This car park isn't even worth one star. Do not park here, if you have to then ensure you keep proof of your pay and display ticket if you use cash! Parked here back in June, paid using cash and for the full amount of time spent there. Fast forward to August and in the post was a final reminder that was dated 2 weeks prior, so already past the time frame to reply in. No original letter was received. Wrote to both the parking agent and the solicitors they listed, yet again a letter received which was again 2 weeks old so over the time frame to appeal! Fine was £170 at this point and I had only had one letter which was late! Finally found a contact online and they returned my call stating there was no evidence on the ANPR system that I paid. I was clear I paid cash, they wanted to see the ticket which no one keeps parking tickets 2 months later! They said if I didn't pay it would progress to further legal action including court judgements. They provided me no proof of no payment either, and totally ignored the two appeal letters I had sent. So don't park here! Disgusting company and all the reviews are right, shame we didn't see them before.

This car park is awful! Should be reported. I paid £6 to park here by cash which should be shown on your system!! Have received a fine in the post due to you clearly not caring if people pay by cash as there is no proof. Also letter only sent with one week to pay by the time it reached me. I see this car park seems to be doing it a lot. I will be in touch with who ever regulates car parks and taking it further. You should not be allowed to get away with doing this to people in these hard times. Will never use ever again

Absolute scum bags!!! We left the car park 2 minutes late according to their clock!! (Had 2 minutes left by ours) Letter arrived too late for us to appeal. By the time we recieved the letter it had already been passed on to a third party debt collectors who added a further £70 pound. Total fine is £170 and there is no contact details to dispute. Absolute state of a car park only parked there to attend a friends wedding will certainly not park there again. Please be aware people! They are praying on you to make money.

Parked there for 50 minutes and paid 1 hr with cash on the payment machine, and received a PCN 2 weeks later !! Many postings in Parkopodia report the same, this is not a decent car park operator.

Good place to park if you want to walk around the street art located within the area. £3.00 for two hours. Also useful for the night life.

Left my car here for a few hours on a Friday, only to return to it being broken into. Awful area, should have known.

Easy access, safe, always spaces, reasonable fees. Back of car park gives you lots of spaces to choose from.

Try other car parks, will sent out PCN in error and make it a pain to sort out.

Decent prices, not sure how safe but there are a couple cameras.
