I just left the San Diego Airport. Went into Sound Balance to purchase an android charger. Asked the lady if they had a 6 ft. Charger for my phone - she said yes. We got to the register, I paid, she took the charger out of the box and handed it to me to place in my purse. Did not realize until I got in the plane that the charger was only 3 ft. Even though it's a good charger, I'm not appreciative of the lying woman at the register. I was the fool, but you just lost a very good customer because she was shady, and that wasn't cool. Just check what you're buying...

The products are fine, but the woman working checkout when I visited (about 1pm on 8/29) was the rudest retail rep I've ever encountered... Kind of impressive actually, like it took effort to be that rude.

I think the guy I worked with was Mark? VERY knowledgeable, which is rare these days in retail electronics, retail in general.
