Update (8/14/22): Even the business owners attention to customer service is lacking. I emailed the below reply address and NOTHING. Not an email back acknowledging the complaint, no apology, NOTHING. People of Albuquerque, this is just another optical illusion, boast about customer service, but lack the decency to address it other than an automated reply as the response I received on this review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Word of mouth is a big thing for small businesses, and Ziggis Coffee on Montgomery - I have a big mouth. I started coming here as soon as it opened and have had excellent service each time....now the service is beyond lacking. It's only kids working, with bad attitudes. When you order a $12 coffee you expect it to be right and I understand errors can happen. The last two times I have gone the staff has completely messed up my order and given me something different. My most recent visit I let them know the drink was wrong and ask that it would be corrected. They corrected it and gave it back to me for me to only find out they had mixed the wrong drink with part of the drink that I had actually ordered, resulting in a drink that was disgusting. I was headed out of town so I really did not have time to turn back around to have them correct it a third time. After this most recent experience I will not be returning to this coffee shop. Starbucks coffee is gross, but at least they are competent enough to get the drink correct. Spend your money somewhere else until they get adults working there.

Today, I ordered a gluten free breakfast sandwhich due to my celiac disease, which I stated when I ordered. They had called out our order handing me a sandwhich marked gluten free and the regular- sandwhich my fiancé had ordered with me. The sticker also stated the sandwhich was gluten free so I opened the box and it looked exactly like the gluten sandwhich. I immediately went to the cashier stating I have an allergy and I can’t have gluten and they told me they had ran out of gluten free sandwiches so they decided to give me the gluten sandwhich. I was extremely upset that they weren’t going to tell me and just try and pass off the gluten sandwhich as gluten free, and get me really sick, and unapologetically offered to refund the sandwhich when I confronted them. I hope they take the situation more seriously in the future because this could have made me incredibly sick all week.

I have passed by this place several times and finally stopped by recently. The drive thru had 2 cars in line, both of which were being helped by employees with tablets and headsets. The employee helping the car in front of me would speak to the customer, swipe at the tablet a few times, ask another question and swipe a few more times. After a few minutes (and several more questions and swipes), I finally got tired of waiting and left (neither car moved so my assumption is that the same thing was going on in the other car). I really wanted to try this small business....but if it takes you that long just to PLACE an order how long does it take to MAKE it? Patience is one thing, but making it overly cumbersome and complicated just to order a cup of coffee doesn't make me want to try again.

Newest review: i decided to give these guys another shot cause i want to love this place. This time was a success love the energy blenders and the crumble coffee. Super nice staff, clean and great plain bagel with sausage. Ok ok. You guys won me over regardless. Old review: I tried 2 use a coupon that was emailed and was told I have to print it to use it, so ok im cool with that i guess, but why not make it easy for everyone with a phone is my question...I then tried to get points/ rewards on my app and was advised I only get rewards if on apple phone ummmm ok. I won't be back for that reason... what is the point of your rewards app then.

A pet peeve of mine is having to get my coffee remade because it taste horrible. . . But with this place I have not had that problem unlike Starbucks, Dunkin, or Dutch Bros.. (Thank you by the way) I also get coffee or a Energized drink at least 4 times a week so now I just come here at least 4 times a week. LoL. Its my relief from a busy work day and a busy life that doesn't slow down. The management and the crew got this place running perfectly. I like the vibe they have set and the work ethic they have. I've replaced starbies with Ziggi's and use to believe this place was so much better and come here daily for lattes, red bull infusions, campfire cocoas, etc. However, lately service and the quality isn't the same as when it first opened. Why provide a short straw for tall drinks - my straw fell into the tall cup, was driving and did not want to fish out my straw after all things that have been touched for covid reasons. This has happened to me several times now. Lastly, the lid wasn't put on securely that it popped off and almost spilled my drink all over in my suv and the teens working the window have become rude. Yall need taller straws or if you have them, hand out the proper size! Disappointed.

As much as I love ziggis coffee and redBull infusions I can’t seem to ever get my order right. I ask all the time for sugar free because I have a diabetic co worker who can’t have sugar and every time it’s not, then I ask for whip cream on one drink and even when it’s written on the drink it doesn’t come with it. When I order I always have to argue what I said at the window with people. It’s unfortunate when I buy 5-6 drinks for my staff 3-4 times a week and it can never be done right. I paid for 5 drinks today and left with 4. I’m so sad that I’ll have to find another place for redBull infusions when ziggis is in walking distance

Just moved here so had to try something new. The drinks were good however I wasn't a big fan of my first drink, "Melon Berry Tide" (the aftertaste resembled cough syrup too much & stuck around for a while). Went back & they allowed me to return it & swap it out for the Orange Citrus one with no issues, & that one was the winner! Super delicious! My wife's coffee drink was good & then my sister-in-law got the Passion fruit drink but that was similar to the Melon Berry one as far as the syrup flavor having a cough syrup taste.

I really like this place! I come here so much that I have a punch card, but the punch card is disappointing. The second to last time I was here, I got my 10th hole punch, and the sign on the window says to get your free drink, you must have 11 punches. Cool, next time I get a free drink right? Got my 11th punch, no free drink. Hmm ok? Well now I actually have 11 punches on the card so maybe next time it’s valid? Come back today and I give my punch card, and still no free drink? Cashier didn’t say anything or do anything with the card just handed it back? So…i don’t get my free drink ever now? :/

Update: Ziggi's has been my go to stop before work for a while but now they stopped selling cans of seltzer. Just bummed I gotta go back to Starbucks. Please bring back seltzer cans!!! Excellent! Quick service and drinks were delicious. I got a blended honey vanilla chai with two shots of espresso and the texture was unbelievable- smooth, not icy, not watered down. The flavor was layered and was not overly sweet. My kiddo ordered the lava frost (orange and vanilla blender) from the kidzone. Again the texture was perfect and it tasted just like a dreamcicle pop. We will definitely be back!!

My son loves Ziggi’s Campfire Cocoa. The gluten free bread slices I’ve had were good and I’m grateful that Ziggi’s has a few options food wise for those of us that are gluten free. I would have given 5 stars, but the last time we went we didn’t realize they gave us someone else’s drink. They handed me the drinks and my son was talking to me, so I didn’t pay attention to see if the order was correct. We went so my son could get his campfire cocoa, but that’s not what he got. All the responsibility doesn’t fall on the baristas there, I should have made sure the drinks were right.

I met some colleagues at Ziggi's to work on a paper. The wifi was easy to access and the employees were friendly. Their menu has such a wide variety of food and drink options that anyone should be able to find something to suit them. I had a cheese Danish and a wildberry smoothie. Both were excellent! I recommend the place if you need a cool, quiet place to work and if you like coffee shops that sell a ton of delicious drink options that aren't coffee. Plus they have a huge variety of coffee. I got my wife an iced mocha to go; she enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

I go to get an ice coffee when I’m on that side of town. White mocha is my usual and delicious! I decided to try the raspberry truffle since I can’t find the non dairy creamer of the same name in the grocery stores anymore. Wow!!!! It is yummy and I don’t miss the grocery store creamer. I tried the breakfast burrito today and it was also yummy. The employees are always friendly. The only bad thing I have to say is we don’t have a Ziggis near me. Until that changes, I will go to Ziggis when I’m on the north side of town. Thank you!!!!!

Trying the new energy infusion drink at Ziggi’s Frostberry and it’s really good! This place always serves my drinks amazing and with a warm smile and kind hello! So many places have lost that simple and free connection with their customers just say hi and smile, it’s not really that hard. Bonus it goes a long way! ❤️ I love the Loconut too!

We've drove by this place a couple of times and decided to stop by. Great menu, a good variety of things, even for kids. We had to sit inside though, they have a nice patio but zero shade. My fiance got a white chocolate mocha hot and he loved it, way better than Starbucks and half the price. You can not beat the service, the staff was very welcoming and kind. It was fast, affordable, very clean and well kept, bathrooms were immaculate. Will definitely return, I hope they get some umbrellas out front!

we come here very often to this place and the service is amazing here they’re very nice and kind people working here, drinks are wonderful and we love this place. Today we came and there is no halloween decorations and no plants either, me and my family asked the workers they looked at us very sad and they said corporate didn’t let them have decorations for halloween or Christmas we came here because it’s totally different to starbucks i hope corporate changes their minds.

It’s good. I like the drinks but won’t stop if I need food as well. I’ve had a few different breakfast sandwiches and there’s something off about them. The staff has been friendly, they usually struggle with technology not cooperating so it can be a wait, I know that’s not their fault but it can be nerve racking when you’re headed to work. Overall I’ll stop here again if it’s on my way to where I’m going.

I LOVE this place. I really don't like going to Starbucks cause it's expensive and you're just paying for the brand. Ziggis has excellent coffee, it's different, delicious and the staff is so so friendly. I can't wait for their app to come out (please have one for Android!!). I will continue to come back to ziggis.

Cafe Au Lait was decent but could’ve been a little stronger. The atmosphere is nice, they have great Wifi and the staff is super friendly. My Lemon Berry Bread was pretty tasty. I’ll definitely be back especially since there’s a drive-thru and comfortable seating but they really need to work on making sure the espresso is good and strong or else the ratios need to be adjusted I think

The coffee is really good. The reason for the 3 stars, is the food. It was horrible! The breakfast burrito was out of a bag then over cooked. It was hard and had zero flavor. New Mexico has such great places to go for breakfast burritos, don't waste your time going there for food. Stick to the coffee only. I do have to mention that service was great. Everyone was so friendly.

Pretty good mixed red bull drinks! The only issue I've faced is that they put whipped cream on a drink when I ordered none. But that's only happened once. All the kids that work there are very cheery and nice. I like coming here!

The hours say they close at 8. But the lobby is ALWAYS closed. We love the coffee but can never stop to go in. The drive through doesnt work on a motorcycle. They also dont answer when you call, when you are standing in the front and they have no customers. This was 6:15 on a saturday. So we went to starbucks. And will probably continue to use them.

The server was kind and respectful. However my 16oz drink was 3/4 ice, even though I asked for light ice. It was refreshing; just not enough. I enjoyed a Mango smoothie at my last visit. I would have liked the option for adding plant based protein. However even without protein, it was yummy.

On a trip through Albuquerque today I was desperately in need of a drive-thru coffee shop that was NOT Starbucks! Pulled up this place in the map and I am so happy I did. My drink was made correctly and to perfection. Even came with a chocolate covered coffee bean. Definitely keeping this place in mind if I’m ever back in the area.

This seemed like a friendly coffee shop. The employees were working hard to get the orders out quickly. I had the turtle, and it was great. I will come back to this coffee shop when I am in the area.

The coffee is great, but this pace is stealing from their customers. All of their cups are 2 ounces short. I ordered a 20 ounce latte and got 18 ounces of coffee. The manager told me there was a mix up with cup supplier. I went back today and the cup is still the same a 2 months later.

It’s was an awesome treat from my friend, (and it was first time I visit there) the spicy oat milk chai latte was very tasty. I have drink chai in so many places, and cook my own too, this is by far the most tasty one!! I will definitely come back for that and other different drinks!! Yuuuuuuummmmmmmy!!!

My first times here’s at Zggis Coffee place, they’re just open not too long ago, i finally made it’s here’s today’s! They’re coffee 3.9 stars, i mean coffee their is not bad. I order a Hold Rush, is pretty good. I love Dutch Bro better though, everyone have their own reference. I’m a coffee lover

They have a great menu with classic flavors like caramel and turtle macchiattos, but also their own original flavors like Fireside and Gold Rush. The Gold Rush is particularly good if you don't want something too sweet. Menu includes breakfast burritos and sandwiches, breads, and cake pops.

I stopped here last week on my way to run some errands because I needed a pick-me-up. I am delighted to say that the staff was incredibly friendly and their coffee speciality drinks are so DELICIOUS! This has definitely been the go-to place for a quick dose of caffeine. Highly recommended!

I have been searching for a coffe place that makes a good chai and so far Ziggi's is the best, the spicy chai is the best. Their refreshers are delicious, and so is their red bull drinks. Got the smashberry red bull and it was fantastic.

Stopped by on their Grand Opening and enjoyed the Colorado Mocha, Dirty Chai & Gold Rush. They were so yummy and the service was so efficient and friendly through the very busy drive through that we went back again. Once again super efficient and new tasty coffees. Well worth the stop.

First time visiting and absolutely coming back! The guy who was working drive thru was really cool, he has great customer service and gave fast service even with their systems being down. I will be coming back and letting people know that this is the place to go for their coffee.

I went there with my dad and we really enjoyed it! It’s not different from Starbucks, but different from Dutch Bros. The Turtle was what I had and it was very good! I’m excited to come back in the future and try more items. I can’t wait for the location on Menaul to open up!

Love this place, my new spot to get coffee. Staff is very friendly and nice, drinks are outstandingly good. Me and my family can't stop coming and getting the verity of drinks they have. Would recommend this place hands down, my favorite so far is the blended campfire cocoa

1st time stopping by. Got the Raspberry Truffle Blender. Pretty dang tasty. Both the young lady who took my order and the young lady who took my money were super sweet and professional. Lots of interesting options to choose from. Looking forward to trying some more.

I love your coffee! But the last 2 drivethru visits I got a chocolate peanut butter mocha blender, and each time found out once I drove off that the peanut butter was missing.

Love Ziggi's! That says a lot since I generally only drink local coffee. Delicious drinks and friendly staff. The large size is actually large which is uncommon these days.
