It was in this new branch of TD Bank, where the very professional associate: Katy Rodriguez captivated us when we went to cash a check and made us interested in the services of her institution, which we never though we were going to be interested in, nor did we need. But the worst service and discriminatory treatment received in a bank, we received from its Manager: Robert Pena, who lies to clients, and the Assistant Manager: Kishia Arnoux, who is personally very rude. They proved to be incompetent, very bad with customers, humiliating, and offered us a very disappointing treatment. They intend to do business based on their prejudices and unfounded criteria that made me close today the account I had opened with them. We definitely do not recommend this branch, where it will take hours to serve you due to the incompetence of the staff and management, but it will take seconds to treat you badly, play with your time and humiliate you as if you needed them, when they are the ones who are behind customers. They definitely do not value clients, just see you as a number for their monthly goal and income for their pocket.

The manager is rude and not professional, and had a hard time understanding questions or intentionally chose to misunderstand questions. This branch refused to provide the penalty clause for early withdrawal out of CD account while it is a federal disclosure requirement upon opening the account. All this manager said was you will know the penalty fee on the day of early withdrawal after we run the numbers in the computer, if I do not like that, there is nothing she can help me with and shoved me out of the door.

Awful After 10 days that i made a transaction, there was still no answer, and 10k in the air, unprofessional untrained, i will close my accounts.
