It is not often I am genuinely impressed. We found 1800 We Store It to be an absolutely brilliant solution for moving home. Nothing was too much trouble for their team and we happily give them a 5 star review. We chose this solution as we are both busy full time workers, and parents, and we just didn't want the pressure of trying to load and unload everything in one day. Instead, our container was dropped off 2 weeks in advance and we began packing at our leisure (avoiding clutter and boxes etc all through the house). The container came supplied with ample moving blankets, tie downs, etc, it looked almost brand new (neatly painted, no rust or anything), and inside it was spotlessly clean. Our son loved helping and the container arriving encouraged him to pack up his room and precious toys etc at his own pace, and we think it helped him get excited about moving. Even more amazing, on the day of the move, 1800 We Store It arranged to send a couple of friendly guys around to help us pack up the last of the house, get the heavy items moved, and overall used their experience to ensure the container was packed full to the top, all our stuff was beautifully cared for, and safely stowed for transport. Then, we locked it up, and right on time the truck arrived, loaded the container, and was gone in about 20 minutes. Both at drop off and pick up I was really impressed with the skill of the truck driver, who using a tilt tray managed to set down and pickup the container without it ever scraping or damaging the road. Again, he was another staff member who was extremely friendly and professional. 1 hour later the container was dropped with care and precision at our new house. At the time of writing this review we still have the container, and have been unpacking at our leisure. We were really impressed by the effort that the guys had gone to with carefully packing our stuff. Zero manage to anything. Again, having the container avoided the clutter of trying to move and unpack in one day. We both work from home, and it has been nice to be able to set up and continue working, no clutter and boxes everywhere, no half assembled furniture all over the house, etc. The container is still about a quarter full, but being totally weather proof we don't have any worries about the rest of our non-essential stuff... which we'll unpack when we are ready. The 1800 We Store It Model was about $400 more expensive than we were quoted for a traditional removalist to do everything in one day. THIS IS THE BEST $400 WE'VE EVER SPENT! Thank you so much to the team at 1800 We Store It. We highly recommend this model for moving house - it made what can be a stressful backbreaking day super easy. I hate giving poor reviews, but on this occasion I’m at my wits end. We engaged 1800 We Store It to move our furniture out of our property, store it while we had repairs (due to a flood) and then move it back in afterwards. The sales team were very friendly, but the removalists were rough and rude. When they moved our furniture back in after our renovations, they left a 25cm long scratch in our brand new timber floors. The cost to repair it is $1770! The company is refusing to take responsibility or contribute to the cost of repairs as they said there’s no way to prove it was them. They were the only tradespeople with a set of keys to access the property, which they locked inside the property when they left. I would hate for anyone to have to go through this stress—it’s so utterly disappointing and unethical.

Couldnt be happier with my experience over ~2 years. Cameron was my contact point from start to finish and given the complexity of my situation, it would have been understandable to sense some frustration on his side but he was sensational from start to finish. Having used their associated movers/packers to box up my entire apartment as I moved interstate, the work was done exceptionally well, nothing was broken and when the container was opened it was obvious that this team take their jobs seriously. Would absolutely use again and recommend. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service. Cameron was fantastic to talk with. He asked questions to fully understand our requirements and the guys that came were polite, on time and worked hard to ensure our furniture was stored correctly. Everything arrived and was unloaded in one piece and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended, especially, if like us, you need to store your furniture for a period before moving into your new home.

We used 1800 We Store It to move surplus furniture and belongings into storage so that we could have our house styled for sale. The office staff were very helpful and provided all the notice and information we needed. The removal staff were polite, careful and efficient. We were most impressed at how neatly they had packed our belongings in the storage area. We Will use 1800 We Store It again.

We have documents and files in storage for our business and they have made our life so easy, including assisting with arranging secure destruction of documents that are past their retention dates.
