This has to be the worst run branch of US Bank in the Las Vegas Metro area due to the incompetence and attitude of it's manager, Jorge Perez. Mr Perez took a situation that could have been resolved in mere minutes and turned it into an all day affair involving not only his branch but also the District management. He was condescending, dismissive and flat out rude. Thanks to that actions and words of Mr Perez, I will never use this branch or ATM in this location, and am considering never doing business with US bank at all thanks to him. I will also be telling my friends and customers (Many who deal with US bank daily) of this experience and encourage them to change banks as well..

This bank is the worst bank ive ever delth with it took almost 2 months to get ny bank card and gad it for almost a month and they decide to close it cause it was reported lost .. Im home sick with food poisoning trying to pay my bills. And cant because of that .. So now im going to have to pay late fees .. All becauae the mabager there wont work with me on restating my card. When it was not me who reported it stole. It feel like i have to ask permission to use my own damm money. I would not give 1 star . but i gad to inorder to post the review.

I've been a us bank customers for many years and by far this is the worst branch i have ever delt with they laughed at me lied to and never felt like this ever this helpless and wouldnt allow me access to my funds made up a lie and sent me on my way i went to the branch on charleston near main instead and they were very polite and professional unlike this branch

I went in to get a money order. By the time I got to the I was in so much pain (I'm a disabled veteran) the teller made sure I had a chair to sit on. When we were done she told me I could sit there until I felt better. Thank u to the young lady who took a little extra time with me. To U S Bank you need to keep that young lady

I dealt with Jose Cruz (universal banker) to do a simple transaction that I've done many times before and he said he can't do it without even trying. I ask for a branch manager and he was no where to be found at 4pm on a Thursday. So no one was able to assist me beyond Jose. Jose please update your training. Bad service

Bad customer service, 3 people in front of me and it took 35min to deposit cash. No sense of urgency. Two workers in the back looked like they didn't want to help. It's the third time I had to wait so long. Avoid this place

I called twice today to ask a question or two. I was immediately put on hold twice for too long.now I understand they were busy. But apparently they need more help. I didn't get to ask what I called to ask either.

This is those places you don't care to drive 5 to 6 miles from your house just to get that kind of service juan the manager he is the best with his team thank juan for your help
