Ruthless, money grabbing owners. I was trading at the Custard Factory and setting up tables. In the hectic morning, I forgot to pay for parking. As soon as I remembered, I paid for the maximum all day fee, even though I left before 5pm. They've fined me £100 and declined my appeal. Any takings I made on the day, being a small business, will be gone, if IAS don't intervene. Heartless and cruel. An honest mistake and overpaid when realised!

You can park your car there if you want to pay extra £60 later. They will send you a ticket even you paid and displayed. They just provided you a CCTV footage on entrance when you entering and leaving the park. No photo shows you haven’t a valid ticket displayed. How you would keep a ticket for months if you did it right and prepared for the parking company to charge you randomly

A spacious car park that is never full and is at an affordable price. It is the place to stop if you need to visit a business in Zellig Building , or in the Custard Factory in general. You can enter Zellig building directly from the back doors, from the car park. The entrance to the car park is from the High Street Deritend B4100.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We booked this car park whilst we went to a gig at the o2 institute only to return to our car locked in the car park!! We therefore had to pay £100 for an Uber to get home an hour and a half away to then return back to Birmingham first thing in the morning. DO NOT PARK HERE!!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT. The signage is confusing and misleading. I paid for parking as per the information, left my car overnight which I thought was permitted, and they charged £60. They won't accept an appeal. Avoid parking here.

Locked my car in there after when I payed for it to be all day. Meaning 10pm at night. But I got there half an hour early to find I need to catch a taxi home

Worst car park ever! They’re timings on display are different to the ones online, they close before time. Left my car in the car park over night. Avoid!!!

The paying machine isn't working so go in at your own risk as they will send you £100 fine and won't answer there contact information. DONT GO.

Locked the car park an hour early with my car still inside. Do not pick up calls on the number provided.
