The gentleman that drilled the lock off my locker was extremely rude and obnoxious. When I heard his voice and he kept talking, I cringed because it was so annoying. He doesn't let you speak because he won't shut up. Also he charged me more money than what was quoted when setting the appointment. And to top it off, he was 2 hours late from the set appointment that I had made two days prior. I do not recommend this service because they failed and exceeding my expectations. Another person who was listening to our conversation boom I do not know, pulled me aside and said that he will ruin as well and she was not even using a locksmith but hurt our conversation and verify that he was very rude.

Rob was very cordial in communicating really well about when he was on the way. He drove to my place within about 15 minutes and it took him about 4 minutes to open my door. I was locked out of my house and it was close to 9:00 p.m. at night so having someone who was clearly willing to help put me at ease during the time that I was waiting for him to arrive. By the time he got there I was in a really good mood and was not nervous or anxious. Rob was polite and caring and really good at his job and he deserves to be recognized for his good job!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I went here to get my car key duplicated (which if you don’t have two keys I highly recommend because it’s twice as expensive if you don’t have one to duplicate from) and he was prompt and responsive and very fairly priced. He even helped troubleshoot it when he didn’t work and then when I mistakenly tried to overpay him by $100 he gave me my money back. What more can I say. Much cheaper than the dealership and my dealership even told me that was the case

Great experience with El Cheapo! Locked my car + office + apartment keys in my car at 7am on my way into the office. I found El Cheapo online while standing next to my car on a public street panicking about what to do. He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling, even though it was barely 7:30 in the morning. My older car with finicky buttons was a bit more “difficult” to get into, but door was opened and keys in hand in less than 20 min. What a huge relief. 100% recommend.

Best locksmith ever. My son was on his 1st roadtrip with his friends at Mission Beach and lost his keys on the beach at 9pm. His dad and I are home in Tucson Az freaking out he cant get in his car or drive anywhere. Robert from El Cheapo worked with us to where he came within 30-40mins and got him and his friends in his car and made new keys and were on the road within an hour. Super helpful and efficient! The owner Robert and his son were able to come to my location and help within 30 minutes of calling them while AAA never showed up after 4 hours of waiting. The two of them were able to quickly let me into my car and they called a third partner to come and make me two new keys! Robert is a great locksmith been doing this for a very long time he’s honest and he will give you the cheapest price in town.. don’t be a cheapskate give this man a tip because he works hard for it.. my wife had her car broken into and had to replace her car key which is a digital remote Robert gave us an excellent price and was there immediately I would definitely call Robert back if I needed him again!!

I called this locksmith service and spoke with a pleasant person “Robert” we set a time and I am a punctual person and I showed up about 10 minutes early and he was already there, excellent. It took just a few minutes for him to remove the lock from my storage unit as I had lost the key. The service was quick and I was able to put a new lock on my unit. El cheapo was double the price of Noble locksmith. The girl on the phone speaks poor English. She put me on hold twice trying to contact a tech. Then she said she'd call me back. Within an hour she text me back with a quote on a difference car. I'd be careful before using these guys nothing in life is easy but they have to get it together little better

El Cheapo is not cheapo in his service. He was there immediately when appointment was set. He gave quick service on location to make a new fob for my car. He quoted me a price when I made the appointment to have the fob made on location. It was reasonable priced and took cash or card. I strongly recommend!
