This place has been there for a long time...and stays pretty busy. I've seen it where alot of the machines leak water and I've even seen the place totally flooded but the customers didn't seem to mind to slosh through it with their kids and I guess didn't worry about being electrocuted ...I guess they get the job done...as I did. What I can't wrap around my head is that in such a small room...and the Pandemic is coming around really bad for a third time...that only one person besides myself and husband wore a mask and social distanced ourselves. It was as they were clueless or just don't care...it was packed and they just kept coming in...this is Metro and masks are mandatory...yet the place doesn't bother to put up a sign to wear a mask...its bad enough that so many in the Hispanic community in South Nashville just care only for themselves..I guess! Why else wouldn't they participate to help control the spread...its not happening here at Sunshine Laundromat...that's for sure!!!

I was at the Sunshine laundromat today and I've got to say I might not replace my units. Being there was refreshing. Couples,families a Dad and his adorable young daughter a bunch of single dudes. People of many different ethnic backgrounds and it was pretty crowded! People were kind to one another opening doors,showing how to work the dryers ( I put sheets in the bottom one then coins in the top) we laughed, many smiles and making way for each other it gave me hope in humanity hope that all this post Covid meanness might be wearing off. I just might keep going.

In regards to my last review I had several large loads that were towels and blankets that's why I needed a large dryer. I politely asked to use at least one large dryer that just had dry laundry sitting in it as the lady already had 4 of the large dryers occupied with dry laundry sitting . She said she had nowhere to put the laundry so I suggested the carts that we put our laundry in, she would not do it. I had to be at work so I left with wet blankets. Thank you Sunshine Laundry

Unfortunately I was robbed of 150 dollars at this location. When I called the owners and asked if their survailence worked so I could call the police they were incredibly unwilling to assist. She kept saying “I don’t know, call the police”. I’m not expecting the business to take responsibility, but perhaps some friendly assistance would have been appropriate. I have used this laundromat for over a year, but definitely won’t return.

Really like this laundromat! It’s one of the cleanest ones I have been in! The attendants are always kind and helpful. They have a kids zone, brand new machines that were recently installed, and affordable prices on both the machines & bundle service. I have also done bundle service with them and they were fast and it was done so professionally. I’m a regular and lucky that this is my local laundromat!

It was my first time trying to use Sunshine Laundromat at Thompson lane and there was a live baby cockroach crawling around inside one of the top load washers! I sure am glad that I looked first before tossing any clothes in!!! This was around 11am on a sunny afternoon. I have a video. Google won't let me upload the video though. So see pic attached.

I don't like the fact that they close whenever they want to.. Hours of operation say that they close at 10pm but I just pulled up at 9:30 & they was already closed... Y'all need to change y'all hours online if you're going to continue to close early

Always crowded. But washers and dryers are great. They try to keep it clean I give them a b plus. For effort. Some machines break down alot . Bathroom clean but when one is down the other does the same but all in all a good place to wash.

I arrived, unloaded my car, separated and loaded the washers and then discovered that all three of the coin machines were out of service! I had to pack up and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this laundromat to anyone.

I LOVE this laundromat, it is the cleanest laundromat in town! Service is great and helpful, and I have also done bundle service there. It was done in 24 hours and professionally folded.

The cleanest laundromat that I've ever been in especially after 7 pm , the tendent is very friendly and helpful ,the prices of washers and dryers are responsible! I give them 5 Star !

Only place I will wash my clothes. Always clean and the washers and dryers are reasonably priced. Also the fuff and fold service is really affordable

Not a bad laundromat. Kinda cramped for space. A bit run down looking, but otherwise clean enough, but far from the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to.

Good laundry mat. The only problem is that they never have any one on sight. If u loose a quarter in a machine.u have to deal with it!

It's one of the few laundry facilities around this area - but they no longer offer Dry Cleaning.

Very kid friendly I did not feel one bit of stress bringing my toddler quick and easy washes

Not Clean...Most Machines were not clean or broken. Host were RUDE not helpful.
