My wife had the Layton, UT store call City Creek to hold 2 pairs of shoes for us until the following evening. When I got to the store the next day at noon I was told they put the shoes away because they had to do inventory. I had to have my wife text me pictures of the shoes, which luckily she took, so I could show the clerk the pictures and have him re-pull the shoes. Why can't they just make a note of the shoes that are being held for CUSTOMERS then re-pull the shoes when inventory is over? That way the CUSTOMER doesn't get upset. If my wife hadn't of taken pictures of the shoes we would have to gone back to the store when she got of work just to pick them out again.

I was very impressed with this store. I came in last Saturday right before closing time. I wanted a particular shoe that was lightweight but wasn't sure on the color. The store associates were very helping in getting me exactly what I needed, by letting me try on various different shoes. Even though they didn't have the shoe I initially wanted, they still called around to make sure they could find the shoe for me. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. In my opinion they went above and beyond, so I will definitely be back. Great store and great service!

My experience at Vans City Creek was so amazing, I couldn't help but make sure I let everyone else know! The assistant store manager, Hannah, helped me find an obscure and discontinued shoe and managed to get two pair shipped to my house so that I now have a total of four pair of my "favorite" Vans shoes. Her coworker, Jenny, greeted me when I came in and got me into Hannah's talented hands. I really appreciate the time they spent making sure I got the exact products I needed. I will always shop for Vans at City Creek first. Thank you!

Went Saturday, most employees (especially Becca) was super helpful. She laced my shoes, spent a lot of time with my indecisive personality. Helped me buy cleaner, and socks, and make a decision on shoes I loved. Another employee was pretty brash — I didn’t realize we weren’t supposed to try on the displays (there are no signs and nobody told me), so she came over and made me feel really bad about trying one on. But I get she’s just doing her job. Not a ton of women’s clothing options, but plenty of shoe options.

When it comes to customer service there is lots for this place to improve on. At least they greet you at the door. This place is clean and well kept. There is no display of wanting to sell a product from the sales associates. Prices are on the high end. Try getting better deals and better customer service else where. Unless you can't find what you are looking for else where, this could be the last alternative. Not recommending this place nor will i be a returning customer.

Vans is still a brand and style that I have loved for over 20 years. They have great children’s items, including unicorn shoes complete with horns! The quality of their shoes is excellent. I bought a pair of shoes for my child three months ago. He wears them every day and they are still in good condition. Previously, his shoes would need to be replaced every couple of months because they had holes and soles coming loose.

I bought some shoes from here and they weren't fitting too well and I didn't have the original receipt. So I called and spoke with Jordan and she told me to stop by. I went back in and she was extremely helpful and nice. She did an exchange and helped me get into another pair of shoes that fit great and were super comfortable. Fantastic Service! I will definitely be shopping here again!

Went in today to get a new deck and had the opportunity to work with Becky. She was amazing! Best employee I’ve ever had the opportunity to have assist me at vans. I would come here 100% of the time assuming she was the one to help. She should be the manager here …

Hmmmm, took my daughter in to buy shoes about 20 minutes ago. No greeting from the staff. We sat down in front of the shoes and had to listen to the four kids behind the counter discussing nothing important. Nobody offered us help, so we bolted and won't be back.

The in store experience was great. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, organized, and well stocked store. However, this is now the second pair of vans I've bought that fell apart VERY fast. I have older pairs I wear way more often and

Good store, I like their shoes have been buying from them for years. However sometimes their vans are a little over priced and it's a hot and miss with quality. Sometimes their shoes will last a week or so, sometimes a couple of months.

I just got some nice shoes that were in sale here. Not only that the girl tied the shoes for me since they were fresh out of the box. She offered and she made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this one. Great service!

Awesome people at this company. They are there to answer any questions I have and they offer a maintenance package when I rent where they will take care of my air filters, smoke detectors or anything I need. Love these people!

Hannah is super helpful and fun to talk to! She helped us look for a very specific shoe that we were after! You won't go wrong working with her. And Van's shoes are excellent for their quality and durability!

All their shoes are not only overpriced, but don't come in different widths. You will also request a shoe on the shelf only to be handed it in a another color. Was honestly a compete waist of my time.

Cool atmosphere, friendly staff, and great selection of Vans merchandise made this a fun shopping stop. Hubby found some cool new kicks - and even got a compliment from our teenager! Win!
