I came in to buy a car with $2000, they say credit doesn’t matter is only because they make you pay $3000 down. I was promised $2000 down and I signed all the paperwork, but when it get to the manager it goes up to $2500, so I had to walk home. So I cashed my last check and got $2500, and now they’ve moved it all the way to $3000, this is false advertisement, but they get away with it because they can just bump up the down payment. But by the time I’ve wasted with them I’ve missed work twice, I have been promised twice, and I signed all the paperwork. That should have been it. But luckily I called first and it magically went up to $3000, if I that laying around I would go buy one of Facebook. I only wanted something reliable. So the “we don’t worry about credit” is a sham.

Baylen was really great! She was very understanding and very down to earth... human! She definitely deserves 5 star rating! Very willing to work with you as a customer and shoot it to your straight as well but even in my experience I noticed something she had done for another customer that was just so human and it showed she cared and really was just a good human being. Yes just the middle man but it doesn’t matter she made my experience so much more comfortable and less nerve wracking like it normally is car shopping. This is a cut throat business I know, but there needs to be more people in this world like her. Thanks girl for helping me get into a vehicle. Also thank you Bobby for making it happen as well. Definitely recommend 321 Drive to my friends and fam.

JOJO IS ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING SALESPERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. HE WAS SO CARING AND SO FUNNY. HE GAVE OFF SUCH GOOD VIBES AND HE IS DEFINTELY A PERSON YOU WOULD WANT TO BE AROUND. So I don't ever leave reviews but I always read them so hopefully this will help someone else. I just have to say that Samsen was the absolute best. The whole process was very easy and he was very detail oriented. He got me into the exact car that I wanted and was so patient with me and my million questions. Seriously he made me feel like I was hanging out with my best friend all day but I got a car at the end soo BONUS!!! He definitely deserves a raise or at least a pat on the back for being so awesome at his job!!! Seriously though he made the whole experience very enjoyable and I appreciate it soo much!!!!

Hi I was just here today at 321 Drive wanting to buy a truck and I am leaving with one today right now! So yeah we are super excited. I know that in a regular Dealership I would not have qualified for certain stuff but here it was super easy and the personnel was great and flexible and was welcoming. Joseph really helped us alot today, he was super patient with my kids and gave them snacks and drinks and we are able to leave from here satisfied!! I really recommend this place for everyone.

If I could give this no stars I would Malone is false hopes don't send a e mail say I have good news and then call him same story no use car is worth $3,000 down just because you have only certain income coming in that's price gouging for that price you can go to another delershp and walk out with a brand new car so 321 is a joke do your research good and there cars to and in there pictures don't show damage until you go and see the car review left by Robert V

I needed a 4 door vehicle that I could possibly use for Uber or lyft. Joseph and his manager showed up afterwards were rude. The manager Echoed Joseph's statement vehicles are not mine and I'm not to use them for those purposes although i have insurance. when I disagreed he became angry and told me to get in my vehicle and leave. I would NOT recommend buying from 321 Drive with this policy or Madison location.

I went to the location on nolensville rd first and I just wasn’t happy they kept going up on my prices and I ended up leaving empty handed. I came to this location and my day quickly changed for the better. Joseph is an excellent salesman. I got what I wanted and the price was even better he knew I wanted to save and he did just that.
