Over a year ago someone insured by Old Mutual Insure t-boned my car. Quest Claims Solutions, who represented Old Mutual for the case, offered me R1225,25 to fix the R23000 damage caused. They then proceeded to ignore emails and arguably gaslight me into accepting this ridiculous offer. It took me taking their client to small claims court (the stress of which fell on their client, not them), to get the money I was owed. Small claims court determined that they in fact owed me R20 000 and interest, which I have now received. Quest Claims' representatives are either incompetent or corrupt. I have contacted their complaints department, only to be ignored. If you have a semblance of a conscious, don't use them for your insurance needs.

These guys were sent out by insurance to assess damage on a claim. They don’t even know what they talking about. They mention things that are nothing related to the root cause at all. Don’t know if they work with insurance companies to repudiate claims deliberately or what. Definitely don’t suggest taking these guys on for anything. Rather contact another company.
