This used to be my favorite branch. I’ve opened up several loans there and had good experiences until today. I usually go out of my way to go there (like leaving my work early to make it here on time) but not anymore. I called an hour ahead to make sure that when I arrive I can do a wire transfer. I get there, and I am directed to the branch manager. She says that she can’t do it today because she only has two tellers available and that they are too busy even though I say I can wait because I only saw one person through the drive-through and one person ahead and behind me in line. I was there at least 30 minutes there before they closed. Taking down my information would not have taken that much time. She could have done it herself according to a regional manager I spoke with on the phone. I am a customer too, so I am not sure why she couldn’t make other customers wait their turn as well. She provided the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a US bank (along with being a bit snappy with me) and I will not be returning to this branch ever again because of her.

Well let's start off by thanking the wonderful staff members of this branch! I have read a few reviews and seen were customers expect full attention and "I NEED IT NOW" . Unfortunately a lot of us still have that way of being and think that the bank is there for that one person only, let's appreciate these people working here and show them gratitude that when we really truly need them, they have our back! Thank you Cecilia for all your hard work and always helping with a big smile! At the end all was solved with their hard work nonstop. #bank need us #we need the bank

Heather Mortgage loan officer helped me finance from US bank and close my first Home. Heather was absolutely blessing in our life, She helped navigate through complex paper work and requirements. She was very kind, helpful and able to answer any questions at anytime of the day. She also helped me to get the best possible rates. Without heather i wouldn't have been able go through Home Buying and financing process smoothly. I would highly and 1 million% percent recommend in reaching out to Heather Allen for any of your Home buying and Financing needs. She is absolutely sweetheart! Also, As per heather's recommendation- I recently financed my new car from this branch. Ethan was able close my Auto loan within same business day. Thank you very much Heather Allen and everyone at this branch! Fantastic Staff!

I have just started using this branch in the past few months. Although it's not as great as the service I received in Green Hills or on Charlotte it's not as bad as the other reviews left here. I have always found the tellers to be pleasant and friendly. I have never found the wait to be too long, but I also don't go at busy times. The parking lot is kind of difficult to navigate when it's busy but I love the special parking spot for fuel efficient cars like mine. A trend I'm seeing in many banks is asking personal questions about my accounts and I don't think it's really any of their business. Why are they doing that?

Very slow and unprofessional. They seem to never know the right answer. They make promises, and don't back them to destroy your credit, and charge a fee for wrong information. If questioning peaceably, management has security escort you out without any answered questions and laughing while making fun of you. This is my experience about 2 years ago. I will say this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, and I barely scratched the surface of why in this entry. There are many other reasons why I give this bank a 1. It really deserves less than a 1, but 1 is the lowest option to choose.

I have to agree with the poor reviews of this branch. Although there are several people behind the counter, the wait time is consistently high. The tellers don't even look up no matter how long the line. The bankers in their offices ignore the customers as well, and make it clear that they have no intention of getting off the phone (with obviously personal phone calls) to assist their customers in line or their tellers. The bank was like this when it was on the corner of Ardee Ave, and the quality of care has transcended to this new location on Broadmoor. I wish there were another branch in East Nashville.

Saturday 04/10/2021 my wife went to withdrawal money from the atm when it tried to keep her card out also took the money but didn’t give any back when she called the number on the machine they told her that the atm was having technical problems and it happens all the time but yet the money was not put back on the card it is still showing pending after it said the card will not be charged as of today 04/12/2021 I will never use this bank or atm again we needed that money to pay a bill now bank account is over drawn 400.00

I know I came close to closing time but I work the same hours the bank operates so I have to leave work early and battle traffic just to even get there… anyway, I sat there for 5 minutes, no one acknowledged me and the woman just looked at me, then closed the blinds… I mean she could’ve at least said something. I just thought that was extremely rude.

I was unsure of going here based on the previous reviews, but it seemed as if the newer ones were more positive. I found all the staff at this location to be welcoming and helpful. From the security guard to the cashiers, great experience overall. They were super patient with my toddler and made my transaction go smoothly.

I just had a sub contractor return a check to me and tell me that he now had to add a $7 fee to each check to cover the outrageous fee that was being charged to cash the check at my bank. I will be promptly closing and moving 3 business and 2 personal accounts.

This bank branch is extremely slow when getting customers in the drive thru. The inside staff is nice, however, the gentleman today seemed to make simple mistakes which caused my time in the branch to be much longer than it needed to be.

Poor customer service... It was the closest branch to me stopped to get a check cashed after work and had a horrible experience left with the check uncashed gonna remember to avoid this particular location

My bank. I use the drive-thru ATM or drive-thru lines, usually. Rarely have problems. Every now and then, the ATM is down or the line is too congested. Inside tellers/bank officers are cordial and polite.

Worst place to bank. While the tellers are nice they are very slow and the shift manager is the best example. Serious lack of customer service. Branch management rotates constantly, no consistency.
