With a line out the door 20 minutes prior to the show and 2 people doing 1 job together instead of separately, the line took a long time to shorten. I only needed to pick up tickets that I had previously bought online (There was no printing option). When we were 2 people away from the counter, they had claimed that the doors shut at 7pm on the dot and would not be accepting anymore people. With approximately 15 people waiting to pick up their previously paid for tickets, everyone was furiously confused. The workers were unhelpful by saying we should have arrived earlier and that if we contact the company online, we "might" get a refund. They then claimed the show was sold out (despite our previously paid tickets) and said there was nothing we could do. When asked to speak to a manager they said that no manager was present. One customer angrily went ahead through the doors anyway and checked the seating area to find that the room was still half empty. Since we had paid we went in anyway and watched the show and the 2 people at the booth stood there completely dumbfounded as the 15 people went in anyway. The fact that they attempt to bar people who have already paid from entering because they're too incompetent to work the ticket booth quickly enough is absolutely baffling. They legitimately try to turn money down instead of allowing people to enter at 7:02pm for a 7pm show. The venue itself was really nice, but that experience absolutely ruined the likelihood of me ever returning to the venue.

A wonderful little theatre! Very charming! Decorated in purples, and black and white damask on the walls. Lots of comfy, oversized seating in the lobby area, there is a snack bar with fresh popped popcorn, chocolate bars, and you can also indulge in a little wine. Not sure if there is beer, but the wine was 7.00 for what looked to be roux. Washrooms are very clean, and well supplied. Very nice experience!

Beautiful older theatre - this place is a gem. Love the decor including what look to be original art deco mirrors. Visited twice as part of Hamilton fringe festival and again for a night of comedy with Neema Naz. Regular staff were lovely and engaging. Seating was comfy and spaced out - lots of leg room. Drinks included alcoholic drinks and snacks sold at front entrance like movie theatre.

An amazing theatre with lots of character. The staff are happy and helpful and always willing to talk about events happening at the theatre. You can really tell the staff care about the Zoetic. Popcorn, candy and drink selection is great and at a reasonable price. Local beer is featured as well as wine which is a nice feature. Movie and event selections are varied and always entertaining.

I rented the Zoetic theatre for a community music school performance, and it was excellent. Everyone loved the venue's antiquated theatre vibe and it contributed to the formality and elegance of the evening for our students. Amanda and the tech team were so helpful with mics; their work really elevated the event for us.

This place is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. I'd say we need more of them, but that would take away from the uniqueness of the Zoetic. It's licensed to serve alcohol, and there are always events going on! My mother and I attended a Mama Mia sing along and received a fun package with props. Omg what a blast!

It’s a wonderful change from the big box theatres - have quite enjoyed myself every time I’ve come here. Lovely staff, fun and interactive events, and the loot bags are adorable. Concession stand could use a few upgrades, but it wouldn’t deter me from coming back …

Been to several shows! Fun and great times with family and friends at a reasonable price. Been coming for years never a disappointment. All seats are fantastic with a small bar with lots to chose from. Its wonderful having such a great theater in our community.

Fun experience, even during covid. The couch in the theater is mostly for show, be careful when sitting Popcorn is a bit pricey for what you get (even by movie standards), but otherwise pretty reasonable. Will definitely go again if the world doesn't end.

Went to see Casablanca for Valentine's Day. It was preceded by a wine/beer tasting accompanied by a pianist. They had craft beer on sale for half the price of what a pop would cost at a normal theatre. Staff was also quite friendly. My wife loved it.

It is a very cozy theater, I went for a Mcmaster musical. The infrastructure is good, I did not have too much time to explore inside, but, I would like to say that the seats are comfortable, in good condition, the sound is ok for a small teather.

I'm very impressed by the zoetic , I've never been before and can't wait to go back. For the sound of music singalong they had a signature drink that was very reasonably priced , the snacks were as well and It was alot of fun with the prop bags.

Second year coming for Rocky Horror and the experience and prop bag will keep us coming back for years to come! The only thing I would ask is don't punish those of us who buy our tickets early with the worst seats imaginable. …

Two times I've been here for events. Great for anything from Stand up comedy or a Christmas concerts. Beautiful establishment that can be rented out for your event needs. Definitely worth the time for checking it out as an option.

It is so much larger on the inside than I had anticipated. I pass it all the time, but had never been inside. The theatre is huge and has a stage. They host movies, comedians and plays. I will definitely be going more often.

We rented the theatre for our faculty musical, and the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Everyone loved the venue and the show went spectacularly. Lovely theatre, and the cash bar was a fun bonus!

Absolutely love this place. Really nostalgic retro feel to the place (love the glittery ceiling!). The shows there are great, especially Second City's holiday shows. Just a great experience and night out!

Clean, cozy, retro. A throwback to what theatres used to be. And you can have a beer or wine ... A really great place to see comedy, films, specialty acts... What have you!! I'm definitely going back.

An intimate and cozy theatre that has a deceptively sizable capacity, situated less than 5 minutes from downtown Hamilton. We were here to watch a fantastic mentalist show and the venue was perfect.

Great little theatre, plenty of on-street parking. Visited several times during the 2018 Hamilton Fringe. Didn't know it existed before but will certainly keep my eyes open for future events there.

The Zoetic has always been great but I just found out that they are doing interactive movies which are a total blast. The staff are fabulous, the theatre is clean and the ceiling is dreamy.

I was able to see a live performance here. Very wonderful establishment. I've been curious for years what it looks like inside. Elegant and welcoming would be the best way to describe it.

A great multi-arts theatre. They show movies, theatre, comedy, entertainment, nearly everything that can be on a stage. Would definitely go here for a performance any day.

This place is a little part of Hamilton that's still standing although in a different form. I hope its kept relatively as is, we need places like this in Hamilton.

It's beautiful inside, too bad the bar/popcorn stand creates chaos at the front door but it also brings everyone together and feels more intimate. Love it

We have gone for several shows and it’s always enjoyable. But the concession is extremely overpriced. Paid $40 for 2 popcorns and 4 drinks.

Well maintained theatre space, and very kind House crew. Screen size was visible from the very back and the bathrooms were also immaculate.

My daughter and wife attend a variety of dance classes that they just love. The teachers great because they really want you to do well.
