I lost my mailbox key and used this company as they gave me the best price quote online. The lady I spoke with said that is was $29 for the service call and $35-$45 for the lock, giving me a total quote of $65-$75. Upon arrival, the locksmith said that I had a “special” security mailbox and that he didn’t even know how long it would take him to get the existing lock out. Because of this, he quoted me $161, which I refused because of what I was told by the dispatcher. He said that she didn’t know what she was talking about and must have been mistaken when quoting. He then brought the price down to $120. I only agreed because he said that it was going to take him a long time to replace, and frankly I was in a bind. 3 minutes later, he says that he is done! I asked him why it was so fast and he said because he is “ a professional.” I called the office to discuss as I felt like I just got sold a lemon from a 3rd party car dealership. She promptly put me on hold and never came back to the line. I tried calling a few more times and no one answered. This is a very unprofessional service, please beware before you have them come out to your residence.

I had a great experience with 7 day locksmith. Usually I am the last person to write a review but due to such a nice experience I had too say something. I thank David the locksmith who showed up minutes after the phone call, didn't let me get stuck for too long, he was nice and friendly, he was quick and got the job done. I also felt he was very educated and I trusted his decisions. He only took what was needed where someone else offered their services in a much more aggressive and dishonest way. I was locked out of my apartment and called for help. Ben arrived within 25 minutes and was very polite. He explained the pricing - $29 for service call, $289 for the work, and over $100 for the new lock. I was surprised and asked if I could borrow his screwdriver to take the screen off, and maybe I could get through the window. He let me borrow it and I got inside my apartment. I grabbed a $100 bill to thank him and he said it was actually $289 since he helped me get inside. Since it was late and I had no other options, I paid him. Shame on this company for conducting business like this!

I locked my keys in the car before my appointment and was in a big hurry. I am very thankful for this locksmith company for being so efficient and responsive to my situation. Long story short, they arrived quickly and solved the problem within a jiffy and I was on my way to my appointment and arrived on time. I used this service in 2016 with great success. I used them 2 weeks ago for a number of tasks: it was a new staff person I had not seen before. He stated the jobs that I requested" were complex" and would take some time. He stated the charge would be about 167$. He was done with all tasks in 15 min and insisted I pay the full fee. I protested and he declined to make any adjustment. He was arrogant and uncompromising. I will never use this service again. The pits of unprofessionalism.

Lee is fantastic. Customer service was on point and above excellent by being on time, in communication on all levels and helpful in explaining the process. After getting let into my home, I had an issue the next day and they were prompt to respond again with superior service. Thank you for caring about your customers.
