I love having this subway close by. I use their coupons that are sent in the mail as well as digital coupons. My wife and I had two foot long subs for less than $10 the other day when we were busy and didn’t feel like cooking. The woman behind the counter was very polite and had my order prepared a few mins early for me, no mistakes on either sandwich!

Terrible service at this location. The staff person was grumpy. Before finishing my order, he started to serve the only other person in line. I had to wait to pay while he made the other sandwich. When I asked for him to heat up my sandwich, he acted annoyed and tossed it in the microwave for seconds and my sandwich was still cold. i had to ask him for my receipt. This staff person definitely needs more training in customer service.

Bread was hard as a rock. The lettuce looked awful and the tomatoes were not ripe. This is my second experience with hard bread their. The lady is super sweet but the man looks and seems to have some type of grudge on his shoulder

I was the only one in line with 2 people trying to take my order. Before I could answer 1question another was asking me something else. Got very confusing on my end and I came home with something that I really didn't want but was good. They need to slow down and do 1 thing at a time or 1 order at a time instead of 3. Otherwise good

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and fresh veggies. It's nice having a local sub shop that cares.

Pretty good and convenient. Only problem I experienced is "kids" or teenagers come in an the kids working behind the "bar" world "cut up" with other customers (friends I'm assuming). But with way, the employees should be more focused on their job and waiting customers.

Sales person was awful. We wanted extra black olives and she said we only get six. So we told her it was ok to charge extra so she put on 6 more a d told us we were rude. Nasty wait staff.

I love this Subway the people make great sandwiches and salads. I recommend it to adults and children. They're restaurant is clean . Servers are very nice and polite. I recommend to people from out of town and to the locals that live here in Joelton, Tennessee.

I ordered a meat ball sub footlong there was nats in the sauce they refused to give me a refund because I made the complaint to them they said they will no longer serve me just wanted to tell people to look out at the food before you get it on your sandwich

It was a subway that was connected to a gas station & they weren't busy at all but our experience was really good

Less meat on my bmt that it should have. 4 pepperoni 4 ham and so on. I asked for extra lettuce and such and ended up with a tiny sandwich. Won’t be going back.

I stop by this subway when my route brings me through here. It's always the husband and wife working here I respect how hard they work and can get through a massive line of people in what feels like minutes. I tipped them 10 bucks today

Skimping on how much goes into a sub. My sub was like 90% bread, 10% meat and veggies. The subways in my town load the subs down.

When you order online you expect your food to be ready when they say pick it up at 5:45 Well the subway in Joelton can’t tell time because it was 20 minute after they told us to be there before we got are food .

Workers always very friendly. Line moves very quick employees at tentative and don't waste time. We visit this location about twice a month. Definitely one of the better subways my family goes to.

The food was really good here. The staff members were nice and very thorough. The overall atmosphere wasn't chaotic even though it's inside a gas station. There also was plenty of seating.

Very rude staff. Refused to charge us for a footlong turkey when we had 2 6in. turkey (the same thing). After letting it go and waiting to pay they continued to argue with us about it.

I stopped here on my way to Nashville and the lady (wish I got her name ) helping me was super sweet and made sure I had my salad made PERFECT :] …

This Subway has the best customer service I've ever had! They're always so happy and friendly and just brighten up your day when I walk in the door!

They charged me for a cookie I didn't even ask for. They also did this to the group in front of me. They also don't even accept coupons.
