My wife and I had the pleasure of stopping by the Knar Jewellers store in Oakville a month and a half back. As usual, I was in the hunt for a Rolex BLNR on an Oyster bracelet and I had already braced myself for the inevitable answer of nothing being available and to be a bit patient. The response I received took me by surprise. Let me explain. Given that most stores in the GTA expected to book an appt. before coming in, I called in earlier in the day and was told that there was no appt. needed. We dropped by a few hours later and were promptly greeted by our Rolex associate named Suheil. He very politely asked me for my interest and reason for visiting the store. He navigated my wife and I over to the Rolex section of the store and got us comfortably seated. He asked me a few questions about my interest in Rolex and if I had owned any other Rolexes or any other luxury brands in the past. Suheil did mention that the watch I was looking for wasn't available at the moment but he did take down my details and any other preferences. My wife has recently gotten into watches as well and she was looking for a very specific Datejust in 2 tone Rose. Long story short, I was so enamoured by the customer service provided by Suheil and the whole Knar team. Not once did we feel rushed. Fast forward to today, I get a call and it’s Suheil on the line telling me that they have the exact Datejust model in store and if I was still interested. We rushed in within the hour and to my wife’s delight, it was exactly the piece she was looking for. Suheil, was gracious enough to walk over every detail with her from the clasp resizing to winding the watch. He was patient and informative. I also had the pleasure of meeting another Sales Associate named Vic this time around and it’s been a while since I had such an engaging convo with a person in a long long time. We discussed everything from watches to crypto and then some more watches!! :) I wanted to thank both, Suheil and Vic, for such an exceptional experience. They have 100% gotten a customer in me (still patiently waiting on my Batman :) ) Can't wait to go back in and complete my purchase with Suheil at Knar Jewellers. Thanks, Trevor

A little over three years ago, during a real estate open house, we were robbed. I was very sad to have to report a stolen watch and although they caught the thief he never disclosed where he sold it to police. Here is where the folks at Knar take over. After three years of waiting, this past week they were able to replace my watch. Seems like a simple transaction but here is where, for me, it's really not. The first time I purchased this watch it was for my 40th birthday, I saved for two years and waited that long to receive the piece. To have it stolen, out of our own house, was heartbreaking. I wanted to send to note out for all to see and understand that the folks at Knar are not just selling jewelry, they are selling an object that is meant to remind you of a moment in life, a special moment or a celebration of something. They never forgot about what happened to me and even after three years they kept me in mind to finally replace what had been taken. Recently purchased a new timepiece at Knar Jewellery Oakville location. I walked in just browsing looking for a timepiece and was greeted by Taline. I dealt directly with her, she was patient and took the time to speak with me and showed me various timepieces. Taline was very pleasant to deal with. I ended up finding a timepiece that I was interested decided several days after my initial visit to purchase it. I followed up with Taline by phone and she remembered who I was and also set aside the timepiece as she was going to be away for a week. Her communication by phone and email was excellent! Taline followed up by phone a week later upon her return. As happy as I am with my new timepiece, ultimately Taline’s excellent service is what sold me. I picked up my new timepiece on Wednesday and I am one happy client! When I picked up my timepiece, she was not in but advised me to see her colleague Suheil to help size the bracelet. I went back a day later for an adjustment on the bracelet and Suheil adjusted it within less than 5 minutes. Even had a nice conversation with Suheil who also very knowledgeable about watches. Taline, Suheil and staff were a pleasure to deal with. I was very happy with the level of service they provided. Most important I felt that I was treated like a client rather than a customer. Knar is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to watches. Regardless of your budget, Knar has everything from Seiko to Rolex. Will definitely be a returning when I’m in the market for my next timepiece!

My 1st time walking into the Jewellery store I was absolutely amazed by the fast and great service. I live about an hour from the store location and was in the area visiting family, when we ended up next door to the store getting some food. Being a watch collector and looking for two Rolex watches to commerate my upcoming 15th year wedding anniversary, I popped in to check their inventory. I was greeted by Michael L, who was the star of my experience. Michael was extremely personable/professional, attentive to my requests, super knowledgeable about the intricate details of the watches and wasn't trying to oversell me but was genuinely trying to ensure I would get what I desired. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to leave with a timepiece but the experience I had with Michael literally made me feel like the future long drives to the store, to deal with him, will be worth my time even though I have a good AD in my area. I've been to numerous ADs and I must say this experience was one of my best in terms of service. If you're ever in the area looking for a watch make sure to ask for Michael "The Superstar"L(who is also a certified Watch Maker) and guaranteed you'll have the best shopping experience!!!

Great place to shop watches and jewellery. Staff are just as excited to sell you a $600.00 Seiko as they are to sell you a $10,000 Rolex. Vicky is my go to because she’s very knowledgeable but all the staff have been great to deal with. On my last visit I was just doing research and Vicky took me for a full tour and showed me a little of everything. After about a hour I asked her what she liked best and she introduced me to Glashutte, which I was unfamiliar with. Her patience and knowledge is fantastic and I didn’t even end up buying anything that day. Sometimes I just want to see what’s new and staff seem to love just showing you the new items, even if you never intend to buy that particular peice. Was shocked they let you try on any Jacob and Co watches just for fun. Over all, it’s my favourite watch shop since moving to Oakville and I’ll be going there for a long time. I highly recommend going to talk to Sasha and Vicky, but no matter who I get on trips into the store, the whole team is pleasant and you can tell they love working there.

I emailed Sasha about the watches I wanted for our 1 Year Anniversary, something that has been a long term goal of mine. This was an amazing experience and well worth the long drive from my home. Jenny went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and explained all details on functions on each watch. She was not in rush like other AD's and allowed me to take pictures so I can see how it looks on me. I decided to get the Tudor GMT Pepsi watch. This was an all an all great experience reason I brought my friend along on following week who did made a another purchase through Jenny as well Shasha also helped us in that purchase as it was beyond the closing time of a store. We are your customers for life we know this will be you last month at Knar and we wish you an amazing retirement Jenny. Updated 6/23: I have since spoken to someone from Knar as they reached out to me over the phone to rectify the situation. I was impressed with their ability to take the feedback seriously and address it as professionally and timely as possible. I've changed my review to four stars and will look forward to seeing how the relationship plays out. ----------------------------------------- I have visited this store once and they were friendly enough in person that I was interested in trying to work with them. I have sent a couple of emails, called to inquire about something, with a promise of a call back the following day. Have not heard back from them for three days now. I’m disappointed with their follow up… if they’re not interested in my business before even making a sale, I would be curious how their post-sale service would be.

I was looking for a particular Grand Seiko model and came across Knar Jewellery as one of the GS Authorized Dealers. I contacted their customer service for more information and from the get-go, they have been very helpful with my initial questions and even helped arrange for an in-store visit. I have used Knar on Cornwall St since they opened for maintenance work like changing batteries for my various watches , insurance claims as well as minor repairs. I own An heirloom collection of Swiss watches, Rolex, Tudor and and Omega which is serviced here by Sascha and her team! The in house watchmaker is superb! No more hunting for battery changes or drives to the plazas like Square One or Sherway! Take your business there, you will be looked after in style and the price/ service relationship is in order! An absolutely relaxing and no pressure environment right from the moment we entered the doors!! Sasha greeted us & spent quite some time with us, showing & explaining different timepieces. What a fabulous customer service experience we again received on our recent visit to the Oakville Knar Boutique. We have been visiting and shopping there for years and the customer white glove treatment has never faded. Although we were visiting for just a sizing, the two boutique staff were incredibly gracious, polite and customer focused. I saw a review a while back where this location seemed to come across as snooty. I had a very similar experience in store where no effort was put into creating a warm environment and the description of snooty is accurate. Terrible service, so I went and gave my business to Humbertown Jewelers. I spent $200000 in a month (three Rolex watches). The lady working at your shop didn’t even give me basic respect when I’m speaking to her, looking somewhere else when I’m speaking to her.
