I had a couch delivered that was unable to fit through the doorway to my apartment at the top of the stairs. The original delivery drivers said that I could either return the couch or find another way to get it into the apartment. Great ... I reached out to u-free to see if they offered hoisting services and they immediately got back to me with a reasonable quote based on needing to lift the coach over a second-floor balcony. After sending a few photos to confirm that the job was possible, three members of the u-free moving team were at my apartment within 2 hours to help. John, Ron, and Sam were extremely careful with my couch, adding padding and wrapping to the existing padding and wrapping from the original delivery. They came up with some creative solutions to address the challenging weight of the couch and the height of the hoist. After a successful operation getting the couch into the apartment, they unwrapped it, positioned it, and cleaned up all of the wrapping material. They also replaced all of the outdoor plants to their original position and double-checked for anything they left behind. Fantastic experience and I will 1000% be calling them again for any moving needs going forward. Thanks again for everything. You really saved the day for me.

AMAZING moving service!!!! They were on time and took great care with all of our belongings. The scheduling person had amazing communication with scheduled call backs and working out the timing of the move. Everything went smoothly and Daniiar and Iska are absolutely amazing movers. From their attitude, skill, speed, and care of our belongings we will be sure to hire them again for future moves!!! I would highly recommend this moving company because of their quality of work and the quality of the workers. Daniiar and Iska are truly hardworking and did not complain and worked so efficiently with the loading and unloading process. They ask you where to leave the bigger items upon drop off so that it is easier for you. All large items are wrapped securely with NO damages/scratches and they have all the moving essentials that made the move seamless. I would highly highly recommend this moving service!

I wholeheartedly recommend U-FREE Moving. Moving is always difficult. But not with U-FREE Moving. Last time I moved myself. And it was a bad idea. Then I almost broke my back. This time guys from U-FREE Moving saved me. Jan and Roma arrived on time. Very polite and careful. In addition to the usual furniture, we had a bunk bed (which I myself assembled 3 hours a year ago). A team of professionals took this bed apart in 15 minutes and put it back together in 15 minutes. I was shocked. I really appreciate their work. They were great! From now on I will always choose them and recommend them to my friends!

We were planning to organize our move ourselves. However, it was too hot outside and we still needed to hire someone to move our piano. So, we decided to look for the last minute moving services. U-Free Moving Systems came with estimates very quickly. Jake called me to inform me that they are going to be at my place in an hour. Overall, the move went super smooth. Jake and Ray were highly professional and fast. The discount was the most pleasant part. However, we gave that discount amount as a tip, since they did a really good job on this hot day at the apartment with no a/c.

The U-Free Moving team was incredibly thoughtful and careful on how they wrapped up furniture and moved fragile items. We had to change the pickup date last minute, and the staff was able to accommodate it. On the drop off - they took their time to ensure each piece of furniture was reassembled, put in the room and specific location within the room of our desire. The team was kind, respectful, and incredibly hard working. Not a single item was broken, and no shortcuts were taken in packing, transport and drop off. Could not be happier!

Ron & Back were great! They showed up exactly on time and were very quick with their work. From dissembling to assembling the bed frame, couch, TV stand, and coffee table, they made it seem effortless. Also, the communication with Dana to coordinate the move was amazing. U-Free Moving Systems made our move so easy. I moved from North Hollywood to DTLA, and they finished the job in 4 hours with double drive time added. I hired 3 movers as per the company’s recommendation. We were lucky to have the owner of the company- Jake, as our foreman. Jake and the crew did a fantastic job. They loaded 2 beds in 1.5 hours and unloading took even less. They kindly helped us to reassemble our furniture and to clean the house from the packing supplies. Great Job, U-Free Moving Systems.

I’m so glad I went with U-free moving. I highly recommend Daniel and Aza who were both fantastic. The had to make multiple stops for pick up and had to walk my things a pretty far distance into my new apartment. I did a really crumby job packing my fragile items before hand and not a thing was damaged. On top of that, they were able to assemble some pretty difficult furniture for me!! I’ll be back for my next move.

This was the quickest moving in my whole experience. Thanks U-Free Movers, everything was on top. It took 30-40 minute to take all my stuff from one point and bring it to my new 2 bedroom apartment. They spent 15 minutes to assemble my bed, mattress, and everything I needed for my bedroom. They even cleaned everything up after finishing their work. great experience, definitely would recommend to friends!

And they were professional and always trying to assemble things and do as much as possible until the very end. We had 2 movers and one huge truck for our short 1 mile move. Movers are very punctual and reliable. They worked fast and yet very carefully.
