricing. They wanted to apply a $4,500 NIADA "warranty" or "certification" whatever they wanted to call it on this car ON TOP of the listing price, so that was nice false advertisement already because you CAN'T buy the car without it. It was a 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty(tip: At the VERY LEAST add this price into the listing since you HAVE to buy it")...Car ALREADY had 65,000 miles on it! Warranty was an absolute scam. Best part is, they couldn't even prove this car went through the "125 point checklist" that these NIADA certifications come with. Just a generic piece of photocopied paper with the checklist..Couldn't even bother to right the VIN/make/model of the car on it. To make a really long story somewhat short, The whole transaction was just so fishy. After arguing back and forth with them about this stupid NIADA warranty that we didn't want, and how bad I've always wanted this specific car and color I was ready to just pull the trigger in my clearly insane mental state at the time so we put a deposit down to hold it till I can get my bank check the next day. Thank god we researched this when we came home and since I am inexperienced in buying cars my parents were able to really show me what is going on. Everything started to add up. The sketchy NIADA certification with the inability to prove this car even had it, the cost of an actual warranty through Subaru, the fake google reviews, the mean responses from the manager. I've worked in the customer service industry for roughly a decade now. I've NEVER seen a company actually WANT to refund a customer after being called out on their BS, rather than just wanting to negotiate to a fair price. For starters, don't sell a "100,000 mile/10 year warranty (whichever comes first)" on a car that has 65,000 miles on it for $4,500!!! That gives me what? 3 years- 4 years tops? What a joke. To give you all some insight to whoever reads this review. I ended up going through an actual Subaru dealership, bought the same exact car, Limited edition, fully loaded with a LEGIT Subaru warranty fully covered bumper to bumper with full tire package. Paid LESS for the full warranty AND the car itself that had about 30,000 LESS miles on it. AVOID SCAMROOM AUTO

Went in to buy a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Internet price was 13,971.00 Car seemed in good condition. Sat down with Carlos. I asked if there were any extra fees? (On the phone they said there were no extra fees) Carlos said with tax ,title, plates, registration & CERTIFICATION the bill would come out to 18-19K! I was stunned! I said how could that be true the car is less than 14K. Are you sure you have your numbers straight? He replied the taxes are high, the city takes so much! I was like no, the taxes are approximately 1240.00 dollars and a few hundred for title, registration and plates. How much is the certification fee (which turned out to be for a so called 125 point powertrain warranty which you have to pay for ) He said we have to run your profile it depends on where you live etc… I told him that makes no sense. He obviously did not have a straight answer, and ask me to wait for his finance manager, I told him I’m paying cash, I don’t need to speak to a finance manager. I waited for the manager out of curiosity. After about 35 minutes I started walking out. Carlos stopped me and said my manager can see you. At this point I was simply curious as to what he to had to say. He started out with a very harsh aggressive tone "what can I do for you?" I Replied I'm interested in the Santa Fe. He replied in the same aggressive tone "What can I do for you"!? I just want to know the full price of the car. Same spiel, 'It's the price of the car plus the tax ,title, plates, registration & CERTIFICATION.' I said, I don't want to pay for the CERTIFICATION. He said that’s the only way they sell cars. I asked how much is it. He said they had to run my stuff. ( not sure what stuff he wanted to run or check) I quoted Carlos as far car potentially being 18-19 k price. I simply asked why would I do that. I can go get a deal on a brand new Santa Fe with a factory bumper to bumper warranty for a few thousand more. I finished with "I'm simply in the wrong place." He Agreed and I left. The car price should have been 15,500 - 15,700. Seems like the power train warranty could have been 2500 to 3500. No thanks, I can do better. The Receptionist and Carlos were very nice. This is my story. You guys can judge for your self.

Stopping by to say a big Thank You specifically to Carlos for assisting me with getting thru with the purchase of my Volkswagen Tiguan. I was very skeptical at the onset, it being my first time making such a big purchase. I read thru the reviews from previous customers but was not impressed. I started to question should I go with this dealership. Then I thought the vehicle I saw was ideal. One owner, very low mileage no accidents. How can this transition go wrong. I decided to give them a try regardless of the poor reviews. I sent an emailed for more inquiry and the individual who responded was sales person Carlos. He gave very calm, pleasant, respectable and accommodating. I met with Carlos one evening after work, took the vehicle on a test ride and was please. She was a charm, I fell inlove. I didn't have to think twice about it, I wanted her. The next step was to have my cousin look the vehicle over to make sure everything was good to go. He drove it checked under the hood, you know the stuff men do that some of us women aren't detailed too. Nevertheless things were good to go. My final step before driving home with My vehicle was the downpayment paperwork etc. Carlos was a charm, he researched a good insurance rate for me registration and license plate were all taken care of. I was impressed. My only disappointment was the fact they could not find the spare key and valet key, but a couple months later I received a call from Carlos telling me, hey Denise guess what, I found the spare key and I'll drop it in the mail for you. So said so done. He delivered as promised. Carlos job well done. My baby and I are doing great. We've taken road trips to Maryland, she's excellent on gas runs smooth and I'm pleased with my purchase. I took her on June 6 2020 for her first oil change and servicing since getting her in October of 2019. Give Carlos at Showroom Auto a call. You won't be disappointed. Carlos I wish you all the best as you continue to do a fantastic job of service to all you come in contact, may your smile and personality bring you much success. Two years ago I brought my very first car from Show Room Auto. Now almost three years later I would not imagine any other place to get a new vehicle. I bugged Nargiea ( i am sure I spelled the name wrong) who is the person that confirmed my appointment and ensured my car would be there. I called her every day and each time she was so pleasant to me and took time to ensure my car was available to me. Then Ray showed me my vehicle he went over and beyond to make sure my papers were correct firmly made my insurance company give me the documentation I needed for my car. It took over an three hour and he was dedicated in insuring I got my documents to obtain my car. Though the staff has changed a bit, the genuine care for the consumer has not. I brought a white Nissan Rouge and let me tell you my credit is not the greatest. Chris the financial manger showed me that he was not just interested in making the sell for the vehicle. He went father mode on me and not only ensuring I got my loan for my car but gave me some financial educated and provide sources so I could improve my credit . When I finally was approved for my car I forgot his name but the gentlemen that cleans and moves the car was so nice to me. He thought I was having a issue because I was going in and out of my vehicle. Even though he was working on another car he stopped and ensured I was ok. Need I say more? I could not imagine getting my car from any other place. Staff from the top to the bottom have one goal and that is doing everything possible so you can receive the car you want. I want to thank Genesis Cruz for helping me and understanding my pain of my last past bad experience with used cars . She explain to me there policy and stated we aren't hear to hurt customers ,we are hear to make sure they are happy when purchasing a car , suv or any vehicle . she also explain that all there cars are certified . I want to thank her for breaking it down to me in how the business work in buying a used car and what to look for . I recommend Showroom to customers who want to buy a used car or any type of vehicle and also ask for Genesis Cruz . Showroom Auto deserve a 10 star rating in customer service and loyalty to the customers especially ms cruz when it comes down when you cant get a vehicle , she and the showroom management find ways to satisfy you in getting in your dream car that you always wanted . Ms cruz shows her customers when they purchase a car from showroom auto 3 follow up calls to make sure that everything is okay and there is no problems and if they are right away she is telling you to bring back the vehicle . Usually most dealerships wont do that because all they care about is the money but there at showroom that's not the case . There variety of exotic cars is very exclusive where if they don't have what you want she personally would take you through a list of brand cars where you can pick them and she and the management crew will order it for the you or the customer. Ms Cruz will stay with you during your process and walk you through the paper work with fine tooth comb where you will understand the paper work you are filling out especially the finance paper work .

I am taking this opportunity to write and tell as many people as I can about my recent experience at Showroom Auto in Long Island City. Chris, the manager, and his team not only have a variety of pristine condition beautiful cars in the showroom but alike the cars the quality of service I received was superior amongst its competitors. Chris is not your “typical car salesman” or manager. You all know what I’m talking about. However, just minutes in the Long Island City Showroom will cure you of your stereotypes. He really gets personally engaged in whatever situation you may be in whether that is a direct purchase based on your specific needs and vehicular desires, a trade in and even if you’re in an unfortunate poor credit, negative equity issue. Chris went above and beyond for me. He was always in constant contact with me every step of the way. I was not in a good situation and he worked very hard to assist me and get me into a better spot with my credit and car. This letter is a small token of my appreciation of Chris and the team at Showroom Auto. Thank you for your help and respect in being honest every step of the way. I’ll be back to visit soon and the next time I’m looking for a car I know you’ll have one in your immaculate showroom that will be love at first sight….again. I urge you all to check it out. Buyers be warned! They would not want to do business with me because I was an out of town customer. I called to inquire about a vehicle they had online on a third party website. I told them I’m not from the area so would like to do an over the phone deal first and willing to put a deposit down if we come to an agreement. Also willing to pay 75% of cost cash and bring own financing for the rest. Then willing to drive up to pick up vehicle once deal is made. Salesmen insisted they only deal with appointment only and must be in person. I explained that I’m willing to provide any docs they request to insure I’m a legit buyer again even willing to drive up once we have a deal in place. Last thing I want to do is drive up before hand and we can’t come to an agreement and is a completely waste of time for me and the dealership. He gave me the run around about having to check credit (after I already stated I’m providing my own financing) and stated “we don’t know you, so we can’t do business” literally the words I heard!! Insane!! I’ve have Purchased my last 3 vehicles from out of state with no issue. Sent over all required docs to prove I’m legit but something is off here. Maybe they have has a bad situation before with out of state buyer but you can implement checks to confirm if buyer is legit. Such a shame they treated me like this. Wouldn’t send anybody to this dealership.

Today was the Most Amazing Experience at Showroom Auto let me tell yall. I went in Unsure and Walked out with Confidence, Assurance, Knowledge Learned from Chris and a Beautiful Mercedes-Benz C250. I was Treated Like Family and I felt Apart of the Showroom Auto Family the Experience was Amazing, and the Loyalty to the Customer(Myself) was Present and Shown from the Beginning to the End. I even took Notes that's how Great My Experience was Showroom Auto showed Great Customer Service, Very Straight Forward & Honest, No Curve Balls or Side Eye Funny Business, Straight Honesty & that was what Made Me Very Comfortable in Purchasing this vehicle even More. The epitome of a shady used car dealer. Everything that comes out of Dewan's mouth is a lie and it's no surprise that the manager chris is worse. When I went to discuss the details of the transaction in the office, the manager came down with a stack of closing documents to sign before we even agreed to the terms. He stated that I just need to sign a couple documents in order for him to generate a quote for the interest rate. In addition, he covered the details of what was written on the contract with the top stack of papers and asked me to sign at the bottom. He then tried to charge me 22%. Who does something that bold? Ridiculous! In addition, they never upheld their promise to resolve the many issues on the car. The car was a lemon with nothing but problems. On top of everything, the car was delivered with an empty tank of gas. When I asked them to fill it up, they told me to come back tomorrow because they didn't have any cash. The manager just keeps saying "don't worry, don't worry" and then does nothing to help resolve your problems. I have never had any experience in any industry that was bad enough to compel me to write a bad review online. The absolute WORST used car dealer in the area.

A misunderstanding or miscommunication where I showed up and car I had expressed interest in was not available for viewing. As a student on break for holiday I figured I would check it out but it wasn’t in the showroom. Not fun driving to LIC in heavy rain/ traffic.. from Philly. I was still interested in the said car even though it did not have a picture posted up online. I had asked for pictures and a little over a week later and they are finally for viewing. The 2 postings seems perhaps copied and pasted if both say “HID” headlights but in actuality are halogen, disappointing. I continue searching for cars and may indeed search here, I just wish so much time was not wasted. Hope this can help someone in the future. Addendum: I added a star to my review, up to 4 stars. Although a miscommunication and then later the car I had asked about was sold later and I was not notified, it all worked out because I found another model with similar miles but slightly more options so I am content. Showroom is still higher quality, especially in contrast to my scathing and God’s honest trust about Car Spot Inc in Philadelphia. You can check my profile and read and see night and day difference.

Before you step in read this. I was there last year December 2017 i had a really bad experience with the owner which he called finance manager a black guy, he is such a disrespectful to me. As a customer we had a choice we buy or not. This guy is forcing me to buy his car which has several issues. Another weird thing i observe is he yells his staff and make environment worst. Most of the car he has is issued which he really don't tells. I went there with a mechanics and my mechanics found several issue car and i asked him about issue he says we don't sell issue cars. Then i asked to cancel my deposit and refund he didn't do it. I called them so many times they didn't pick up my calls, finally they blocked my number how cheap people are, i was surprised. I spend a lot of time to get my refund. He says always Friday my accountant comes then you can come with the receipt you will get it. Finally after 3 weeks i went there first hour and i went to the office and i was polite and gave my hand to shake, he says "i don't shake hands" what a disrespectful this guy is. This guy is not a fare person. Don't jump in there. Don't waste your time.

With the pass few days of hell from other dealers giving me the run around and promising me great deals I was totally fed up. Until I said to myself I can’t give up I was searching through Carfax and came across a great deal for a Nissan Rouge was a little skeptical at first but told myself ask all the questions before trotting an 1hr and 45 mins. I called and asked questions and they assured me that the vehicle is physically there and availabld for purchase. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Robert who from the beginning was pleasantly nice. I told him what I came for and he brought me to the car immediately. Without doubt fell in love. He assisted me in all details of the car. We went in a test run in which the Jeep ran smoothly. I was totally sold. He was able to seal the deal within an hour and a half. I drove home with my new car. I was a happy camper. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Showtoom Auto in along Island City. They are truly the best. I totally wish I found this auto company 2 days before my horrifying experience. Thanks Robert and Chris for all your help. I truly appreciate it!

Found this dealership after 2 years of purchasing my car I was looking for another car. I realized I forgot to leave a review for this place because their customer service is terrible. I believe his name was Chris? I came here to check out a WRX and asked him if we could negotiate on the price considering I've seen a few cars and I wanted to see if they had any wiggle room to play. He laughed and said "We don't do that here". I had a friend come with us dumbfounded by his response considering its a dealership and it wasn't a stupid question to ask since everyone wants the best price. I went out and drove 4.5 hours to buy my WRX that I have now that cost me several thousand more. Granted it had lower miles and was newer. I did look fairly young but I had six figures in my bank account. I came back across this dealer when I was looking for a specific car and noticed this was where I had my first bad experience. Funny enough the car I was looking for is priced almost $5K over its value lol. See how losing a customer messes it up for the future?

I came to Showroom looking for a Ford Fusion, but ended up walking out with an Infiniti Q50 Hybrid. Chris and Chris were professional and treated me with respect. There were no hidden fees once I got to the finance office and they held up to their promises. They also go me a 3.5% interest rate on the vehicle, which is great (i tried to re-consolidate and no one could get me a lower rate). I got a $55k car for half the price with 46k miles, so I walked out very happy. The car must go through a 180 point NIADA warranty inspection which covers the vehicle for 100k miles (powertrain). I brought the vehicle to my local Infiniti dealership to meet their service team, and they put it through their own inspection process. They confirmed the car was in excellent condition and that Showroom's inspection process was up to par. The only thing that may not be apparent is that the warranty is an extra cost, but it is well worth it to have the peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle. This is a certified pre-owned vehicle. I would go back to Showroom.

Showroom Auto in Long Island City is a great place to purchase your next vehicle. Today I was able to purchase my first car from Showroom Auto and it was a great experience. Dewan was my Salesman who took great care of my needs. He referenced all available options for me and when we settled upon a down payment I was able to give he landed me in my Camaro. After the test drive the rest was pretty much history. The cars they have available in their showroom are of fantastic quality and if you didn't know any better you would think they were new and not used. Chris my financial adviser gave me great knowledge and advice in regards to my loan and was able to get me a down payment I was comfortable with. He was also great help and extremely swift in regards to getting all the paperwork ready for the vehicle. I thank both Chris and Dewan for their great customer service. From a variety of car dealerships that are in my neighborhood this one just caught my attention. From the showroom itself and then the welcoming of all the salesmen i got was awesome. The salesman by the name of Dewan helped me pick my desired car i have been looking for to purchase over the summer which was the infinity G37. He made sure he let me look at other models that were in my price range and told me straight up forward before anything that there were no hidden fees , and boy haven't we all heard that line before but he was a man of his word and love meeting people that are just honest especially when it comes to buying a car. So once i browsed their whole selection of very nice vehicles i couldn't resist my main car which was the G37. He made sure i understood everything i was singing and gave me all the time i needed to read anything i signed just to get his full trust. Couldn't be more happier with my purchase and have and will referral all my family and friends to this place when it comes to buying a new car.

The showroom looked great and the cars were also great looking! Unfortunately after reading the reviews and seeing how the owner responded to some people is a little weird. I wish I read the reviews before I went. They have a car that I want, didn’t run my credit, didn’t even talk about price or any wiggle room, and asked for my down payment. I told the gentleman that I “liked the car” but there were a few minor cosmetic concerns I had and asked if they are willing to negotiate. He said we have to run your credit first and see what the banks are willing to do — no problem I can understand that — and then says let me run your debit card for the down payment....what? I had been to several other dealers in my search for the perfect car and not once was I asked for a down payment before I even gave you my social security number to run for a finance. I’m extremely upset because I truly did want that car. The gentleman was nice and the place was beautiful cars were immaculate. Wish it would have worked out different.

I just purchased my very first car from Showroom Auto and I have to say that it was such a great experience. They aren't like just any ordinary car dealer. They weren't harassing me like other dealers to come in and buy. I called on a Monday and spoke to Cynthia who was so kind and explained to her what I was looking for she kept in touch with me through out the day. She was awesome made me feel very comfortable. I went in on Tuesday where I met with Dewan who was just as awesome he walked me through the process and answered all of my mom's questions (me being a first time buyer ) and by Wednesday I got to go home with my new baby. The best part of it all was that I got exactly what I wanted, my Nissan Maxima in WHITE fully loaded !! I am the happiest girl right about now. Dewan your the best man ! I had such a nice easy overall experience with these guys! Ray was such a pleasure to deal with he was very professional, easy going and patient. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive at all, he made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Probably the worst customer service ever, i have never seen a finance manager with such a bad attitude. I went in there to inquire about a honda civic for myself and a bmw 428i for my friend, so it's 2 cars worth of $42k coming out a showroom. The finance manager calls me to his office and give me an attitude for no reason, just because i wanted to know the price first. The salesman Jordon was trying to help me out but it's the finance manager who is a jerk! Even before talking to the finance manager, i saw him yelling at the sales rep about why is he helping out a customer at the door and not closing a deal yet! That's crazy, how do you expect people to buy car from with such a nasty attitude. Terrible experience!

The finance manager Chris and the sales representative Christian were amazing! They got me out of a sticky situation with my old car and actually worked with me to benefit me and my pocket whilst walking out with an amazing sports car. All the staff members treat you with respect as soon as you walk in and treat you like family! My mother, my godfather, and I came here at the appointed time all the way from Jersey. Yes, what a waste of time! The visit was completely a waste of time and energy. They were not willing to negotiate with me and I was a cash buyer. The general manager was very arrogant and had a very awkward demeanor. My sales person was not very customer service oriented as all the staff. Nevertheless, we left after hearing the ridiculous price after fees and taxes. I, however did go to a dealer in Jersey and found the same vehicle, color everything, higher priced, lower mileage, and saved $3,000. If you can stay away from this dealer do yourself that favor. :)

Bad place to deal with...I called to verify a price on a vehicle that I was interested. They were advertising a price on the internet so I wanted to make sure that the price advertised was the real price so I don't drive 50 miles for nothing and waste my time. I asked the man if the price advertised was the selling price + tax and registration. I was told he couldn't tell me that and when I was ready to buy to just come to the garage and speak with the finance department. Just like that the conversation was over. That tells me that they are crook and hide extra fees. They advertise at a cheaper price just to get client to walk in.

Buying a new car should be a fun exciting time. Dewan my salesperson made it so amazing considering it being my FIRST Mercedes. He was very friendly and not overbearing like some other dealerships. He let my significant other and I discuss privately and did not push us at all. He personality made us so comfortable. Saw the car, drove it, liked it. When we sat down to go over the numbers, salesperson suddenly became very hostile. I was taken back as to why and that’s when it hit: he said I had to buy a $3,000 warranty if I want to buy the car. Didn’t make sense since the car already had 80,000 miles on it. Why spend that much on warranty for 20k miles? Then was accused of being a taxi driver (very appalling) when I said I do that in a year and I got up and left. They bring you in with low prices and then try to sell you on a overpriced warranty that covers things that never go bad.

Bought a used vehicle here a few months ago. They mailed my permanent registration sticker to me 11 days after the temporary one expired which ended up costing me over $400 in parking tickets since I got a ticket for each day the temp one was expired. When I called the DMV they said they were waiting on additional paperwork from the dealership. Showroom auto failed to ever contact me on the reason for the delay or to give me any notice about status of the permanent sticker and of course I'm the one stuck with $400 in parking tickets for expired registration sticker.

I read all the reviews before I go there and gave them a chance. Result ; Stay Away. Especially the guy name Chris. He is so rude. He doesn't wanna answer the questions. A lot of hidden fees that he doesn't wanna talk about until he hard pull from your credit. Don't fool with the 5 stars reviews. Probably these reviews made by their colleagues. Almost all 5 star reviewers has only 1 comment in their comment history. So they are fake. Note: The owner answered. He is saying I yelled at him. I wasn't at all. I personally never ever yell somebody. I was very nice.

Best Deal ever on a mint 2014 BMW 550. Low mileage and fully loaded. I worked with Leo, a great guy. Leo was helpful and answered all of my questions. This was the worst car buying experience I ever had. The manager was very pushy about not putting a larger down payment. I wanted a small monthly payment and told me don’t do it. Then took over 5 weeks for them to get the car registered in my state I had to drive with a expired temporary license plates. Plus car cam with one key and was told that they had a guy and would split the cost since it was 350$ the guy would not split the cost when I contacted them.

Carlos was very professional however after buying jeep liberty...my mechanic found only four screws holding transmission when it required ten screws. Its costing me 1500.00 on repairs. Extremely disappointed. Deceptive price listed. Vehicle was listed for $19k on cars.com and I drove from PA to see the vehicle (2 hour drive). Car was as advertised, but when it came to the price, the salesperson told me that it was $2K higher than advertised. He said the price listed was with a $2k deposit. Nowhere in the cars.com listing did it have that information.
