Apart from the black staff and the white pharmarcist the other employees customer service is pathetic to say the least!!!! - been there with a cold sore on my lip and i was told that i have another sickness (which is absolutly appaling & shocking for me to post). It turned out that it was in fact a cold sore - my girlfriend had been there about 5 times and complained everytime of the customer service from the indian staff. - been in there just before they could close but the doors were opened, lights were on. They turned off the lights shortly after when i was paying and majority of the staff left the shop. I was left to liaise with a rude, arrogant and ill-mannered cashier. She was even rude when i asked to unlock the door. There are many other unforgiving instances. I will no longer spend my hard earned money in return for the disgusting service. Stay away. There are other pharmacies close by.

Well obviously this is where the problem arises. The employees are left to do as please without any fear of reprimand. Feel free to watch footage and take sides as you see fit. The manor in which the staff conducted themselves as well as management is of the worse I've experienced. Claiming blasphemy of religion for a comment that you obviously had no context of. No religion was slandered. I took pictures and videos to show the behavior, staff shouldn't be behaving in a manor where customers have to resort to videoing them in order to show the injustice. I have no confidence in your investigation, nothing will come of this because majority of customers words against 2 members cannot all be wrong.

Had a very upsetting experience yesterday the 13th of April at chatsworth sparksport, went with an online script due to lockdown for chronic meds, firstly the dispensary didn't want to help at first because I dont have original script, and I normally get from dischem, told them its closed and must I drive all the way to Westwood dischem, they said yes, then they said because I probably took my meds last month around 20th it wont go through, after I being more and more persistent, I told them to try and see, finally it went through, and I got my meds, I feel they could have tried then said yes or no.

Just a few words about one of the ladies at your pharmacy..Marlynie.. She is such a pleasant staff member to deal with.. she is polite and well mannered and deals with all the people with so much respect, even the ones who are rude and impatient. She is truly an asset to your organization and I hope you will consider using her excellent inter personal skills to benefit your organization. Please convey my sincere thanks to her for the professionalism and empathy when dealing with my elderly mum today.

Very well equipped pharmacy but unfortunately they didn't have a simple thing like eyegene Shocking Store is big and masks are mandatory Friendly staff but unhelpful Convenience in that they right next to Bakery Oven delights Which is an excellent Baker from rolls to bread to the most delicious cakes Fantastic store staff very helpful,pleasant and friendly. Will definitely go back to vOven Delights Definitely not to Sparkport pharmacy That was not a pleasant visit at all

No wonder this place has a bad reputation and reviews...I phoned at 7pm to enquire about a covid test, spoke to a female who said I must come in and they close at 9pm... drove all the way from yellowwood park only to be told the nurse left at 3pm .Then nobody knew who or what i was talking about...this is shocking service...how do u run business like this..

I would like to thank the owner of Sparkport Pharmacy Chatsworth for having organized the vaccine for my mum who is bed ridden to be taken at home. The process was made simple by him together with the efficient and friendly nursing staff, Sister Chetty. Thank you for making it possible. It is greatly appreciated.

Pathetic customer service. Imagine calling the store from early morning and the line is continuously busy. Then u get their WhatsApp hotline and no 1 responds. And the medication is needed urgently. Cos we have a covid patient. So Sparksport u guys need to uo your game or close down

Disgusting staff, owner, and security. Owner accuses a customer of stealing, and signals to the security to intervene. The staff just stand there and laugh. The customer did not steal anything. Be forewarned about the pathetic service and belligerence at this pharmacy.

Very disorganized. Used the whatsapp number to contact them and was told that vaccines were available the following day at 9am and when we arrived the following day and lined up we were turned away as apparently they had no stock, which was very inconvenient for us.
