This has become our home branch since our move to the neighborhood in 2009. We don't have the same relationship at this branch as we had prior to that move (we actually don't need it), but we grew into a great appreciation for the staff--and the efforts toward plant updates by U.S. Bank. (That can't be easy, given the small size of the lot.) Our bank reflects the highly multi-colored makeup of our part of town both in the staff and the customers!

Now I'm standing in a bank for almost an hour, no one comes forward to tell us if we need help. I'm glad I don't bank with US Bank.
This is without a doubt the most rude, disrespectful, and repugnant banking institution I’ve ever dealt with. All of the tellers need to be fired, effective immediately. The level of disrespect, incompetence and lack of customer care displayed by the tellers and banking staff as a whole is completely and utterly repulsive.
Was helping a friend get an account opened, explained that I was his ride and discovered that apparently they don't allow anyone to use their bathrooms (including customers). I had been contemplating switching to US Bank for my deposits but that won't be happening now.
Wish I could give no stars. First of all it's stinks in here like its mildewed. They are rude and just do what they want. They don't listen or acknowledge anything you say. Never going back I told the manager I won't be coming back. Look at the other reviews.

This bank has helped me so much. I was scammed and Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Niki helped me better than the fraud department. This is the only branch I come to because of how kind everyone is.
