Twice so far I have had a package that was priority next day not show up they said it was delivered but it wasn't and being I work from home in the front room I know for a fact they never knocked on the door. Remind you this envelope is what 8.5*11.5" well my mail box is only bout 4" wide. Now fast forward 2 weeks. A neighbor brings me the package says it was in her box and she wasn't sure how long it had been there. Not to mention 3 other neighbors bringing me regular mail. So now I ordered from this company that was in a trial well they charged me and I'm like hold on so I did order it. (Had been so long I thought maybe I only thought real hard about ordering it.) Well of course it's a month later I go up there (you can't call the phone automatically disconnect) I provide them with tracking number supposed delivery information was told by Andrea that she would ask the driver when he comes in she take down my information assures she will call the next day and I have yet to receive a call. And yet and still you can't get ANYONE by phone because it won't even ring and the 1 time it did I let it ring so long it hung up called back and once again no ringing. The icing on the cake is I leave for work at 745am they aren't open then I'm off at 5 and guess what by the time I get thru traffic they are Closed.

Horrendous customer service by overpaid monkeys. One would think with their jobs on the line in the near future given how much the USPS is failing, they would make an effort to be friendly. Yet, no, they offer customers only contempt. Today, I spent well over 15 minutes just trying to drop off postage paid packages. This location doesn't allow packages to be dropped off at the end of the front counter like every other area post office. One must ring the bell at the pickup door and wait, and wait, and wait for someone to come take them. After standing there for 15 minutes being ignored by clerks at the front counter, one extremely rude lady behind the counter (black lady, name started with a "V") tells me that there's no one back there working. So, another 5 minutes before someone not in the uniform comes, and he was very rude as well and seemed to be looking at the packages for a reason to send me away. I would resort to scheduling a carrier pickup but the guy NEVER shows up to take my packages. There should be an option for less than poor. I'm a business customer who will never use USPS again. I recommend closing this station, and firing everyone there.

I had the misfortune of mailing a package while my regular carrier was on vacation. On Saturday, July 1, I left a flat, bubble mailer in my box for pick up, as I've done many times before. It wasn't taken. On Monday, July 3, I left the pkg again with a note (I thought my regular carrier was on the route), stating if there wasn't enough postage, ring my bell. The pkg wasn't taken, no ring. On Wednesday, July 5, I adjusted the pkg, and re-mailed. It was taken. On Saturday, July 8, I left another pkg, and it happened that I saw the mailman, who was not the regular carrier. He said he'd taken the previous pkg, and he would take the new one. On Friday, July 14, the pkgs had arrived at the destination, however, the bubble mailer had been slit open, and the mailer delivered without its contents. The second pkg was intact. Woe be it unto that rogue carrier, until the items I've lost are recovered! I've never had this experience with our regular carrier, who provides excellent service! After reading the reviews for this post office, I agree: this location should be investigated and overhauled.

This PO segregates customers based on what they're there for. If you're giving them money, you go in a separate line that moves, but if you're there to pick up a package, you ring a doorbell at a closed blue door inside the building and no one ever answers it. This morning, I stood behind a guy who'd been waiting a half hour. I waited 10 minutes and then gave up and left. We could hear people behind the door. After I asked the woman taking money if there was anyone back there and being ignored the first two times, the third time, she finally wandered over behind the door and asked someone to answer the door. No one did. Her excuse? The mail was delivered late today. That may be a reason but it's not an excuse. There's no excuse for customer service people to refuse to take a minute to hand a customer a package. I will never send packages using the USPS again and I'm already asking everyone I do business with to use any other carrier than USPS. If we all do that, maybe we will no longer have to support them with our taxes.

The lady answered the phone with an attitude and told me to call back at 8:30. When I called back , she didn't even greet me so clearly they have called id. She said pls hold and left me on hold for 50 minutes. I just had surgery so I'm not driving at the moment however my mail keeps getting out in the wrong box. Important, time sensitive mail. All I wanted to do was let them know of the issue. Come to find out the mailman is on leave. The manager Skylar Cobbs had an attitude as well. I know higher ups who work for the government and make good money doing it. Those ppl treat u better than the post office workers. They need a class on how to treat customers. Put my mail in the correct box and I won't call u. This happened to me three times in November. That's not right and then when I call to alert them, they treat me like garbage. As if I'm bothering them. Skylar said she's understaffed as if that's my fault. Treat ppl with respect especially when your mail carrier is in the wrong.

Like most post offices in Charlotte this one is pretty run down and inefficient. I mostly go to this one cause I run a small business and it's the closest post office for me to drop off packages. I do appreciate that they are open on Saturdays and I have used the passport application part of the building and the people there are lovely. On my regular visits thankfully I'm only ever there for a few minutes at a time just to drop off, but anytime I've ever had to use the desk it's the same 3 employees, they are very slow and not very friendly at all. They do not treat all customers the same. If you've lost a package or need to pick something up the employees in the back are even more rude and not helpful. Don't even try the phone number for them, they never answer. Last year the post office lines would go down the entire building and even out the door, I haven't seen that again yet but we aren't near Christmas so only a matter of time haha.

Today I witnessed a postal worker call a customer a thief!!! Not once but several times loudly. I was so shocked!!! I started to listen to the conversation and asked another employee for her name, so I can make a complaint to the post office. The cashier helping me told me the lady with the blonde hair's name is Pam and that she had a rough weekend. I don't care what you go through at home; their is a level of integrity that is demanded at USPS and I know this because my brother-in-law was blessed to work for USPS for 35 years and retire. I work with people for a living and this is the perfect example of a lawsuit waiting to happen. These people have no manners and are extremely negligent with the way they speak to paying customers, Pam never apologized to this woman!!! I'm not shocked to see the rating on this platform. Something must be done USPS Office Inspector General; you are playing Russian roulette with these workers.

4-10-19 My experience with this Post Office has been good for a long time whether inside the facility or delivery, HOWEVER I MISS MY FORMER LETTER CARRIER WHO RECENTLY CHANGED ROUTES A COUPLE MONTHS AGO, SHE WAS THE BOMB. COM. I have left a letter in my box, not mine for 3 days, today being the 3rd day, the carrier put it back in the box with the mail delivered. On today not only did the carrier put it back with the mail delivered, I also had outgoing mail and they put that back in the box also which let me know they are not bothering to look at the mail to see if it is outgoing or to see why that letter is positioned in a manner that they should have taken it with them. My mail comes about 2:00. If I'm going out I will drop it off at a desinated place. Please ask the carrier to pay attention.

I never requested my package to be delivered to my apartment rental office but this is where they had been leaving stuff and when I spoke to Ms Isaby at the a Sharon Pines apartments about the where abouts of (my)package she became angry after looking for it then said they would no long except packages for me at the rental office so I agreed....No#1 -I never signed anything requesting them or asked them to do so - I don't live there! No#2-Isn't this federal when you intercept peoples packages from the US postal services Ms.B? No#3-When I pay for delivery this has been on going ...Why Why are they going there:-\ .I pay rent here at my apartment yes and when I pay for my orders i expect them to be delivered to my apartment not to my apartments rental office unless I request it! Wth is the problem here?

I adore women that work the front desk. They are always a delight to see and talk to- top of the line customer service. However, I do NOT appreciate the fact that this location refuses to answer the phone or provide any help regarding held letters and packages. Unfortunately, USPS can not seem to keep up with commercial carriers or provide the same level of service as UPS and FedEx. When I was a kid there were two postmen that brought our mail Mr. Barnes who was a super kind African American man who always looked handsome in uniform and Mr. Markel who also looked tucked in and literally whistled while he walked. Now its untucked t-shirts and van drivers that look pained for time and seem to cover 5X's the load with half the number of work force hours.

This place is horrible!! This is the second time I've had issues with getting a package that I needed urgently. I was there at 8:30am when they opened. It took 20mins for someone to even assist me (and I was one of two people there). When I did get assistance, they didn't know where my package was. I was told to pick it up, but it wasn't there, it had been sent back out for redelivery. I then asked if the carrier could leave my package on my doorstep and was told "yes". Now, I find out that the package was not left at my home, but instead a card for me to go BACK to the post office where I will probably have to wait another 20 mins to be helped. I am very upset about the disorganization of this place!

I was expecting a package. I received a notification from the merchant that USPS didn't have access. I looked at my camera & saw that the mail truck never stopped at my home. They only drove by my home. I had to go to the post office the following morning to retrieve my package. There was nothing obstructing my mailbox, nor was there anything impeding their ability from dropping the package off at my door. Per the merchant USPS was supposed to leave a notification but that wasn't done. I was also told they were supposed to make a 2nd attempt at delivery but the morning I went to pick up the package I was told there would not have been a re-delivery attempt. I'm concerned b/c this has happened b/f.

Recently for the month of June 2017 mail to LaneCrest Drive 28215 locations has been delivered to wrong addresses by Mail Carrier. This is not acceptable. I had an important document that I was expecting; it had a Tracking Number. The mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. The package was opened accidentally, the neighbor then realized it wasn't theirs and brought it to my home. Also, I have received mail that wasn't mine but was for someone else on LaneCrest Drive. I gave it to the correct address. I noticed that this has started happening for the Month of June 2017. I tried calling the Post Office for our area but the phone rang continuously before hanging up automatically.

If its possible to give (-)NEGATIVE star rating this location would receive -5☆'s. Every situation I've encountered here has been horrid! Every associate employed here needs to be FIRED and an entirely new staff brought in to turn this place around. I've owned a box here since Oct 2015 and I've had my mail lost as well as Items STOLEN! I was misinformed and given wrong information regarding filing claims and complaints about service as well as Refund and Recourse for my Stolen item. I've filed an Official Complaint with Consumer Affairs and I intend to file further complaint with Washington, DC Consumer Advocate Department. Good luck to anyone doing business here.

Would not give a star if i could! This Post Office and postman are terrible. Mail and pakages are placed in the wrong box almost all the time even after clarifying the correct address and still place to the wrong box. Packages are late or if you read the liver they will never come on time or they will never notify what's the next step to receive your package and then just horrible at the job that they do I think it's time for them to have some Replacements or something because this is ridiculous! Never had these issues and Salisbury only in Charlotte and I've heard from many others that they have the exact same issues or even worse!

I thought it was only me, but reading all these reviews just solidified all I think about this location, I gave these women and location a few chances, all the ladies that work this location are unhelpful to the point of exasperation. Not only that, whenever I drop off a prepaid package it doesn't get scanned as "post office in possession" unless I wait IN LINE and ask for a receipt...they say prepaid mail doesn't get scanned anymore but that's bulls#$% because the smaller office on Old Concord Rd does it!! I will make the sacrifice and start driving to another location to drop off my mail. Shame!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute worst postal station in Charlotte. The phone number they have displayed on Google does not work. After asking them about it they said they don't know why it doesn't work. They also failed to deliver my package to the right address. Then after failing to do so, told me to contact them "tomorrow." And it went like that for a whole month, with no sign of progress. After a month passed, they told me to file a claim, to which I am no longer eligible. Worst station in the city of Charlotte, NC. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but you get what you deserve.

This location is horrible Malika the supervisor asked if I had children with the person who was placing my mail on hold (negative). This is the type of questions this branch location ask if someone is committing address fraud and mail fraud..she then directed me to the police department who’s then stated she should of directed me to the Office Inspector General. So I’m not only not getting mail..I’m on a wild goose chase. My time is precious and USPS May need to reevaluate and train their workers on customer service and fraud prevention. Que locura!!!

I have generally had good experiences with USPS. until I moved to my current address under this post office - terrible. I get other peoples' mail, my packages have been delivered to the wrong address, and one of my carriers apparently thinks it is too much trouble to put the red flag on my mailbox down every time when picking up mail. They also lost my electric bill payment. Complaints to the official USPS line get no change - everyone there should be canned and replaced with people who care about their job a little. Again, I say terrible.

I have a business and have been sending a lot of packages for over a year. worked with various post offices in california, new york, arizona. but this Rosmary worker breaks all records. she has the longest queue, clients have been waiting for her for a long time. she is not attentive, she can mix up the numbers. she is very impolite. if you have a different skin color or speak English poorly, she will pretend not to hear you at all. I wasted a lot of my valuable time when I came to this post office. I do not advise you.

The WORST Post Office in the US I will move just to get away from this branch!! They are so unorganized, rude, very poor customer service. Several times I did not get my mail. They need to learn how to READ!!! These carriers continuously keep putting other people mail in my box for almost two years now after I repeatedly told them this person does not live here. I really believe that entire branch is slow and retarded. That's definitely a branch that should be included in the GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN!! IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!

As the other reviewers stated, the ladies that work here are complete low class, ghetto, incompetent trash, they can't solve any issues or qts you have and compensate that inadequacy or deflect by you guessed it, being rude to you, it's their only skill. Remember, Your tax dollars pay the salaries of these govt leeches! They need to be fired asap Only thing this place is good at is the Self-service station. If you have anything else that involves having to deal (yes deal, not speak) with these rats, good luck!

I have witnessed my daughter hating to go in this post office on numerous occasions just 1 rude lady everytime. We are not receiving our mail. Online saying it was held there so we go and the same lady tells us to track online when thats where we started from saying the mail was held at the post office. The mail lady never looked and sent my daughter out without getting any of our mail that suppose to be there at the post office.. this place has the worst customer service. Absolutely terrible. Deliverers put incorrect mail in mailboxes all the time, and won't even let you watch them to make sure they don't give you someone else's mail. If you give me somebody else's mail, you bet I'll be there to make sure it won't happen again. I had 2 letters postmarked for JUNE & JULY that were not delivered UNTIL DECEMBER!!! That is beyond unacceptable, this location needs a complete overhaul. At least an eye exam for the deliverers putting the wrong mail in other mailboxes.

I have been trying for two days to locate two packages that are lost! Twice now I have spoken to someone who promises to find them and they will call me back! I asked for the postmaster's phone number and she told me she can not give out the number! Horrible service! Very unhappy with the service or lack thereof of this post office! And it took over ten minutes to get someone to even answer the phone! It's no wonder the post office is going out of business!

Ive had the most unprofessional experiences here. The staff are lazy as hell. I paid my 6 month po box 3weeks ago in person. Today I go and check the box and its locked. This is the second time I've paid and they have locked my boxed. I'm sick and tired of the bull crap dealing with these ppl. It makes no sense. The whole team needs to be trained on how to be professional and representatives for the Unites States Postal Service. This is just ridiculous

Today - 8/29/19 x once again this is the worst post office and mail delivery. It told me in the informed mail I had 5 pieces of mail and one item without a picture which is normally my People magazine. I got 4 pieces of mail and no magazine. I tell you this entire place needs to replaced. No matter how bad it gets rated, no matter how many times you call the people above them and report them, nothing is done. This is our tax dollars at work people!!!

I dropped off a package almost 3 weeks ago that should've been sent to UPS. Once I realized my mistake I've been calling and been given the runaround. I was told the package was given to UPS but it hasn't because I've been tracking it. I'm not saying anyone stole it but where is the package? I should've read the reviews but since it was close to my home I figured it was ok. Update: This location had the phone the whole damn time!!!

I order something December 19 and i got what i wanted on the 6th of January and the letter said i will receive it on the 31 then 5th. They said that it got lost in mail. How would you feel if some one order something really special and you get it late you well feel like man this was from a very special family member why am i getting it so dang late. Standing in usps right now shipping and international package. Ms. Watts is the register lady who has been extremely polite and helpful. I have been here several times and got good service. The lines are long after 3ish but I came an hr ago and there were only 2 ppl. Took me time to fill out customs form and I can't thank ms.watts for helping me with that. Other cash register had employees immediately to move the line.

Always problems. Was waiting for package to arrive. At 7:02pm receiving a notification, that delivery attempted but there was animal obstruction! The truth: there are no animals walking on the street and/or near my mailbox or anywhere on my property that mailman could see. I have seen a red cardinal bird on the tree, that’s about it. But the actual delivery was never attempted. And it’s not the first time.

They lost my husband's gift card that was worth $100. I have no idea how anyone pays any bills on time by using usps. For now on we will only be using fedex or ups. Maybe even certified mail. I don't understand how a company that has been in service forever can't seem to deliver stuff to the right people/address. I missed a package delivery by 1 minute, went outside and caught the mail-lady at my neighbors house, and she totally ignored me and the slip they left and she nearly run me over driving off. Then when I called their store 10 times I never once received an answer. This has always been the worst USPS location I have personally known. If 0/5 was an option is it what I would choose.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: THESE FOLKS HAVE A NICE SCAM GOING ON. THEY ARE CHARGING EVERYONE A LATE FEE FOR BOX RENTAL. THEY USE THE EXCUSE THAT THE EMPLOYEE WHO NORMALLY SENDS OUT THE BOX RENEWAL NOTIFICATIONS IS RETIRED. I spoke to Markita and she is the RUDEST representative I heard ever spoke to. I called to inquiry about a package delivery status and her attitude and her unwillingness to help was appalling. She talked over me and on several calls and rushed me off the phone. Business should not be handle in that matter. Her rude tone was truly uncalled for.

The customer service agent Watts and the post master are very unprofessional and disorganized. They go above and beyond to make sure your package is not located nor are they willing to asssit beyond their measure. Based on their performance alone I will no longer support this location. The next time I will take my business to FEDEX or UPS.

We had a fantastic route carrier and all of a sudden she retired. Now we are lucky to even get our mail and when it does come it is very late. Last night it was 7:45pm. Not sure why they are having so much trouble but something needs to be done soon. I have two items coming soon and they are important, hope they don't messed them up.

Multiple times this carrier has lost my package , not delivered it or LIED and said it was delivered ! I'm starting to think someone is stealing things . And there is NO accountability for the office at all ! I'm sick of the usps ! It seems like it is operated by a whole bunch of individuals that don't want to do their job !

This is the worst station I've ever have to deal with!!! If I couild give it no stars I would. The customer service reps at the blue door are horrible and rude. The management is even worse they couldn't locate my package and when I questioned them about it the manager asked me to leave!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EVER!!!!!!

The post office marked a package as undeliverable even though it was addressed properly and to the right person. I called multiple times, and was met with a busy signal every single time. I obviously can't go down there as I live in another state. This is ridiculous. Thank you, Charlotte US Post Office, for wasting my time.

The line for service is usually long. They do allow you to drop off your packages at the right end of the counter (of course, you must have postage attached). We really need a post office in the Prosperity Hucks area of Charlotte, near Highland Creek. The attendants are not very friendly but they get the job done.

The postmaster Damon Foster has not supported the Holcomb Woods Community in assigning our mailboxes and is holding our mail hostage. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow up and communication. I have emailed, called and went in person and continue to get the run around on being given my mailbox key and my mail.

Twice I've received a conformation saying my package was delivered and it didn't arrive. I had to go to the Post office to pick it and the other time the manager told me the carrier put it in a drop box and left a key for package drop off's but a key wasn't left. This is ridiculous.

Driver in Brookdale Commons shopping center can't drive. Goes opposite of a one way behind the shopping center. I almost hit him. His excuse was "I deliver back here, I'm allowed to be back here" ok that's fine, but follow the directions that are clearly there for going ONE WAY!!!

The wait times are really long because they are understaffed. I've had both positive & negative experiences with the staff but realize they're people too take a LOT of attitude from customers daily. It's still my closest post office so I'll continue to use it.

This locations employees are unprofessional and their behavior borders on misconduct. Filed a complaint with postmaster general, I am a small business owner and I can't afford to have my mail purposely mishandled. A whole new staff is needed at this location!

I am wondering if there’s a new mail carrier at my residence? This is the second time He or She is misplacing mine and my children’s mail. it happened 2 weeks ago and now this week. I keep track of my mail through my Informed Delivery account. NOT OKAY!!!!

The carrier for our neighborhood is absolutely the worst she refuses to get out to deliver large packages to our door she leaves them on the curb (damaged) or tries to stuff large items into the mailbox without care of the items or contains. Horrible

Always had problems with thrm. Unfriendly smart asses who could care less if you dropped dead in front of them. And my carrier is the laziest person alive. Constantly giving mail to the wrong house and just not even willing to bring other mail

This post office has horrible customer service. Every interaction over the last 3yrs has been very frustrating from carrier to management. I have just purchased a mailbox in another zone in order to avoid all contact with this center.

There's a reason this garbage location has such terrible reviews. Thieves work here. You'll get your package taken and then have to go through hoops and a lengthy amount of time to get any resolution. Disgusting opportunistic workers.

Refuses to deliver packages to my house. The tracker always says "delivery was attempted" and then I have to fight with their support every time to get things delivered the next day/week(s) since it's USPS. Just do it the first time.

Absolute worst postal station in Charlotte. I never get my packages because someone refuses to do their job and deliver to the front door and marked as Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location. VERY BAD!

Paid for a package to be DELIVERED, the driver never attempted to deliver the package but noted in the system that they did, took the package back to the post office where they lost the package all within 24 hrs!

The older black lady that works at the front is rude. This is my second time coming in greeting her Good Morning and she said nothing! She didn’t make me feel welcomed at ALL! Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!

I'm not sure who the supervisor is at this location but they are not doing their job. The 2 ladies at the register are the only employees in the building everyday at all times.
