Turned up at 9:20pm on a Monday night, as both the website and door said closing at 10:30pm. Walked in and was informed that they were closed due to it being usually quiet on a Monday night. Either update the website/door or stay open till the advertised time. Probably won't be coming back again due to bad customer service.

I am a league bowler and when i go to have some practice, it seems like there is very little to no oil on the lanes ? so I think I will look at moving to Oz Tenpin or something.... it seems like even when you call up head office to make a complaint about the oil issue, well it seems to fall on deaf ears.....

Venue is okay, bit dated but can live with that. Shame about the staff, guy there tonight clearly hates his job. Unhelpful, not friendly at all. Any request such a hassle. With Knox closed options are limited. Will travel to strike next time, service there is fabulous!

Rude staff, especially to my 7 year old son. Waited for ages to even be served. Menu looked good but they could only offer chips and a hotdog. No burgers, nachos or salads were available. Too way to long for our hotdogs to come out that we ended up asking for a refund.

The service was fantastic and the facilities were although a bit run down still capable of doing the job of facilitating a few games of bowling. The centre has a cafe and a bit of a games room which was an excellent source of fun and healthy rivalry for all ages

So handy to have this place so close to home. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and surprisingly big. It was busy when we arrived but by the time we were finishing our game it was nice and quiet. Would be cool if there were some car racing games in the arcade

Attended a birthday party on the weekend ! Super organised and fun! Staff were AMAZING , especially Nicoletta. Made swift adjustments for accessibility options , kept the party on track and the kids had the ‘best party ever !’ . Highly recommend !

The lanes are to your typical AMF standard, clean polished lanes. Food comes out relatively quick after ordering and is reasonably priced. We were early by half an hour and this was no problem for the staff who fitted us in straight away.

Great place, lots of fun but our party host wasn't all that great.. Didn't explain anything, sent out a chip platter just after the kids began bowling (all young and needed assistance) and forgot to ask us to pay the balance!

Very disrespectful treatment of two year 11 boys. They came in politely asking to book a lane and were repeatedly fobbed off, left to wait and after waiting patiently for 20 minutes told that all the lanes were booked out.

Words fail to adequately cover how knowledgeable, not to mention affable Patrick is in the pro shop. Absolute legend, and probably the best in the country when it comes to laying out and drilling up balls. 8 stars out of 5.

Food is nothing at all to write home about. They need to work on the sauces and listening to what people ask for not just assume! But the lanes are clean and fun to use.
