I needed to move out my things and have it securely stored at a storage unit in the timeframe of one week and I was also overseas. I spoke to Cameron from 1800 We Store It and he was very kind and cooperative in explaining how everything worked, and what services they had to offer. Since they had previously done bookings for overseas clients, it was very easy for this company to accommodate to my needs and preferences. The day of the transfer of my things went smoothly. I had almost everything packed earlier but I still had a few things left out which I required their packing services. Everything was transferred to the truck in 40 minutes, under supervision of my friend, and the removalist was also very cordial. All in all, I can say that 1800 We Store It did an amazing job with the transfer of my storage securely to a unit, and I really appreciate their invaluable time and effort to help me in the last minute. Special shout-out to Cameron for the on-point and excellent customer service, as well as the removalist who safely took all the boxes out with ease and patience. We contact 1800WeStoreIT to organise our contents into a container for 4 months as we were travelling overseas. They answered all questions at the initial call and were upfront about all their charges. They kept in touch regarding any changes to the number of items we had to store a week before the move. One the move out date they came on time and carefully packed that container with all our precious belongings. I was super impressed with their efficiency plus their friendly manner. When we came back from our trip, I had contacted them a week before to give them an unload date. They were very accommodating and quickly booked the date. On the unloading date, they arrived on time and carefully put all the items in the correct room in the new house. As before I was super impressed and happy that both load and unloading process was handled carefully and professionally. There was no damage to any items since they packed it so beautifully the first time. I will definitely use them again if I have a need for them in the future. I would like to say how impressed I was with the service provided by 1800 We Store It Pty Ltd. The truck arrived on time and they got straight to work. Mark and Faga took a lot of care packing and did a great job storing everything in the container like a Tetris game. Due to this great packing they were able to take more than we anticipated. The communication in the lead up from the company was also excellent. We had our stored furniture, etc returned to us at our new address on the 1st August. We were impressed with the efficient way Mark and Anthony went about unloading our items and the care they took with placing items in the house and garage. They worked non stop for 3 hours. I think it was great to have a person that helped load the container there to unload. We will definitely use your company again. Thanks.

I hate giving poor reviews, but on this occasion I’m at my wits end. We engaged 1800 We Store It to move our furniture out of our property, store it while we had repairs (due to a flood) and then move it back in afterwards. The sales team were very friendly, but the removalists were rough and rude. When they moved our furniture back in after our renovations, they left a 25cm long scratch in our brand new timber floors. The cost to repair it is $1770! The company is refusing to take responsibility or contribute to the cost of repairs as they said there’s no way to prove it was them. They were the only tradespeople with a set of keys to access the property, which they locked inside the property when they left. I would hate for anyone to have to go through this stress—it’s so utterly disappointing and unethical.

I was faced with a major dilemma on moving house day with a similar storage/moving company showed up and was unable to enter my building complex to remove my belongings. The original company i engaged could not help me and drove away. I rung around and spoke with 1800 We Store who had 2 men, a 20ft shipping container at my home within 2 hours and my whole home was packed up within 3 hours and moved. I can not thank 1800 We store enough for getting me and my family out of a major pickle and i was back on track actually ahead of schedule. Just wanted to thank Cameron so much for all his assistance in helping us with our moving requirements. From my first phone call I decided to go with them as Cameron was so helpful and easy to talk to and this has been the case everytime I spoken with him. Really hard working team of 3 guys moved us into storage 2y ago. 3 more with the same ethic moved us back in this week. Great job guys. I was concerned that 2y of storage in a 20' container in all weathers would cause some damage to our leather sofas but they and everything else seem unaffected! If I have a winge it's that at 5pm the team of 3 goes from $300per hour to $600 (double time). Make sure you read the fine print but also be the first job of the day and avoid this. All in all a very economical way to empty the house so we could rent it out while we travelled.

The delivery guys at both ends were all friendly, respectful and helpful. The admin side of things was likewise great: efficient at responding to questions, and no real issues. I felt the price was fair and the whole set up was convenient for my needs. One of my washing machine legs was missing but otherwise no damage to my things. Could have provided some physical assistance when I went to access my things one day and found it difficult as a petite woman to reach into the container but overall would definitely recommend.

The greatest service from a removalist company especially from Cameron, never have I ever endured such great customer service from an individual. My wife and myself had a terrible experience with previous removlist from a sister company but it was a breeze with Cameron and his boys who were extremely friendly. Cameron was so thorough with his approach and his customer service was top notch with his constant follow up calls and making the customer feel they are important. Cameron is the best in the game.

Everyone from the removalists to the manager were amazing! Cameron, the manager, was very professional and flexible with us which really helped us during a rather stressful christmas move. The removalists, Faga and Duane, were friendly, strong and hard working; they were able to handle moving difficult furnitures (including a piano) while keeping all of our fragile goods safe. The team overall was very nice, understanding and performed excellently despite the difficult and troublesome requests

Organising the pick up was hassle free, inventory form sent ahead to confirm quantity of items (very user friendly form). The Guys arrived early (caught me off guard actually) and worked hard to the end with little direction / help. 3.5hours later the container was packed (full to the brim literally) and felt like in safe hands. Would highly recommend whether for a move or short / long term storage.

The two men who provided the service did a fantastic job and were clearly experts on how to get everything out of the house and into the storage unit efficiently. I was very impressed with the service all around; from the online/telephone reps to the removal men. They were punctual (actually 15 mins early), did an exceptional job moving very heavy furniture and were even able to move a heavy piece of furniture up a steel staircase. Terrific setup, we had to move out of our house and had a 2 week gap before settlement on our new place. The removalists pickup up everything from the old place, including kayaks and motorbike, stored it safely for us then delivered to our new place without us having to muck around with any logistics. Had a couple of heavy commercial pieces of fitness equipment moved. Cameron was really fast getting back to me with a quote the next day some took days and some didn’t bother to get back to me at all.
