We made a deposit for a clothes line to pick up later once we could put roof racks on the car. Staff put a "sold" sticker on it for us. The following week we arrived to pickup but found out they had switched the "sold" sticker to an older model we never wanted. They then slyly tried to pass it off as the one we deposited for, however we had photos proving otherwise. They didn't even apologize. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DODGY GUYS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. NEVER GO HERE.

Good store has variety of items and customer services there is awesome everyone ready to help. The best place if you want materials to be delivered to your job ASAP those people can do this. Prices are average some items cheaper and some expensive, if you talk to the boss there he can give you discount for big orders.

Very handy Hardware Store. You get the best advice in all areas, 100 times better advice than Bunnings. I have took my 2004 Paslode Framing Gun for service, it works like the day i bought it. And repair/service cost is cheap.

I purchased a thermostat for a Rheem 250 Litre hot water system on a Sunday. They carry parts for Hot Water systems, stoves etc. Have many hardware items this is a very good shop highly recommended.

Way better than bunnings. This is a REAL hardware store. May not have have the range of bunnings, but then again they sell what you want, not what they want you to buy. Thank goodness for reality.

Arrogant and rude! They know very little about their products but they know how to overcharge! Won't be going there again. I'll stick to Bunnings from now on. At least they're friendly.

Called up looking for a specific Pvc pipe, consultant was unsure what the item was and rather than working with me to ascertain the item I was hung up on mid sentence. Pathetic.

I called to enquire about paint for roof tiles, staff are very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very good also!
