I’ve been to this place several times. All the employees working here are nice and hospitable expect this Indian lady. She’s been disrespectful each time I was there. She always rushing me and missing items from my order. On this day August 10, 2023 around 11:30am, she was on her phone texting when I arrived. She said she will be with me in seconds, but she was keep texting on her phone the next 3 minutes. I was so disappointed and left the place immediately. I called the corporate office and no one answered my phone. Please don’t go to this place if you don’t wanna be disrapected.

Terrible service. This location is close to my office, so we eat here several times a month. On my most recent visit, I asked for water with my sandwich. They usually give me a small plastic cup (which is annoying in itself), but this time they were out of water cups. I asked if I could have a regular cup to fill with water. They told me I would have to buy a drink to get water in one of those cups. As a person who does not drink soft drinks, there is no reason for me to pay $1.89 for a paper cup of tap water. I will not be going back.

The restaurante is nice but the employees have alot of free time and look and act like they wish they were elsewhere instead of serving customers. They are also very slow at having meats prepped ahead of time. The customer ends up waiting for something they want to finish cooking to be available. Waste of time. Great establishment overall.

Every time I come here within the hours of operation the person working says he’s on break or the door is locked. 3 other people tried to enter the building the same time I did. Please at least have the courtesy to turn off the open sign or correct the hours of operation on google. Waist of gas and time.

The rudest man I ever encountered at the counter fixing sandwiches. He seemed irritated that he even had to fix them. He talked so fast and got mad when I ask him to slow down and said I was running my mouth. Well Bud you just lost a good customer. I will never be back in there.

Despite the owner being continuously rude and having no form of customer service, I visit here because it is close. However on my last 3 visits I have visibly seen roaches crawling in the metal stand on the chip area and around the window area looking into the food. BEWARE

Charlie was super helpful and made two trays of sandwiches for my office with no notice (walk in). Very polite and attentive, even marked the one veggie sandwich I needed with a sticker on the tray top. Ingredients looked fresh and the store was very clean.

This Subway is closed. It says online that it’s open, and when I pulled up the “open” sign is turned on, but the whole inside is torn up, remodeling or permanently closed or something. I can only assume that because there was no sign saying

Second time I have been to this Subway. First time, lady was super rude. Was already emailed by y’all before. Waited a long time before returning and now a glove wrapped around my sandwich. Just what I wanted. Thanks.

I go to this location quite often and I really like the owner and his brother. Charlie and D are awesome !! The food is always fresh and I like my sandwich a certain way , they never fail me. Thanks guys !!!!!!

Staff rude and didn't listen to my order what I wanted at all. Also over charged then asked she wanted to argue talk to me like stupid. My first time in there even other staff seemed confused. Not going back.

Terrible Service the lady was coughing while giving my change and she was really now im scared to eat my food please be careful when you go there and the lady did not when I told to put her masked back up

Meatball marinara was so watered down it was pink and made the bread ultra soggy. On top of that it was cold like it came out of the refrigerator. Took 2 bites and threw the whole foot long in the trash.

The owners are extremely rude. It's a husband and wife running the show and they are both miserable. I hope they read this and improve.
